Is manhattanneons.com Legit?

Never got my refund for the sign i purchased that arrived with all the letters fallen off. I had to fix it all myself and the sign is nice after I did so, which is the only reason for 3 stars. One of the sellers blocked me before giving me my refund.

It took about 8 weeks to arrive, but the company was AMAZING at communicating throughout the process and keeping me informed about the delay. It makes such a difference when a company keeps the lines of communication open. The sign is absolutely PERFECT!

When I received our wedding sign, it wasn't exactly what I'd ordered. However, I reached out after hours and got a quick apology and a response the very next morning! They fixed it right away--I got the original sign on Tuesday, heard back Wednesday morning, and the corrected sign arrived by Thursday evening! It was exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with both the sign and the amazing customer service, so 5 stars from me ! I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I ordered the "Pacman Chasing Ghosts" neon. When it arrived, it included four barrel standoffs for wall mounting. However, the plexiglass only had two holes drilled for mounting, which didn't seem correct. I contacted Manhattan Neons via email, and never heard back. So, it is still sitting in the box...
