“Not recommended on international transactions”

I ordered wheels from mammoth racing. I paid it and confirmed. They told me it will be ready in 2 weeks. One month has passed, nothing happened. I kept on following up and they kept on saying they are waiting from warehouse updates. Ultimately I cancelled my order out of frustration. Since the cancellation, 3 weeks on going following up of my reimbursement. Worst international order I made. Not recommended for online transactions, cannot be trusted. “Deceptive and lacking in customer service”

Ordered tires on 7/2 finally got fed up and cancelled my order on 7/24 after being lied to about the tires being shipped. When I messaged stating I wanted to cancel i received "ok cool" as a reply. “Horrible customer service and no number to actually talk”

Very rude over text messages to me and told me to shop on Amazon instead. I simply asked if there was a way to expedite my order since they took more than a week to even tell me "it might be sent out this week" like what? I ordered it last week. Then I asked to speak with manager 5 times and no responses but when I say just cancel it they respond with it was cancelled. Never again. I'll let my team and other social media to never buy from and I have the messages to show how unprofessional they are Tip for consumers:No number to actually talk to someone. 30 days after purchasing an exhaust which they clearly didn't have in stock I was told three separate times it was gonna be here in a week. It was never sent and 30 days later. I still do not have a refund for something that was never even pulled off the shelf I would not order a washer from this company. Products used:I have waited for 30 days for a refund for something that they didn’t even stock. I have still not received my refund. “Never shipped order”

I ordered an exhaust for my car from this company. After placing the order I never heard anything about shipping and was told it would ship on Monday. It didn't. So I gave it a few days and reached out again, and was told it would ship expedited. It didn't. I cancelled the order and was told I would get the refund posted today. It hasn't. I initially gave Mammoth Racing a negative review. I ordered a part on May 30 and three weeks later it still had not been received. Email and phone calls to Mammoth requesting the tracking number went unanswered. Finally, Mammoth responded that they had been moving their warehouse and had experienced problems with their phone system. Once Mammoth finally got in touch with me, they expedited shipping the part and even gave me a partial courtesy credit. If they had only responded to my initial contacts and explained the problem they were having at the start, I'd have been more patient and understanding. Now, in fairness to Mammoth, I believe their problems were temporary, and they will give good service right from the start. Upgrading my initial 1 star review to 4 stars. Ordered a Brawler 600cfm carb from them that they had a 8% off deal on. They never gave me any expected shipping dated or delivery dates, after a few days went by I contacted them by Email to find out about shipping info and they got back to me letting me know that it was a special order product and that it would be shipping monday (it was currently friday). I then waiting until now, wednesday to reach out again and ask about shipping, and they proceeded to tell me the same story and now its going to be shipping on the 29th. If i had known it would be taking 2-3weeks to get the product i would have ordered elsewhere. Cancelled my order and got a carb direct from holley. They get 2 stars because they are actually very quick to reply with customer service. Also, when i cancelled my order they told me it would take 7-10days to get a refund. So thats nice... Basically be aware that they may advertise items on their website but may not even have them on hand and you could be waiting a while, maybe utilize their quick customer support to find out estimated wait times prior to ordering.
