Is mammothbikes.com Legit?

Good packaging, new and genuine products , price was competitive to other sites. Delived to Ireland in 1 week.

There were no problems with my order, it arrived on time in fine condition and I was notified by e-mail as relevant. Processing and shipping does take longer than in many other webshops but the expected delivery date was clearly indicated before purchase and the order arrived one day earlier. One small detail: it would be nice if the entire expected delivery interval (and not only its start date) were indicated right from the beginning.

returning orders is much more of a bother than I´m used to...

Even it was a discontinued part stock availability was correct and delivery performance was goodVAT is missing on the bill - which is o.k. for the small value - for larger orders I would expect hustle with the local custom.Part is good - no scratches on the painted surface - all assembly parts included in the package - working performance perfect. Small drawback - in the shop there was no comment that it's a used part - surface showed that is was assembled to a bike and used for a round on the car park

My experience was excelent. At first I was afraid to buy a bike online. This was my sixth mtb bike, but I bought it online for the first time. The support was great in answering my inicial questions, the price was excellent and so I decided to move forward. Everything went well from the beginning, the order was shipped quickly, around 1 week. To my surprise, the bike came fully assembled, I just had to adjust the handlebar and the air pressure in the fork and suspension. I loved it, I recommend it and I will continue to buy from this store.

Tools were as I expected, nice quality and reasonable price from Mammoth. Only small downside was delivery was a little slower than I expected, but I'm very happy with my purchase!

We had a bit of a nightmare with the transaction. When you send funds, yeah the banks like to take a bit off the top. We had a wee standoff over 10EU! I did a big follow up, emails, back and forth..in the end it was corrected and product shipped from their side. Product was very affordable, and was as described. Communications once payment was submitted were flawless. Safe company to do business with and one I will use again.

Although the bike was delayed a few days, customer support was very communicative and shipped it very quickly once they received it from the manufacturer. It was packed in perfect condition, and the instructions were very intuitive.

Great prices, great customer support, fast delivery. In total I have ordered 9 items from them, still waiting on 2 to arrive but they sent me an email apologising for the delay on one of the items. Am super happy I found this amazing site and will definitely recommend and purchase more biking stuff from them.

Great service, both a bike online. I was a bit suspicious in the beginning, bit they helpt me verry quickly every time I made contact with them, a little bit delay on the shipment but the bike came I a perfect condition, great work guys!

Great delivery time. Just as expected. Was concerned it wouldn't arrive just before Christmas and customer service did reply to my email saying how it would go. Although with no guarantees, it came with plenty of time for us to assemble it and it is pretty great. New bike rider under five minutes.

I've purchased a MTB GT Avalanche from Mammoth. The price was really widly under the market price of the bike, so I decided for GT from Mammoth. Despite some logistic problems, not automatically depending on Mammoth, they have been very prompts on problem solving and the bike was delivery just before the Easter holiday, as expected. The packaging was fantastic, very accurate, all parts of the frame were carefully protected by padding. Nothing was missing and to assemble the bike has been very easy, so I've been really undoubtely satisfied by Mammoth sales and after sales and the particular care they take in packaging. Thank you! Delivery estimates were a bit misleading. Ordered some socks, 2 identical pairs. 1 seems very discolored, hope it’s just dirtyUpdate:Customer service has reached out and has made sincere apologies for the discolored sock and has since refunded me.
