Is malviparis.com Legit?

This is really a terrible company! I wish we had read the reviews earlier, before my daughter ordered a jacket in March. She waited for almost two months and when the jacket finally arrived, the quality of the jacket was very bad. She was disapointed amd wanted to return the order. Then we didn’t find any information about how to return it and the email conversations with the support team started… like somebody else also wrote: ‘customer service is a joke with no replies or same thing being said or asked over and over again’When we finally got the return information in June, we send back the jacket. After that we have send more then 20 e-mails to ask when we finally get the promissed refund… now (August, 27th) we are still waiting… and sending emails… no respons anymore now…

Scam website, I have fraud team involved now

This is a scam, I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Please stay away for your own good, customer service is a joke with no replies or same thing being said over and over. When my dress arrived after over a month (I asked them multiple times before it was shipped to cancel) it was horrible quality and I wanted to return it but they wouldn’t provide me with return labels. Messaged them on Instagram and I was offered 40% refund which at that point was better than nothing so I accepted. It’s been over a month and they didn’t send the refund and they won’t reply to me anymore.

Malvi Paris are a scam- ordered a dress back in November, never arrived. Requested a refund no reply. Messaged them on instagram and they ignored. I commented on their posts saying they were scamming and they would delete the comments. I even messaged House of CB and SLA the label as they stole their content and pretended to sell their dresses! They had blocked them on Instagram so they could not see. Luckily Santander did a charge back and I got my money back. Horrible scamming company. DO NOT BUY

I ordered the wrong size and customer service so kindly expedited my exchange so I could get it in time for an upcoming wedding. Free exchanges and very kind customer service from their entire team! I was assisted by Emma and Lisa and was treated so kindly by all of them. And the dress is such beautiful quality. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Absolute joke!!!!!Ordered a dress on 2nd October emailed 2weeks later as tracking info not updating they stated it’s on it way. Waited further until 7th nov still not package emailed again and again they state on way now tracking status stated as expired. No package received do not order fraud website and customer service is not helpful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,i wish i read these messages before i did.I ordered a dress for £60...never arrived, no customer service to contact,U can message them and u might receive a message back houurs later that Says they've changed warehouse so please be patient,I messaged 6 times and I only got 2 messages back that were exactly the same.

Terrible experience. Late package that did not align with their shipping policy on site. Broken dress once arrived. Terrible quality thin material and awful stitching. And expensive - I paid almost £50 expecting a nice dress!!! Trying to get a refund now :(

This place is scam, I bought a dress last month and they never got back to me. Not replying my email, I commented on their post but they deleted. People don’t buy it’s scam

MalviParis , do not buy from them , my daughter bought 2 x dresses , Jan 9th 2024 costing £62 , dresses arrived , terrible quality , requested a refund , nothing from them , no contact details , left message in their chat , no reply , my daughter had an email today 22d Feb from them , don't even trust the email , told her to block it , horrible , horrible scammers

Bought dresses from them that took 6 weeks to arrive so are then out of the period of return. Couldn't return as didn't fit, one ripped, poor quality. Eventually got an address in Holland to return them to via their customer service. Sent the dresses and had them rejected by Malvi at the address - they wouldn't accept the parcel. Avoid .. I am £150 down and its been an awful experience

order number :#MALVI95066ordered a dress 13th december and it said it should arrive as per their shipping policy, it has not arrived yet nor been updated on its status of even being shipped. Needed it for new years but that is not going to happen and can’t even apply for a refund as i don’t even have the dress. i have emailed twice now with no response and tried the chat function on their website and still not received a reply

Bought a dress for my Granddaughter for Xmas. Ordered in early December. Arrived in January. Did not fit so asked for an exchange. Got a reference for return. But have had no proper response since They keep saying they are dealing with it but they aren’t. It is definitely not a genuine company. Do not buy from them.

Update they are now ignoring my emails for a full refund. The dresses arrived to me after one month, the quality was appalling. The customer service have been useless. I returned them with proof of postage and they have asked for a tracking number. I explained I put the order details in the package so easy to track once opened. I have emailed at least 5 times since and now no reply whatsoever. If you want rubbish quality and a stressful experience go here, otherwise steer well clear.

absolutely horrible. ordered a dress, when it came it was nothing like the picture. cheap and ugly. worst customer service told me i never filed for a refund when i had proof of this, horrible response times basically forcing me to argue the return window. wish i checked this website before actually buying

Dress was poor quality, no labels, completely fake, plus very small for size large. Complete waste of £55.00. Company would not give return address, only offered 1/2 money back or credit note! I would never use or recommend this Chinese company to anyone. DO NOT USE! This website should be shut down to protect uk consumers. Never again will I buy from China.

please don't order from this site because it's a scam is the biggest scam I have come across they put pictures from different site and make the dresses look really nice. I ordered dress couple of days back and when I went to do my payment it never showed with how many days The delivery will be done and it's been six days now. The items are not shipped as yet. Unfortunately I read the reviews after paying for the dresses, but I don't think I'm going to get my dresses any time soon

The dress was missing a whole part?!I ordered the navy blue carmen dress, but the ties that makes it corset-like in the back were missing…It was the whole reason I ordered the dress.Such a weird experience…The quality is okayish I guess, but I really wished I read the reviews of their site first.Oh well, please don’t order here. It saves you money and a whole lotta stress :)

My package arrived way to late. I contacted Malvi Paris about the issue since I paid over €120 for two dresses. The package eventually came but the quality and fitting was horrible. I tried to return my package but they wouldn’t let me return it in exchange for money. I could get store credit or half of my money back. I have send several emails regarding this problem but they keep ignoring me. I suggest you don’t buy from this site since they will ignore you forever.

I have been waiting since 21st April to receive 2 dresses. I have emailed and contacted them via Instagram -no response. This is greatly concerning especially having read all the other terrible reviews of this company. Do not buy from them unless you want a headache.
