Is malooracks.com Legit?

I received the package in a timely manner. It contains what I believe was ordered, although I’m not taking things out of plastic because they are gifts.

When there is a problem and how that problem is handled tells you everything you need to know about a person and/or a company…this company is a first class professional operation…quality products supported by quality people Five stars…would be more if available 👌👌

I love these. A few comments stated that they don’t stay in place. However, I have a 24’ Crosstrek Wilderness and the cover fits very well, without covering my seatbelt clip. I do suggest throwing them in the wash when receiving them because they have a strong rubbery smell to them. Great product at a decent price point.

The soft roof rack is a great solution for my 2024 Toyota Venza with a panoramic roof. I was able to install it easily and it kept my SUP in place securely, driving up to 75 mph. The only issue I have with it is that the strap sits right over my head, so I have to lower my seat to be comfortable while driving, which causes me to lose some visibility over the dash. Regardless, it's a great product overall.

I can say with confidence that the Malo'o winter parka is the best surf/cold weather item I've ever purchased. Surfing year-round in New England is straight up COLD and unforgiving. The parka immediately made pre and post surfs much more tolerable. I've been using my parka for 3+ years and it is still in great condition.

The surf jackets are amazing for watching baseball in the spring in the Pacific Northwest. They keep the water and chill off and,unlike other brands and rain parkas without zippers, the fact that you can zip it up makes it much more comfortable. At 6’4” the XL was the appropriate size - the sleeves are a bit long, but it keeps my hands warm. I liked it so much, I got one for others in the fam so that we would all be warm and dry watching games. Highly recommend.

Very fast delivery. Needed a durable top loading duffel dry bag for a large cook shelter that we use on float trips in AK. Haven’t used it yet, but the size dimensions and quality construction/materials give me confidence. On top of that the price was exceptional.

I am a repeat user of your swim poncho towel. I first ordered your towels from Amazon. My family love the these towels so much, I bought more from your website. We love the cotton fabric and absorption because it really dries the water on my skin quickly and not leaving it damp, like microfiber polyester fabric. It's thick enough that it does keep the swimmer warm when they're come out to of the water. Although the towels gets heavy after wet (which towel doesn't), we still love it. We just throw it in the car anyway. It's not like we carry around town.

Buying experience very problematicsale price would not show up. if I was in a hurry, might have ended up paying too much. After multiple tries, I had to write to customer services. Their response acted like it was my fault.There were garbage fees that weren't disclosed until the checkout process.Product quality is good, which is the reason that the score isn't 1 or 2 stars

The concept and functionality of the wagon is awesome! The quality of material is severely lacking. I’ve only used it a handful of times and already have stitching coming undone for the cup holders, and handle holder. Also one of the hand straps to pick it up has already come off, and the rubber cushion for the steering handle is breaking. I’ve emailed customer service with pictures and order number to hopefully exchange for a new one in the hopes that I maybe just got a defective one. No answer yet. This thing is way too expensive to be following apart already!

This hat is made of quality materials and is beautiful and works to protect my face from the sun's rays. I received the hat in perfect condition and fast. I will use this company for all my outdoor needs.

I have not received my order so I cannot rate my experience. I was contacted by Malo’o on a Sunday apparently UPS has lost it and Malo’l assured me they would make it right.

Malo'o did fine, but I am not too satisfied with what I bought. The seat protectors with the cutout for the headrest will not stay in place and the cutout hole for the headrest is way too big. Cover is constantly pulling down from the headrest. So, review of Malo'o is good. Review of product is not so good.
