Is mallowsbeauty.co.uk Legit?

I ordered on the 21st July - today is 1st August, still haven’t received my order, still hasn’t been dispatched. Emailed customer services who said it will be dispatched by the end of the week, it’s Thurs - still nothing. Website states 5-7 working days for dispatch busy periods, day 10 working days, still nothing. £54 wasted at the minute for a late gift. UPDATE - Can’t track the order anymore & they’re ignoring my emails. 1st & last time purchasing from his company.

If you’re thinking about buying the razor don’t think just buy!! It is honestly the best razor I have ever had. Not sure if it’s just me but there’s been times I’ve shaved my legs n still felt stubble where with this razor it gets straight to the hairs n leaves your legs so smooth. Not even being dramatic when I say it’s change my life 🩷

No human support when orders are missing. Order placed on 18/7, tracking information states it was sent on 23/7. The tracking information hasn't updated. I've requested support and emailed multiple times, yet all you get back is automated replies. There's no phone number to ring & they clearly ignore emails. Order states fulfilled on the website and as I only seem to be getting automated replies I'm extremely concerned about getting my money back, luckily I paid on a credit card. Hopefully they can help resolve this.

Ordered on Friday 19th and still waiting for my order to be shipped. I have been told several times that it is ready and tracking will update but nothing! Emailed again and now I seem to be ignored. They can stand and pack orders live for Tiktok but someone can't go and physically check the warehouse to find missing orders.I really like the products but the level of customer service you get is ridiculous.

Dissapointing when they mislead customers with incentives of free gifts with a minimum spend, but then backtrack and state that there were t&c's that excluded certain products from the promotion. There was no mention of this during the TikTok live and hundreds of customers have been left without their free gift after spending the required amount. It's a shame because I like the products but feel like they mislead their customers to increase sales. Not sure if I'll buy again now!

I received a sample of the Pineapple Enzyme mask with my order and gave it to my daughter to try as she suffers with acne. The mask was gentle and caused no irritation. I then bought her the whole range of the Pineapple enzyme products. She has been using it for two weeks and there has been significant improvement in her skin. She has only had two new spots occur and her scarring has faded dramatically. I have ordered another set so she does not run out. Very impressed with the product.

I finally gave into the TikTok hype and purchased the unicorn scrub and shave butter and wow am I glad I did!! They smell amazing and leave my skin silky smooth. Delivery was quick too, no complaints here and will definitely be ordering again once I run out. Amazing 🤩

What a wonderful business!! After watching TikTok lives for a few days I gave in and went ahead and purchased a mystery bundle.. and am I glad I did! Within 10 mins of receiving my first mystery bundle, I ordered a second mystery box and then again for some other individual products. All of the products I have tried are really as good as they are advertised.One of my parcels got damaged in transit, quick email to customer services, a quick response and wonderful help, I have a replacement on the way. Customer service at its very best!!!🤍I can’t see me ever looking back from Mallows Beauty. Also, may I add the values of this business, the supportiveness and morals of the business and empowerment it gives you is just so heart warming.

Absolutley unreal products! My daughter is autistic and sometimes struggles with her hygiene but since finding mallows she looks forward to having her bath just so she can put on her amazing body butter and heavenly body mist when she gets out. You have 2 customers here for life, thank you all! Also since changing my shaving routine to your razor, scrub and shave butter my legs are just unreal!!

i have over 40 mallows beauty products and i absolutely love them all!!! as a girly with eczema prone skin i have found that mallows shaves, scrubs and butters have never ever caused any problems for me! i adore the motive and messages behind the entire brand as they preach for self love and care and most importantly body positivity. i have bought about 7 mystery bundles from watching the lives and the girls on there are always happy to answer any questions and give us the best deals too! the scents are just as incredible as they sound and the seasonal themes are so lush!! i would 100% recommend a mystery bundle to anyone who is thinking of including mallows into their self care routine as there is such a range of products in their mystery bundles!!

A little back story, I’ve been struggling with strawberry legs lately and no products seemed to be working no matter how much I exfoliated, moisturised nothing seemed to work, enter mallows products! I bought this on a whim after reading reviews and seeing it all over TikTok, I bought the strawberry legs set which included, -coffee body scrub -unicorn shaving butter -peachy body butter When I tell you this had made my skin so silky smooth! it’s the softest my skin has been in such a long time, not only has it combatted some of my lumps and bumps I get when shaving, it has made my skin like a baby’s bottom the glow has made my jaw drop it has left such a healthy, glossy shine with no sticky or greasy feel to it, This product has exceeded my first impressions and i definitely will be continuing to buy and try new products they produce!
