Is malinandgoetz.com Legit?

Fantastic brand. I started using their products years ago after being gifted the detox face mask, gradually I incorporated all their products j my routine, I love how simple the products are to use and the 3 step system with other products to use depending on my skins needs. The products work especially the retinol correcting serum which I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin texture after a few uses. Their points system is great and I now buy direct from their website gaining the rewards and benefits direct from them. The customer service is always great too with replacement products being sent out when a face wash arrived with a broken seal, no questions asked. Would recommend. Also their candles smell fantastic. They also do bundle deals every bank holiday throughout the year with washbags and discounts.

Clear manufacturing issue with their candle when it’s wax spontaneously lit on fire causing a huge issue in my home with smoke inhalation, smoke on our clothes etcThe customer service couldn’t care less, they don’t stand behind their products despite charging a lot for them. Really disappointed, was a customer for a long time but this has really let them down.They wouldn’t even send a replacement despite this having at least half full.

I regularly shop here for a specific fragrance called Cannabis. It has a wonderful scent and though it’s quite pricey I haven’t found anything like it. I’ve bought it a few times over the past 2 years.

I saw an offer online for a bundle and placed order 10 days ago for a birthday present (spent over £130) Got confirmation e mail of order but its not arrived yet. E mails sent to help-line been ignored despite them saying they get back in 1 to 3 days. Ive also submitted a form enquiry too. This is exceptionally bad customer service. I love the products but would really reconsider buying again due to this. Sort it out please either by sending them or at least communicating if there an issue. Ignoring e mails and not allowing any other means of contact is not a respectful way to treat customers who are spending lots of money with you.

I think the deodorant is excellent, have tried so many different ones and found this stays neutral and fresh for the full day. Was a bit septic after reading reviews but I will for sure buy again!

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my skin, especially my face.I swear by the Advanced renewal moisturizer. It's lightweight and really makes my skin feel soft and supple.I just called the Chelsea store for a shipment and Nicole was very helpful.Highly recommend their products! 👍👍

BEST SMELLING PERFUME EVER. First purchased the Dark Rum Perfume Oil from a boutique near my house and was completely obsessed. It was $50 for a little travel sized bottle but completely worth every penny. The smell stays on your skin for SO LONG and I constantly get compliments on it. Just purchased the larger bottle because i finally ran out of the roller ball and can't wait for it to get here!!

Great Clean Products! The facial moisturizer is my favorite - absorbs into the skin and does not leave a greasy feeling. I wish they made a body lotion out of this formula!

The items I have purchased from M & G have all been great, with the exception of the leather candle, which was OK. I've had reason to contact customer services a few times recently and they have been outstanding.

Poor customer service, contacted regarding an issue with the holiday gift set that was purchased as a gift for me and I found was not throwing off much scent. They weren’t interested as the batch code didn’t line up to one they have sold directly and must’ve been purchased elsewhere. The company doesn’t stand by their own products which leaves a sour taste. A shame as I have been a frequent buyer of their large candles but I don’t think I can support a brand who couldn’t care less about their customers experience.

Ordered a candle, some moisturiser and two different washes for a Christmas gift. Box turned up with no products in on Christmas Day. Customer service woeful and claimed computer error, no acceptance taken.. plenty of competitors around offering a better all round service.

Great products and amazing perfumes!I have bought a bunch of stuff from them now and it’s always perfect. Lovely considerate packaging and clean designs on the bottles so they look great in any bathroom.

I've used the products before and quite like them despite them being overly priced. However I ordered from their website and I think my order never shipped, I never got any tracking information and having left a million contact request forms, emails and voice messages and have gotten no response at all. I basically have just lost $63 for nothing.

Nice product but totally hopeless customer service. They did not respond to any email communication for over a week. I was simply asking information about the order being ready for despatching as it was still pending after 5 days. Still no response, thankfully the order has been eventually despatched, maybe it will arrive.

I have been a regular ("VIP level") customer and have spent a fair share of my cash on MG products. Have been leaving positive reviews on the website all along the way. My last couple of reviews happened to be negative (but objective), as I was not happy with the quality of several products I purchased. These reviews were not appearing on the website and got published only after I queried their absence with Customer Service. Following that, I politely asked for an explanation as to why my reviews did not appear right away (as my previous positive ones did), but my email was unanswered. Waited several weeks, nudged them for a reply, but was blanked again. Shady behaviour, in my opinion. Rather unexpected. Put me off completely, so I will not be returning as a customer. Grateful for the good times we had, though.

Although I can see newer reviews, my review does not show on the M+G website so I thought I would post it here:After using the SPF 30 sunscreen for a couple of years and finding that it worked well on my skin, I was sold on M+G‘s messaging on providing high quality, gimmick-free products and decided I would gradually simplify my skincare routine by using M+G products only.A day after using the grapefruit cleanser I had my worst acne breakout in years - the only difference being that I have never broken out as much before. I had almost forgotten that I had sensitive skin until last week. A week later and I am left with acne scars, itchiness and irritation. This is far from what I expected and unfortunately I will avoid other M+G products out of caution.For the record, I have oily and sensitive skin.

Usually have no issues with Malin and Goetz UK but really disappointed with their online service recently. If you have any issues with your order, they just ignore you. They don't respond to emails or telephone calls. For a so called premium brand, the service is far from premium.

I visited the Spitalfields shop today. I live in Wales, so don't visit often, but when I do I always buy several products. Usually the assistants are welcoming and helpful and enthusiastic about products. Today was different. The male assistant was totally uninterested to the point of being rude. I asked about the shampoos, he just said, "we have those two there" then walked away. I had a similar experience when I asked a question about body lotions. M&G products are not inexpensive, but you believe that besides the product, you are also buying into the, "feel good factor" and the whole experience in the shop is a pleasant one. Not the case today. He never engaged, never smiled and didn't say goodbye when I left, (I was the only customer in the shop). I left the shop just buying 1 product, and went around the corner to The Ordinary, where I bought several products, similar to those I would have bought in M& G. The male assistant needs to understand that without customers, he has no job. M&G lost a customer today.

I believe the products are good, but for some reason everytime I get on a flight with these products they explode! They have faulty packaging. Otherwise they are good. My leather perfume got lost in cause of this.

I ordered the Fragrance Discovery Kit. The item arrive quickly but on opening the packaging there were no products - should have been 6 vials of sample fragrances. I immediately tried to contact M & G - the one help line published on their web site 020 3585 1922 came up "number not recognised" on the other help line a pre recorded voice message advised me to e-mail my complaint to them. Two e-mails subsequently sent over a period of a week and no reply. I've always considered that how a company reacts when things go wrong (which things do occasionally) to be a good indicator as to the integrity, reliability and honesty of that organisation and ultimately my wish to continue to do more business with them I know its only a small value item but I'm disgusted with the contempt this organisation has shown me and looking at other reviews below, others have experienced. I wished I'd read those reviews first.

I received a sample of the Malin and Goetz Spf 30 mineral sunscreen and it is an awesome product. I use spf every single day and all year round so I'm always looking to try new formulas and this one is definitely a winner! It goes on so smoothly and no white residue. I'm excited to try more products from this brand!
