I recently bought a scarf and it has quickly become my fav!soft,warm and perfect for chilly days plus very very stylishWill recommend it to my university friends

I purchased a Men’s Cashmere Polo Shirt Jumper in May 2024 but have only just tried it on as it wasn’t needed at the time. Firstly let me mention the presentation of the item. It came in a fantastic looking box which makes it look such a prestigious brand. I ordered it in Size XL and thought it may be too big as their models are usually wearing a size medium and I am approximately the same size as them. It was actually quite tight fitting which is a shame. Now for the quality. Firstly the item doesn’t feel anywhere near as soft as Cashmere normally does and the material is extremely thin. Sorry guys but I think I am being rather generous with my 3 Star rating.

Absolute dreadful quality (or lack of!). Such thin cashmere (if it is?) and lack of any structure to a scarf. Customer service was not at all helpful. The company have a 42% Trustpilot 1* rating; says it all about their quality / service! Incidentally I have a number of scarves, not made by this company, which are in perfect condition; it’s just the Maison Cashmere which is inferior!

I ordered a bicolour cashmere scarf. It arrived and the quality is very, very poor. The stitching is untidy and uneven and there is a gaping hole at the seam (roughly 10cm). The cashmere is like no other I have felt; it is rough, scratchy and very unpleasant to have next to one’s skin. High street cashmere is far superior. I have contacted customer service via telephone and email. I tried to arrange a return and refund via the website but the only option is to confirm you are happy to pay return shipping costs to Italy! Customers do not have to cover return costs for items not fit for purpose. I hope the company do the right thing and I don’t have to take more formal action to get a rightful refund. Calls to customer service not answered. Emails unanswered. Comments posted on Instagram, simply advising people to read Trustpilot reviews, are deleted. Why would a reputable company, with nothing to hide, delete polite, fair comments posted on its account?

I ordered a cashmere jumper and after reading the reviews here I was worried, especially when I got the “your production is delayed” email but customer service was great and the delay was only another 5 days. Well worth the wait as the quality is superb.

Couldn’t be happier with my jumper. Was a bit worried about their unisize as I’m really petite and skinny but it fits perfectly. The quality is amazing and can’t wait to buy another item.

I absolutely love MaisonCashmere. I have made several purchases, and the quality is always superb. I also appreciate that I can get custom sizing here. My sleeves are usually a bit too long, but with their custom sizing, I can order the right length for me. I will definitely continue buying from them.

I ordered a jumper and a cardigan, and they arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit worried about the fit, especially since I’ve had issues with sizing before, but these fit like a dream.I’ll definitely be adding more to my collection soon.

This has become my go-to-store for cashmere. They have so many options! I have bought a comfortable hoodie and pants set, as well as something more stylish for my daughter's wedding. I love everything I have purchased and definitely suggest buying here.

When I found this website, I immediately bought something. After reading some of the reviews here, I got a bit worried, but my experience was perfect. I received my order on the expected date, and the quality is is amazing! Don't believe the reviews here.

I am wondering whether one can risk ordering from this company. The ratings here are very low. Also, on Instagram, they do not allow any comments on their posts unlike serious fashion companies. It all seems rather fishy but they do have nice looking clothes.The company’s answer below does not convince me at all. If they had good reviews here, then I would believe them but given that they don’t, they really lack any credibility. Pretty much all of the major fashion companies allow comments on their Instagram posts. Companies that don’t, generally have something to hide. Very fishy!

I bought a cashmere sweater from this company in October. In less than 3 months, the knit was splitting in the top of the side vent - I had only worn it twice! I raised the issue with Maison Cashmere who told me it was my fault. Having bought several cashmere sweaters from other companies and never having had this issue, I am disgusted with MC's utterly appalling customer service and I question the quality of their products. Don't buy anything from them - customer service as poor as their clothes.

I needed a lightweight jumper for in-between seasons, and this one’s nearly perfect. The material’s lovely, though I did find it a tad more delicate than I expected.

I’ve bought from a few cashmere brands before, but this one really caught my eye with the quality. I got a throw, and it looks fantastic on our sofa. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but it was worth waiting for something so nice.

First time buying from MaisonCashmere, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The cashmere socks are super soft, and they got here quicker than I thought. I think I’ll try a jumper next!

Im a Happy client since couple years. Ive been surpirsed to read the reviews left by others cause in fact this company always been serious with my orders. I also ordered a sweater for Xmas and it arrived with a bit delay, but honestly has been the first time. I think it is understandable due the period we are going through (covid, couriers delay, etc), by the way everyone wanna buy from MaisonCashmere now and this maybe cause some unexpected delays. Anyway delays apart, the product is wow!

Poor communication and customer service. They're website states that items will be ready in 2 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks since my order, and I've received no updates and it has not been shipped. I've inquired by message/email without response, and I've called several times but the line is always busy or they are closed (1pm on a Thursday).

I felt I had to write a review after reading some of the comments here, even though, or especially because, it was last September when I made my 2nd purchase - in other words I have been wearing my 2 jumpers for a few months. The quality is excellent, both for the pure cashmere crew neck and the wide funnel merino and cashmere mix. Any bobbling is very light (often a mixed wool bobbles a lot). Both jumpers are soft for my sensitive skin - no itching. They wash perfectly and I love them. The fit is great and they are very stylish. As to time and delivery, well they do explain about that and a bit of patience is amply rewarded.

I ordered my jumper on 12 December and expected a delivery in time for Christmas. I received an email saying there was a delay and I would be notified when the order was ready to ship. Fine. But then I heard nothing and started to panic when I read all the negative reviews. I emailed and asked for an update, which I received promptly. Today, 26 January, my jumper arrived. I am super happy. The quality is outstanding. It was well worth the wait. Please ignore the negative reviews. I think this company has a fantastic business model and I am definitely going to order another jumper
