Great service fast delivery and quick processing of refund for the item returned. Item I kept is great quality and price was cheapest around.

I had 3 orders, all shoes from mainline. Was mostly concerned of counterfeiting, but pleasantly surprised. I've considered ordering clothes but I'm not certain with the size, and since I'm not in the UK I don't want to get involved with returns but I can tell you that everything I've bought has been amazing. From description, prompt shipping confirmation tracking and delivery. I guess I'm going to have to take a shot on the clothes!

when i tried to tell them that VAT was not applicable to exports outside of UK i i was basically told to F off if you don't like it shop else where,even spoke to HMRC about them and the confirmed they should not be charging vat on exports but their horrible support staff think they're right when they even admit they know nothing about tax,thus company even cancelled me order because i questioned them

Did not have a great experience with this company. Customer service is way below par also..As you can see mainline replied to this review and never once asked for information from me. This company and staff are complete LIARS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have used Mainline previously and been really pleased. I recently Ordered and payed for Hugo Boss Track top.. 1st email stating its in its way, then received another email stating item is out if stock... Disappointing but they are due to refund the money within 3 working days.

I have ordered many times from Mainline Menswear with no issues. This time however, I had an issue with my order and contacted customer services via live chat to resolve this. They told me they’d check the CCTV to see how my order was packaged and sent out. I’m not sure how this will actually help though, as another review further down mentions, they cannot share their evidence due to GDPR so we will never see for ourselves that their findings were exactly how they perceive them to be. My items of clothing were received in a poor condition/very poor quality. I did send photo evidence of this. I asked to return my order due to the quality issues and was told I’d have to pay a £3.99 returns fee even though they are classed as faulty. I didn’t find them helpful at all and will not order from here again.

My son bought me a Ralph Lauren Card holder for my 60th birthday - as I have used Mainline menswear many times over the years he does also - however, the delivery arrived and the box was empty. We have spoken to customer services but to no avail and have asked for it to be escalated to a line manager again to no avail as they are so busy and never able to talk. They say they have checked CCTV footage and are happy that the item was packed as they have proof. Naturally they do not want to share this because of GDPR - find this difficult to understand as we are not a third party. I have spent thousands with them over the years. We have challenged them and to this day they are not prepared to even talk about resolution. Items are going missing in packing and they will not provide the so called proof that they hold. Despite the above they have just now sent me a new card holder so fair play to them for doing this. My faith is restored in Mainline Menswear. Thank You!

Have bought several items over the last year from Mainline Menswear and have to say their service is excellent !!Place orders before mid afternoon and they arrive the next day.Occasionally have to return items due to buying two of the same as unsure on size, and refunds are prompt and quick.Great Company & Highly recommended !!!!
