Hello sweetie!! *smiles* a lot, I recently obtained this wonderful product for my moms sisters aunts cousins third daughters best forms step mom and was very happy to see that it came in 5 pieces and also came with a dog I’m not sure if that was supposed to be included but it’s not breathing… anyway it smells like pumpkin spice and 8th grade dance thanks so much sweeties.!!

This company went above and beyond to help me and my mother find the perfect urn for my father. One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn. If needed would for sure recommend this place. Wonderful, caring, companionate company.

White 14" Vantage Standard Urn Burial Vault....Met my expectations; even though this vault has clamps; I plan on sealing the vault with a waterproof sealant. I think this vault will withstand the elements (soil, water and weight, etc.) when buried. Customer Service was perfect; took time to answer my questions and very helpful. When I unwrapped the stones, I was beyond happy. The care and attention that was taken to be sure that none were damaged was clear. One of the stones was for my brother who died in the Vietnam War saving other soldiers. Another was for my father I never got to know in this life time. The two others were for beloved aunts. All four will mark the love that we feel for these angels. Thanks to all involved who created these markers sharing their talents and love. Nameplate came out even nicer than I expected! They are professional, quick, and incredibly helpful through the entire process - from ordering to delivery. The urn we purchased to keep our dear four legged family member’s ashes in was beautifully made and of very good quality. The inscription was perfect placed. It was so hard to choose, order and receive because of the reason but the actual process with the website was very easy and user friendly. Will eventually use them again for others I’m sure. I lost my son a year ago in another state. We brought him home in a generic airport security safe plastic box. It took me that long to get up the strength to look for a place to keep his ashes that was a representation of the awesome young man he was. In looking at the overall appearance, I noticed the top edge where the top meets the bottom the edge slants down toward the inside of vault, where in my thinking it should slant towards the outside, to possibly keep water from draining into the vault. I don't really know

I ordered a temporary marker for my mother's burial plot since the cemetery where she is interred only places permanent markers twice per year. It is absolutely beautiful. I was given a draft to review and the final came in the mail to me well in time for the day of her burial. I can't thank you enough for assisting me in fulfilling a wish of my mother as she had asked me to promise to make sure that her grave would not be left unmarked, even for a short time. When the permanent headstone is placed I will take this marker and put it in my garden next to a flower bed of her favorite flowers. Thank you Mainely Urns and all of your staff for making one of my hardest days a little bit easier.

I purchased an urn with engraving fir my mothers cremation ashes. I asked that the urn be engraved on the side that was most homogeneous black. I was informed, my request would be noted. Unfortunately, this request was ignored. The engraving was NOT on the blackest of the 2 sides. I let it go. I didn't want to deal with this lack of detail while trying to bury my mother. Reason I chose this business: I have used them twice prior with no issues.

The customer service is fabulous. I called because I wanted a verse on the box that wouldn't fit in the amount of characters allowed on the website order form.
