Is maid2clean.co.uk Legit?

I have been with Maid2Clean since March of this year and am continuing to receive a great service from them. They are always extremely helpful when I call to report any issues or ask to change my cleaning day etc. I would recommend Maid2Clean if you are considering using them for cleaning services!

Incredibly dissatisfied with the company and the service I have received. I requested a cleaner from 0730-1030 on a Thursday in Dec 24 for a standard house clean (3 bedroom terrace). The cleaner arrived twenty minutes late after which I gave her a detailed breakdown of what I wanted doing. Unfortunately, the cleaner misinterpreted almost all of what I had requested. My floors were not cleaned, my carpets were not hoovered and my skirting boards were not touched. Although the cleaner was polite and eager, she appeared to lack experience. For a £40 agent fee - you would expect to receive a professional. On highlighting these issues to the company, they did not offer a refund of the agent fee until prompted following a second phone call. For £82 I would’ve expected a better service.

We have had three cleaners in all so far, all have been friendly approachable and thorough.all were on time and very obliging .

The cleaner provided was excellent but the admin was a bit hit and miss. There seemed to be 2 different factions organising my account however, it sorted itself out in the end, so all good.It seems that it is a 3 month minimum contract which I was not aware of at the start.

Clare has been and is a god send. My wife passed away beginning of December and Clare has been very supportive.

Great to be with a Company, as I’ve employed cleaners before and after a while the cleaners I employed lapsed.With maid to clean I haven’t got that pressure and know I can go to them if I have a problem, which by the way I haven’t, Hannah is fab!

Kirsten's cleaning skills are outstanding! She has become a fully necessary luxury I could not do without. She is indispensable. Instinctively she knows which jobs are priority and keeps my flat clean and tidy and welcoming. She is reliable, kind and caring and a pleasure to have in the house.

Booked Maid 2 Clean for a one off clean in December after having a new bathroom & en-suite fitted, spent over an hour in the morning rearranging furniture so they could get to skirting boards, half an hour after the cleaners not arriving I called the office who tried to contact the cleaners directly (who then didn’t answer their call) I asked the office if any one else could be sent that same day, they said they would call me back asap, 4 hours later finally had a call saying that no one was available, no apology from Maid 2 Clean at all, I then spent the whole of the next day doing it all myself on my Daughters birthday , thanks guys 👍

Nice to meet cleaner before starting, very thorough process. I am very happy with service provided, maid 2 clean has kept me informed and has checked I am happy with everything. Cleaning lady 10/10.

Within a week of contact Maid to Clean had organised for me a brilliant cleaner and my house is looking great. Prices are reasonable and the back up from the company is greatly valued

Our lovely lady Kim was exceptional but we had to let her go as my sister wanted to take over after she finished work, other wise we would of kept Kim great lady and fantastic cleaner & she cared a lot about my 94 year old mum xx
