Is mahabis.com Legit?

The sandals were delivered to Australia within a week. Unfortunately they were too big. The exchange process was amazing. A courier picked them up from our house and the minute they were picked up the new sandals were dispatched. The sandals are so soft and very comfortable.

I bought these when on sale to replace some Allbirds which are becoming increasingly expensive despite their comfort.Not sure whether the Mahabis would suit or match my Allbirds, I must admit there are surprisingly comfortable and have plenty of ‘toe room’. I swapped the cork lining for my AllBirds wool lining which I find better. I wish they sold the Solar slippers in plenty of colours all year round!

Great product, horrible customer service and there is always an issue with shipping. Two times they just did nit posted it then they run out of stock always blaming carrier that they did not scan the item when in reality if you order on the weekend they do not check the orders or catch up in time and the order is forgotten. I wrote both times same excuse that the carrier did not scan. Called carrier thus never happens, no more product then wait a month for refund. Absolute joke.

Edit - increased from 1 star to 3 after resolution was provided. Unfortunately Mahabis only reached out after I posted this review, so I am not sure I would have heard back had I not done this (Hence the 3 star review). I am happy with resolution and might give them a second chance in the future - hopefully, if that happens, it will be a 5 star interaction.Contacted Mahabis over a stolen parcel a month ago, and followed up 2 weeks after than and have had zero reply from them. I bought the insurance with my order which based on this, seems like a scam. I’ve been buying from you guys since you had exchangeable soles, this was the last time

I love the fit, style and colour of my Mahabis. They are comfortable while being extremely stylish

Very pleased with the shoes. I haven't worn them yet as they are mainly for next year. The colour is good. I have to be honest I'm not sure I would have bought them at full price, a little out of my usual price range. It gives me a chance to try something different

I am blown away by the Brilliant Customer Service provided by Michael at MAHABIS. I highly recommend this company for providing support when having issues with missing orders and couriers. Michael went above and beyond to replace my order in a timely fashion. Plus me and my wife are very happy with the quality and comfort of the slippers which are well made and can wear indoor and outdoors. Bravo 👏 MAHABIS will definitely recommend your company to friends and family. Wishing your company every success for the future.

Website easy to navigate, once order placed company kept me informed of progress & well packaged parcel arrived quickly.The shoes are wonderfully comfortable as I knew they would be because they are my second pair of the same size & style so I can be sure of that wonderful level of comfort for as long as possible

This was my 1st time buying on line, unfortunately the shoes/house slippers did not fit, my arch was too high for the shoes. It was relatively easy to return them, now I wait for my refund.

They have changed and are not as comfortable. The midsoles are too thin and hard, especially in the toes. My 6 year old pair of Mahabis is more comfortable than the new pair, which are actually painful for my very sensitive feet to walk in. Disappointed in the change. Update:While I would have simply returned the pair if free return shipping was offered, I instead ordered a pair of inserts from another company, which still isn’t as comfortable as my original Mahabis. But Mahabis did reach out and worked with me to correct the situation. Customer service is severely lacking with most companies and it is a pleasure to work with companies that strive to have happy customers.

Comfortable and well made slippers and shoes. I had a problem with a pair of sandals but received first class customer service. Great products, great company.

The comfort of my sandals is so great that both me n my sister in law so happy. She has referred “Happy Feet” as our new purchase . We both now have 2 pairs of the sandals. I have purchased many pairs of your slippers for many family menbers. Comfort is the key positive goal when u buy a product.

Since this initial review, Mahabis has reached out to me to apologise for their failings. They initially offered a financial incentive to remove this review. In the end they have supplied a pair ( not my initial order ) FOC. I have to say they have done their best to rectify their companies failures I have upped their star rating from 1* to 3* as a result of their after sales efforts This is the initial review “Ordered 2 pairs. Only one was delivered. Charged for 2 pairs. I waited further 2 weeks to allow for delays in the supply chain. However, when I contacted the company, I was informed they did not have the stock that correlated with their website. I was offered an alternative style which was also not available. It seems I might and only received my money back as I was the party to notice the overpayment and lack of their own stock.This is the second time I have attempted to purchase from this company and will not be doing so again.”

Good customer service and prompt delivery. This is my second pair. Bought the mules this time and prefer them to the classic style. Really pleased there is a recycling opportunity.

Ordered for my upcoming holiday. Delivered the wrong item and was told correct item would be sent immediately in time for my holiday. This didn’t happen as they were supposedly then out of stock. When I returned them, I was not refunded the postage even though it was Mahabi’s error. I had to make a complaint to get the postage returned. The correct shoe, size and colour is still showing as available on the website! As a long standing Mahabis customer, this is not the level of customer service and aftercareI would expect. I’ve bought 9 pairs of Mahabis over the years…I won’t bother again!

Excellent shoes and slippers which are really well made. Sadly, one item was lost in delivery but customer service were fantastic. Returns are easy

My slippers arrived in good time and the quality was, as always, great.These were my 3rd pair of Mahibis (first had detachable soles) and they are the perfect fit for my feet.

I absolutely love my Mahabis! As I have quite wide feet it can be difficult to find really comfortable footwear but the minute I put these on they felt great! The stretchy heel and the velcro strap make them so easy to slip on and the sole is like walking on air. I wear clogs a lot but these are better as they have a heel too. The shopping experience was good too - kept informed, arrived promptly and not pestered straight away with requests for a review before I'd had a chance to wear them!Would definitely recommend and will be buying more in the future.

Terrible customer service. Didn't wanna make me exchange of the item. In email they just saying that item never arrived, while i have confirmation that it did. Worst experience, i should never order it.
