Horrible company. I purchased items and never received any shipping information until I contacted customer service via email weeks later. I did receive a response and they provided tracking information. After waiting several more days, I tracked my package and learned the company had created the shipping label but hadn't formally shipped the items. After reading the horrible reviews, I disputed the charge with my bank which is a royal pain for the company. If you get scammed and have the same problems, don't wait for them to offer a low ball refund. Dispute with your bank.

Zero stars. My grandma made a purchase here and hadn’t gotten any updates on when the clothes would arrive until a week later. They finally sent tracking info which shows the clothes bouncing between Compton and LA multiple times. We are shocked considering we live so close to LA that these clothes still haven’t arrived two weeks later. After emailing they told us NOT to issue a refund now or try to deny the package because we have to receive the items before we can issue a refund. I’m sure they do this so they can keep your money and lowball a refund percentage. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

BEWARE OF Magnolianana! Ordered shirts that came in cuts that are unwearable. THEY ONLY CREDIT YOU 15% of what you paid - toward a future purchase...NO REFUNDS! They emailed and recommended I donate the shirts rather then return for 15% credit toward a future purchase. WHO WOULD EVER ORDER AGAIN?? SHAMEFUL and should be illegal. Worst customer service ever and shirts are no where near what actual sizes are. The run very big (at least the ones I ordered did....all 8 of them! :-(

Horrible customer service. My order took weeks to get here. Both shirts were horrible quality and one was huge and the other too small. Fabric poor quality! When I requested return info, I was offered 30% off my next order and a 20% refund. My own fault in a way. I should’ve researched the company prior to ordering. After numerous emails, I gave in and accepted partial refund. Horrible company to deal with!!!

The picture of the blouse was nothing like one that I ordered. And another was very stiff and awful fabric - nothing like the description of fabric that would be soft and flow. Lesson learned.

I bought three dresses and a top and not one of them fit, although I went by their size guide. As others have said, everything is made of a cheap synthetic fabric and very poor quality. Since receiving them several weeks ago, I have sent 4 emails for return/refund instructions. I have yet to receive a response.. i wanted to return it back i call the customer service and they help me with my return

Ordered a shirt. waited 2 months for it to arrive. Chinsy material and too big. They offered me a 15% refund if I mailed it back (to China) plus 30% off future order, as if I'd be stupid enough to order from them again! Reported them to my credit card company. They also run another fraudulent company called Southern Ivy.

Took 6 weeks to receive 3 shirts I ordered (horrible communication and tracking that never updates) then the shirts fit is HORRIBLE. I now have sent 2 emails and 1 request on their website to return, all they have offered is a 30% credit but has not provided instructions to return goods. DO NOT BUY!

ZERO stars. I ordered 3 shirts with my birthday money from this company; delivery took about a month. When they finally arrived, they were HUGE. So I inquired about their refund policy and was told that I'd be better off taking a 30% discount and just keeping or reselling the shirts. I sent a picture of the XL tag and then they offered a 15% refund and 30% off future purchases. Unacceptable on so many levels! Their mailing address is in China, so shipping from the states at my own cost will be exorbitant. It was THEIR mistake! Worse than all of it was this line from their email: "3.If required, please declare a lower value to avoid high taxes and customs detention of the products."Is that even ethical? Just awful. I am now awaiting a third email and a satisfactory solution to their mistake.

It’s been over a month and only part of my order has shipped. Have received some things all of which were horribly disappointing. Looks nothing like pictured, sizing is horrible and material is weirdest I’ve ever seen. No labels other than one on side saying dry clean only. Products looked so cute on the site I really wish it would have been legit.

HORRIBLE. AVOID.Quality is horrible. Cheap fabric. Unlike the photos.Sizing is awful. If you are plus size...their 3X is equates to a US misses XL. (Asian sizing?)All the clothing tags say "Dry Clean".No response to emails.Return policy looks non-existent. Says order must be returned 30 days within purchase. You are lucky to receive within 30 days.

I ordered 5 shirts. Their sizing is not true to fit. Shirts are the quality you'd expect from China, CHEAP. For the price, I expected better. 1 shirt was too small. Inquired about a refund. Joke. Read the other reviews. They offer a discount not to return it. If you do, you have to ship it back to China, which means waiting weeks for my money, like I waited weeks for my shirts. Never ordering from this place again and will never refer anyone to them.

Not shipped from the US. I’m still waiting for the shirt- their shipping said 9-15 business days. I noticed that the comments visible on Facebook are positive but most are hidden.

HORRIBLE!! Their site makes it seem like they’re in the south US but no, they’re in China. The items took way longer than their site stated so I asked to cancel but they said no. I received my shirts well after a month from the time I ordered. I disputed w PayPal but lost. I’m appealing. The return address the company provided was incomplete and had Chinese characters that weren’t printable. And the shirts - awful quality, no tags. So disappointed. Definitely don’t buy from them, and if you came here first before ordering, you’re officially smarter than me! :) ugh

I ordered only cotton due to Allergies and they left off any tags, the articles look like they were sewn by hand at home by a child, the material is clearly viscoss. HORRIBLE

Do not order from this company. Has taken 3 weeks for them to ship a PART of my order. Now tracking says it’s just sitting in the mail facility. I sent an email requesting they cancel my order after it hadn’t been shipped, 2 1/2 weeks later, and they refused. Very poor business practices and customer service.

They are a scam company selling unsuspecting Facebook users a bunch of garbage! I attempted 3times before shipment to cancel my order of 5 items. They refused to cancel my order, so I waited a month for part of the order to arrive. When I finally received some of the merchandise it was grossly undersized, extremely poor quality and doesn’t resemble the products pictured. I then attempted to return the items, but was refused the return information 2 times. I was told “resell the items yourself, because it will be cheaper than sending them back”. I was offered a 30% discount on my future orders! On my 3rd attempt to get the return address I was offered a 15% refund and a 30% discount on my future orders. I filed a complaint with all of this information to my credit card company and they gave me my money back! Do not do business with this company!

Read terms before ordering. Refunds are only given 30 from PURCHASE date. It took more than 30 days to receive the order. Cheap material. Definitely NOT as shown in picture! Not worth the price you will pay. By all means shop on SHEIN or Temu. That’s about the quality you will get. And 1/10 the price 😡😡😡😡

Clothing isn’t even the same patterns you ordered. Thin and cheap. Sizes way off too. Better off buying $5 shirts on SHEIN, quality twice as good as this stuff. Wasted $250 on clothing I will never wear. Returning this stuff is near impossible as well. Hope this saves someone else from wasting $.
