I recently had a fantastic experience with Magnolia Boutique. I ordered almost $500 worth of clothes for a mommy makeover. A beautiful shirt that unfortunately arrived with a small tear. I contacted their customer service, and they went above and beyond to make things right (and quickly!)The response was prompt and courteous! The new shirt arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality of their clothing is exceptional, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive.I highly recommend this for anyone looking for stylish and high-quality clothing with top-notch customer service. I reported a defective shirt, they had it handled it immediately and a new one sent out right away! Prompt and very friendly customer service.

Be cautious of Magnolia Boutique's return policy, they only offer store credit for returns. I've had to go through several rounds of returns and exchanges just to feel like I got my money's worth. I wish they offered the option to refund returns directly to your credit card instead of store credit.

I am so glad I ordered this crochet dress! I couldn't be happier with the fit. Ordering was super easy, and I got it much quicker than I expected. The color is perfect, it's well-made and super fun! Love the free shipping too!

Great quality and fit perfect! Exactly what I was looking for our beach photos! The top is super comfy on chest and shoulder area and overall very flattering.

Dresses arrived Quickly. Price was a little high but they had for the most part more elegant clothes. Sad that didn’t follow through with the swimwear. But the dresses for the most part are beautiful

Love the clothing! Very good material ans super soft. Just wish there wouldn't be charges for an exchange as all the items I bought were not my typical large they were med. WOULD STILL DEFINITELY RECOMEND AS COMPANY WAS VERY EADY TO DEAL WITH!!!!

This sweater is gorgeous, great quality,,, however it runs sooo big! I ordered a medium & a small,,, my goodness, the small was so oversized. I wanted to love it,,, but unfortunately it was just too big. Color me disappointed. ☹️ & now I am finding out that they will only issue a store credit. What??? Disappointed again!!! Where were the reviews when I was purchasing this item,,, the site said 0 reviews, yet there were plenty only to be seen after writing one. Site stated easy returns,,, so that’s what I believed. Once they have your money,,, well you must find another item on their site. The only item I wanted was the sweater that I purchased. So now I am stuck! ☹️

Nice looking clothes but I don’t like their return/exchange policy. It’s only for store credit. Not great for customers who changed their minds and maybe don’t want to exchange for anything else after making a return. A little frustrating.

I ordered a dress & a necklace from Magnolia Boutique. I needed a different dress size so I sent it back & I accidentally sent my necklace back with it! My fault for not reading the return policy before placing my order. However, who charges 7.95 for a return item that doesn’t fit? Tried to exchange for a different size and was told if it’s low in stock you do not have the option to exchange your item. Exchanges are free but you can’t return for a different color or size! Just crazy! Guess I’m out 7.95 and they are issuing a store credit! Beware before you order. Not consumer friendly…

I always have great customer service. Ordered a mock neck pullover sweater. I usually wear a medium but it was sold out in that size. Decided to purchase the large and glad I did because it fits just right. However, there are a couple of loose threads that I hope I can fix. Otherwise the sweater is very pretty.

I discovered Magnolia Boutique a few months ago, I ordered a few things and had a good experience. I recently spent $200 on 3 dresses and a sweatshirt. None looked as pictured, fit horribly and were poor quality. I just discovered the only refund is with store credit. This is a scam, once my store credit is used I will never shop here again. This is stealing our hard earned money.

I discovered Magnolia during the pandemic and it has been my go-to online boutique ever since. I love it and hardly shop anywhere else! It’s great for gifts too. Magnolia has styles for every season and occasion and new inventory all the time. I love that it has everything to complete my look including jewelry, footwear, handbags, scarves and even sunglasses! And the prices and sales are great! Almost everything has fit perfectly and the couple times it hasn’t, exchanges/returns have been very easy.

This is my second order within a couple of years. I love their one-of-a-kind styles and choices. This time it was basic, black leggings. I love the fit. The material is solid, good quality. I have many pair from other companies and I know these will be favorites.Ordering and shipping was quick. They keep you informed every step if the way.
