Is magicvaporizers.com Legit?

This is the third time I have ordered from MagicVaporizers and I have been delighted every time. The goods arrive promptly, quickly and at the best price. If something goes wrong, the great support team takes care of it immediately. I can only give 5 stars here, otherwise I would even choose 6. Top in all areas - keep up the good work, MagicVaporizers!

Ripped off no return. I bought this item wanting to try and stop smoking and was hoping this would help. It says on their website a 14 day return gaurantee but all they are doing is passing me from pillow to post and saying as it is a vapour they can't return it due the health reason. So, why have a 14 day return policy if nothing on the site can be returned lol DO NOT BUY from this site. If you want one of these, buy it from eBay or Facebook, at least that way its cheaper and if you don't like it you're not loosing as much money

Similar to a review below. If you work a full time job meaning you don’t have a lot of time to send a million emails and take a billion pictures because you’re never home and working, do not get it from here and get it from Amazon. The device exploded when charging on my bed (there was glass everywhere) and it doesn’t say in the manual not to charge with a laptop which I use for everything and I used it with the cable they sent (no plug thing came with it). I’m too ill and tired to send email after email and picture and after picture because after a device purchased nearly injured me so if you have hours on your hand and don’t mind losing £100 then by all means order from this company. No integrity and empathy to hardworking peoples hardspent money.

Had exactly what I was looking for and something even better (a glass filtered elbow bit) that I didn't even know existed. All supplied quickly and well packaged with a number of yummy sweet treats inside as a bonus gift which was lovely. A really nice company to deal with and highly recommended.

Original order sent very quickly . And enjoyed,until technical failure of unit ( arizer xq2) two months later. Magicvapes were then highly responsive and understanding, and after I had uploaded short video of the failure, they had a replacement to my door in just over 24 hrs! That is exemplary Customer Service.It will encourage my confidence in buying from them again in the future.

Had a issue with a faulty item in my order that was quickly resolved by their helpful customer services team. I would highly recommend MagicVaporizers and I look forward to doing business with them again.

We had a faulty device. After mailing the company, they said they sent us a new one, free of charge, to keep the old one and keep it for spare parts of necessary. Great service!

just purchased an Arizer XQ2 for £179.....arrived 12th sept. on MV website it clearly says any product found for a cheaper price with a co.uk address will be matched. on the 14th of sept. i found the same product for £117......will they refund the difference? NO!!please do more research than i did and buy elsewhere!DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!

Bought an item that went faulty. Whilst I couldn't find the manufacturer on the warranty return page, I emailed customer service and got prompt, friendly and helpful responses. I provided the serial number of my unit and photos of the issue and a replacement unit is on the way! Big thanks to Alicia, who was absolutely great to deal with. Nice, simple experience.

To put a long story short, these guys are possibly the best vaporizer company around. The prices are always competitive, the staff are super helpful and my orders always arrive really quickly, what more could you ask for?The only issue I've had was an extremely minor thing, the zip on my venty case broke but as soon as I had emailed customer support and sent a few pics as evidence, magic vaporizers sent me a new one free of charge.All in all, I would reccomend them to anyone that's looking for a vape/accessories!

As a medical cannabis user, I rely on the device to manage chronic pain.Alicia was very quick to help, and as its in warranty is providing a replacement for me, which is really appreciated.Overall, fantastic service and highly recommended.Will be a long time customer, I am sure.

AVOID!! Not replacing faulty goods.I have now had a string of emails with this company for a faulty vaporiser. They have requested multiple videos which have been provided and still have not issued me with a return code. I did want a replacement but they are so difficult to deal with I have now asked for a refund. I will not deal with them again. Suspect I will have to use my credit card provider to get back my £139! I do not not recommend them at all.

I had a defect in a case purchased at the start of the year where the zip had unfortunately broken. After advising MagicVaporizers, they generously sent me a replacement free of charge. Their customer service is always prompt and a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered mighty vape and coarse screens, mighty arrived promptly, screens missing. I messaged company, I didnt chase as only £6, I was just happy getting mighty at good value. Had an email, screens will arrive by Royal mail. Superb service, as advertised. Ignore the plebs moaning, manners and truth obviously not strong points for them.

My new toy arrived this morning very impressed with it. Cannot wait to try it out. Also some free sweets included my favourites as well 😁. Brilliant helpful friendly customer service keep you updated and arrived quickly why have I only just found this place 😄 thank you so much

All I can say is wow. I had an issue with a vape I purchased after 5 months. I contacted the team and Alicia has sent out a replacement under warranty. The whole process was so stress free and they dealt with it very professionally. They required a video to show the fault. I contacted them yesterday and today a replacement is already on its way. I am so happy with this and will continue to use magic vaporizers for any future purchases! Xx

Obviously this company doesn’t appreciate return custom. They’re quick to dispatch but the after sales support is mid at best. It’s clear they don’t care to respond to negative reviews, wish I hadn’t ignored them before purchasing.I’ve bought my second £200 vape this year, and unfortunately it has failed within 3 days of receipt, displaying multiple faults. No worries, I work with electronics, these things happen. Emailed in pictures and a clear description of the fault, which is widely reported online. They requested videos, so I record 3 separate videos with the serials number in one of the videos as requested showing a clear fault, to be met with, “sorry can you record another video”!? It’s a vape with the screen completely dead, what else do you possibly need to ascertain from one more video? Just wasting time when I’ve made it clear that I use this device to take my medication for pain, so excuse me if I’m a little bit angry, as I’m in agony.

I will definitely order again if I will need anything. Quick order processing and despatch. Great customer service, quick answering - Alicia very helpful. Device working correctly, one security label on device box, peeled off but did not notice anything was repacked and I wouldn't say it's some scam like I saw some previous statement about that. Best price, really happy I switched to desktop. Colder air a lot better for lungs and material is not burnt after session. Arizer EX Q2.I can recommend this seller.

Ordered from Magic Vaporisers as a present, device came and worked perfectly! Sealed box and quick shipping. Unfortunately after a month the device became un-responsive and would no longer take charge. After contacting customer service, I was asked some general troubleshooting questions and to supply a video of the device not working. Unfortunately as this could not be resolved. A replacement was issued. This issue from customer service was over 2 days. Fantastic customer care and very friendly customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend! Shout out to Liza and Alicia for being fantastic and getting everything resolved Asap.
