Ordered 6 4-in-1 Data Cable Phone Stands as stocking fillers on 12 Nov 22. Order acknowledged and on the way 13 Nov 22. Arrived a few days later with no problems. Suspect that some stock is held in UK and others come from China (despite the UK email address and website), so others have had bad experiences. Have learned to check the .co.uk companies thoroughly to find out where they are really based. Suggest anyone using this site does the same rather than be frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered crazy wheels marauder after seeing their Facebook post. Only the wheels and blade delivered in a small box. No instructions and no sign of the pole it should be attached to in order to use from standing position. Messaged the company who replied saying a refund should be processed in 5-8 days. No idea whether this will happen and no explanation as to why the complete item wasn’t delivered. Suspect a scam I’ve paid £16 plus £4 postage for a bit of metal and 2 wheels. Avoid this company which appears to be in China despite U.K. web address

No item delivered. Emails ignoredI ordered a bathroom cleaning brush. Haven’t received it. Sent several emails which have just been ignored. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They give a Hermes tracking number. Hermes does not exist anymore but is now Evri. It is obviously a scam. Why do Facebook lef them advertised there. Very angry and disappointed

Why no zero star status - trading standards should get involved here. Ordered some cards advertised as luxury £9.99 for 12. Very small, don’t fit envelopes, printed wonky on shiny paper - only fit for the bin. No response on messenger. They don’t send invoice or order number completely untraceable.

ordered 4th dec never heard from them after 4 weeks lucky i paid via paypal put a complaint to them had to wait 7 days then paypal returned my money.I did receive the 2 items(mens cardigans) they was meant to be size xl they was more like a size m no where near fitted, NO RETURN ADDRESS, FALSE MY HERMES TRACKING NUMBER,also says magicin uk came from chinaAVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Website easy to navigate, delivery was quicker than expected, and the product really "does what it says on the tin!" Delighted with my purchase.

Like others, wish I'd read all these reviews before I bought 3 jumpers from them. Looked lovely in the advert but their sizes are up the creek!! No response to endless emails sent. Anyone want 3 lovely ladies tops... Realistic size medium.17.10.22 Update on this after contacting them via Facebook messenger (and also finally getting a reply to my email, although that's another story) is that I got my refund, in full! Definitely contacting them via FB is better option.

AVOID AT ALL COSTI wouldn't even give this company a 1 star, but there wasn't anything lower.I ordered a large food flask, I received a small shabby plastic food flask that's dented on the inside.I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions with no response.I paid £13 plus postage that took 3 weeks to arrive from a UK address.I'm far from happy with the lack of communication.

I ordered sweater and realised that it wouldn’t arrive in time for function as it will be dispatched from China. I requested a refund via email and allowing for time differences had a quick response to this saying that refund would be made in 3-5 days. After 2 days I received full refund to my PayPal account. I have no problem with the communication with this company but cannot comment on quality of products as order was cancelled

I can only state my experience is nothing like majority of other reviews. I had reply to my email within 1 day and delivery in full 2 days later. Very happy with service.

false hermes number for tracking and no delivery. no response to 3 emails so far after almost 3 weeks since placing order. no phone number to complain to or get refund for item not delivered. Company appears to be a scam.. only wish I'd checked on here before ordering.

0 stars. Avoid this company. Its all false advertising and poor customer service they dont respond. Ordered a crystal Advent Calendar took over a month to arrive and turned out to be coloured beads! The website showed national geographic boxes and an assortment of crystals and fossils etc. I bet they don't even allow the warning review I tryed to put against it on their website.

Wish I read reviews before buying. I ordered a cat toy spring on 21st December and I'm still waiting. I've asked for order to be cancelled and refunded immediately. They have tried to fob me off with we will be shipping soon. I've asked for manager to contact me to complain. They also do not seem to answer your email just send a automated answer.

Ordered dream catcher decorations and a set of cards in December, is now Feb and have received nothing. Emailed twice and had no reply. Have escalated through PayPal to hopefully get a refund but otherwise I've lost nearly £40.

Ordered 2 of the 'Dogs Pooping in Beautiful Places' calendars as joke xmas presents and a bluetooth transmitter for the car on 3rd December. They arrived after Xmas. Calenders could have been made at a school fete. Bluetooth transmitter could have been from 1998. Order at your peril. Customer services non-existant. 43 quid wasted.

Ordered the Llewellyn Witches Calendar cost £20 including postage. They sent us a fake version of the calendar. This one had blurry images, wrong text, typos, wrong moon phases and none of the rituals or holidays. So upset as my mum was really excited to gift me this calendar.

Less than one star!!! Zero response after failing to provide order confirmation or delivery details. Only save in grace was that I ordered on Klarna so have paused future payments from going out. Complete scam of a company. 5 emails sent over the course of 4 weeks with no response. How can this company operate??????

The item arrived damaged, I have not had a reply to my email.The item was an indestructible bear dogs toy but when it arrived the stitches were coming apart and the inside squeaker was coming out!

It was great but could have done with having some fitting instructions in the box otherwise thank you very much
