Is magicalcredit.ca Legit?

I had a very good experience with Magical credit the online loan app is very easy and then Jenny gave me a call and went over everything. I had a great experience and would recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks Jenny.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have been with them for years and they have always come through for me.No matter what representative you talk to, they are always friendly, helpful and courteous.If you need help, this is the company to go to.

Magical worked with me with prompt immediacy showing willingness to hear me out and come up with solutions. I am still at the stage of small amount loans and paying the first one on the specified date. This current loan required a split arrangement but once I paid the remainder of the "split amount" Magical blessed me with a third loan on the same day I made the payment for that "split remainder." Hope you are not all confused. Now i look forward to a larger inst- allment loan to help me relocate to a better paying position in my field.

I applied for a Small loan Over the telephone. Loan Pending. Approved or Denied is irrelevant. The Customer Service, I received over the phone From Nastasia Was More than Professional . She walked Me through My application. Very Polite. This Woman Knows Her Job. For that reason Alone I am giving Magical Credit 5 stars

I have had the pleasure of speaking with April on a couple of occasions now, and I cannot say enough positive things. April is friendly, patient, and professional, while ensuring that my questions are answered and my issue has been resolved. I have had loans on and off with Magical Credit since 2015, and April is by far the most helpful and friendly representative that I have spoken to. I appreciate her timely resolution on my behalf and cannot thank her enough! She is amazing!

Magical Credit is amazing! Yes, they charge interest BUT when you NEED money now, they are there to help when others are saying NO!Last year they helped me restart my home based business by ordering much needed supplies.. this year they helped by repairing our vehicle now and not in 3 weeks. And they are helping repair my credit!

Just another company that lies about how to qualify then deny you no matter what the situation So no they don't take child tax or help with emergency loans. Now that they keep lying because unless you're child tax is 1600 your refused even if it was to get an urn for my son who was cremated and I didn't have to take him home in a shoe box. So ya they lie for clicks.

Terrible company. My bank account with TD was compromised and completely drained. So I switched banks and contacted Magical Credit to inform them of what happened. They agreed that to keep me in good standing all I had to do was pay a small nsf fee and reschedule my payment with a different account. I did. They did NOT inform me I’d incur $100 a month interest for each month including my regular scheduled payment. DO NOT USE THEM

Customer service was courteous and polite. As part of the application process, they contact friends and family. I understand the theory behind giving references in case you fall out of contact, miss a payment etc. I object to contacting family and friends during the application process and feel it's a privacy breach. I didn't move forward with them for that reason but think other people should be aware of this policy.
