Is magfast.com Legit?

Your products take way too long to ship they are obsolete before we get them. I'm ill waiting for my order and it is now more than 5 months.

I placed an initial order in June of 2019, another in November 2019, both for charging products, a third in November 2022 for power cables, yet another order in March 2023 for luggage, and more luggage and cables in September of 2023. Of these orders, I have received a partial of my original order in June 2019 and the cables from November of 2022. I was promised some certificates, for double of what I have paid and not received yet, that were supposed to be available on July 4, 2024. That never happened. I was then told that the website would be live July 18, 2024. That never happened either! I am through with Magfast. All of the promises and next to none of the delivery!

I bought a package of chargers in 2020.It was partially shipped end of 2023. 1 didn't work I received no help from Magfast to fix it.I asked for a refund on unshipped items.Magfast said unshipped items were free ones. My receipt says I paid for them.I asked for refund again x 15.Then Magfast said if I pay to send the other ones back then they will refund me.But they begged me to understand that they mismanaged the business and actually need more $$ to stay afloat. And they'd give me double what they owe me in bogus $ to use as a 50% discount off of their charging cords. (But again that's not gonna happen.)Still no refund. STAY AWAY FROM MAGFAST. Scammers.PS they asked people to review them on here for a discount before paying or receiving product. So most reviews on here are false.

I was having a problem with registering my Heathrow luggage (which I adore, by the way). I was so very frustrated because I was so excited after opening it up and seeing the lovely surprise inside!! MAGFAST does go the extra mile when servicing their products. My problem was resolved and I am a happy camper - I mean soon-to-be traveler!!

I have been associated with Seymour Segnit before he even started with Magfast. Magfast replaced the product that he originally started and I knows that when Magfast came along, I could trust the company. I am not big into” investing my money” but I knew his reputation and if it’s a product that I know I would want I felt comfortable doing it. If you believe in this product, you will never be sorry. Thank you Magfast.

1.The Quality of the Products are amazing !.2.The service is excellent albeit it does take time to respond right away,but the concerns get addressed effectively.3.However Need to improve the back order situation.Would highly recommend all the current products in the market.

I'm a fan from way back! My wall chargers still work and I love them and Seymour's concept. During the first crowd funding, Seymour was updating investors and asking for feedback almost on a daily basis. His conscientious efforts then have made it easy for me to choose to support his endeavors now. The magnetic connections are a fantastic upgrade to his products and I, too, believe it to be the future normal. Thank you, Seymour, for your ingenuity, perseverance and hard work!!!

MAGFAST has turned out to be the worst company ever. I recommend you do not purchase any products from MAGFAST or invest in the company.It took 5 years to receive my pre-order and then I only received part of it. I bought into all their excuses - production problems, supply chain issues due to Covid, etc, etc, etc. I made the mistake of investing money in the company during their first Thanksgiving Day offering. I knew the risk but had no idea their business model was evidently extremely flawed. I even purchased over $1000 of their newer products which I have never received. Now, when I ask for a refund, I'm told they can't offer refunds. They are raising new capital and if they issue refunds "everyone" loses. I'm told they don't have the capital to refund orders that I have never received, but they will offer me double the value vouchers for those orders. So, they don't have the capital to refund my $1000+ orders, but they have (or will have) the capital to send me $2000 worth of products?? Makes sense to me... Lol. And who knows if I would ever receive double the amount of products. It may take another 5 years. And honestly, I don't want any additional MAGFAST products. I understand MAGFAST was a young company in January 2019 when I first purchased the pre-order. I also knew there was a risk of losing my investment, but not receiving subsequent orders is ridiculous. Therefore, if I can save one consumer from making the same mistakes I did, this 100% honest review will be well worth submitting. If I could give a 0 or negative star rating, I would!!!

The cord is very durable, the quality is high, it doesn't have charge times keep getting longer like some cheap cords from the big online store. It also has a warranty for free replacement, I don't anticipate needing to use it, but am at ease knowing if anything happens it will be covered

My cord started getting hot and just stopped working so I contacted customer service. They were prompt and courteous with their response to my concern. They live up their promise of replacing your charging cord should it stop working. They are sending me a new cord; I couldn't be more pleased as I love how fast it charges!

I have been “on board” with Magfast since its initial crowdfunding. I have been impressed with their transparency and communications throughout the development process. And now I am enjoying these amazing chargers and Lux cables. Product designs and performance are everything they said they would be. I received my first Extreme Life Kit in August 2023 and have enjoyed the chargers at home and during overseas trips. There is nothing on the market that can compete with Magfast. I have placed additional orders as well as preorders at the beginning of development.

The products I have been purchasing have been outstanding. Each one is of obvious premium quality, construction, materials and performance. My reason for not 5 Stars, is that orders received over time have neither been timely nor completely accurate. I have had long waits for orders, compared to charges made to me. Customer Service does not respond quickly.

This company is creating a product I've longed for someone to create. Finally, a high-quality product that will last. I value the attention to detail they have incorporated into their products and the obvious care taken for quality, something lacking in so many products nowadays. I am so excited for the current lineup as well as what is coming in the future!

I have purchased the power cords, primarily. They are certainly top quality. Expensive, but top quality. The only negative is that the connector for USB to USB-C really doesn’t work - the powering is so slow that it’s really not worth using. Simple fix, just get an additional AC -USB-C plug. But that’s a fairly minor point - the real thing is that I no longer worry about buying power cords that work poorly, or fail quickly.

Customer service took care of my exchange right from their end! Couldn’t be happier! From the ground up Magfast is a solid company by far and am excited to support their growth and be part of making groundbreaking strides!

Products are as advertised and of high quality. I have had to be patient with MAGFAST understanding that brilliant idea is not perfected overnight. That being said I am very satisfied with my products and have complete faith in the hardworking men and women at MAGFAST.

I received this order in a reasonable length of time--about two weeks. It was well packed and delivered safely. I failed to understand the complexities of the Life that was part of the order and what I thought was a missing item. Customer service (Britani) clarified my lack of understanding without making me feel too dumb and I was able to get on with my Magfast products.

While this start-up company has had a myriad of problems, I feel very confident in the fact that they will eventually deliver my product. They have been honest about deliveries and keeping buyers informed. Their product remains a top of the line product, and once they get some of the start-up issues resolved the company should take-off.

This was the first of several orders that I’ve placed. They are honest, open, friendly, and innovative. I’ve bought several products from them and I have always been pleased with the experience. They keep customers informed about new products, services, and directions the company is heading.
