The customer support experience was highly disappointing. The representative displayed unprofessional behavior, showing a lack of willingness to assist and seemingly wasting time without providing any resolution. Despite paying for support services, I did not receive the help I needed. This reflects poorly on the company's competence and commitment to its customers.

Overall a great experience! It was simple and easy to install and use the app. Anna was very helpful in customising the app so that it matches my store's theme. Would definitely recommend!

I use Mageplaza extension for quite some time. I like them because Mageplaza can guarantee compatibility. Four out of five work out of the box. For the other customization is done by them at no extra charge.Sometimes it can take a while before a ticket has been solved, but they always fixed any issue. I recommend their extensions.

First, they offer SMTP module for free which is a recommendation for all of our clients.Second, after I've encountered the issue with module install, they've responded swiftly to my request, in the matter of minutes, even though their chatbot marked them as offline. Clear solutions of which one of them worked.A recommendation from me!

I have used MagePlaza modules for many years now, I was using the SMTP module with the latest version of magento, there was an issue, a little searching showed they had already addressed the issue and provided a link to download the fix in the forum.
