Is madewithloveandsparkle.co.uk Legit?

After ordering a door plaque for myself, I was really pleased so decided to order one for my sister. I received one with the wrong address and was assured that it would be replaced but I havnt received any more correspondence or refund. The plaque cost approx £30 with p&p so I am really disappointed that after sending emails, I havnt received any back.

I bought a planner from this website for £36 when arrived looked very nice went to start using it and you can’t even fit the whole month in the calendar. When emailed the person was very unhelpful and said I can’t get a refund or return it. Do not buy from this company !

Joke of a company! Item ordered in priority delivery 2 weeks ago. No item, no dispatch, no tracking. Contacted them via email multiple times. no response.Facebook, no responsePhone line, disconnected!Will be filing a chargeback through my bank & advising others to not use this disgusting company! Should not be allowed to trade!

I ordered 2 x train signs with standard dispatch. I emailed on the Thursday saying I needed them sooner. They emailed me the payment link to pay for priority dispatch. Both items arrived Saturday morning. I’m so grateful as these were gifts that had to get to the recipient asap. The train signs were stunning - much better than I had expected. Thank you - thoroughly recommend. 🤗

Having recently lost one of our beloved dogs I was looking for a memorial for her. I ordered the acrylic paw print that can be personalised with pictures and writing. It came today after only ordering a few days ago and we couldn't be happier with it. Will definitely order from here again thank you

Absolute thieves. Placed an order with them,they used Evri to deliver it,the item never got delivered. I emailed evri about it,it took nearly 2 weeks for a reply,evri refused to help me. Got in touch with mad with sparkle,they said unless you get in touch with them within 2 days of ordering the product they refuse to help you as that's their policy. Absolute utter scum of a company,avoid at all costs.

Absolutely love my Christmas plaque! It looks even better than the pics on the website & is now hung up for all to see!Contacted the company as the item hadn’t arrived (due to postal service) & they replied promptly. Superb service & product…I’ll definitely be buying from them again & recommending them.

I ordered an item for express delivery over a week and a half ago for an 80th birthday. I emailed and was told it would be will me ‘tomorrow’ 4 days later still not here and hasn’t even been processed. Very disappointing considering it now won’t be here in time and the price I paid was not cheap!! Avoid this if your looking for a present and need it sooner than 2 weeks

I have been a big fan of the company's products and finally took the plunge and ordered 3 signs - one free standing Christmas sign and 2 street signs. After I had placed the order I contacted Tanya with a query about the wording I had selected. Tanya responded quickly and courteously.I received my order quicker than expected and they were all great - thanks so much!

Purchased the gold glitter heart balloon print. Fantastic customer service. 1st print had a spelling mistake, 2nd print sent out faster than the 1st one. very grateful. Cannot fault this company at all. Would definitely order from again and recommend to people.

Ordered the personalised notice board as a gift. Made my choices for personalisation which was great and suited my son‘s wishes. Added the family name to it and selected 6 rows for individual family members’ events etc ...ordered before Christmas aware product would not arrive on time. Hadn’t heard a week or so after so made contact with company. Quick response with updated delivery advice which was reassuring. Product is expensive but good quality. It was wrapped well for delivery. The personalised touches make it unique and son and family appreciate the personal additions. Would consider the company again for gifts. Thank you

I ordered us a family wall planner and it was Amazing service with super fast delivery (3 days from ordering). I also asked for ours and the children's names to be personalised on it along with our family name which wasn't any problem at all and done. Really happy with the item and can't wait to start planning. Thank you again and will definitely be using them again.

Order process and dispatch of order were timely. Kept informed of progress. Gift arrived very well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Item is beautiful as it is personalised and I’m sure recipients will love it. All in all a lovely company to deal with and gifts with that little extra sparkle .

I loved this and checked the small print (as i've been caught out before) it DID NOT say frame wasn't included and now its arrived with no frame! Which means it extremely overpriced ~ I wish these companies would be clearer on the descriptions! It's nice but literally just comes as an A4 piece of paper! no frame!!

I have used this company for a Christmas eve box and the Easter crates.I purchased an Easter crate quiet late and didnt think it would arrive in time, but it did and it is beautiful.These products are so well made, beautifully designed and they really go out if their way to made you feel that you are a valued customer. Excellent customer service is fast response times.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this type of product. Highly recommended

I purchased a weekly menu planner and when it came our name was spelt wrong. I contacted MWLS and the customer care team came back to me straight away. They couldn't apologise enough and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The new planner arrived today and it is beautiful, I am very pleased with it, and the customer service was excellent.
