Fantastic! I found Mad About Horror whilst looking what to wear for Halloween. Great mix of cheaper costumes right up to high end professional masks and props… Decided to go for the ‘Teeth Knocker’ mask and the ‘Asylum Hospital Gown’ the higher price definitely justifies the quality and overall realism of both items.As for shipping, this was tracked via UPS and arrived very fast! I’d highly recommend! Will be back for more soon!

I ordered an action figure a couple of weeksAgo,i phoned before i ordered and was very specific about the item i required and the condition etc.I ordered on monday and paidFor express delivery. I was told the item would go out on the monday.I received notification on tuesday that DHLWould deliver on Wednesday. The item was delivered it was damaged and the wrong item!I contacted customer services and was told i could return for a full refund and offered an apology.Going on this experience i decided to keep the item as i didn't trust the company to receive and refund me as they couldnt even send out the correct item.No one has contactedMe since even to enquire why i have not returnedThe item which speaks for itself in terms of bad customer service.

A great selection to choose from (which is a bit unusual in the uk) so I was very excited and paid the deposit for the clown-go-round. Once it was in stock I received an email with the link to complete the purchase. All very easy to follow. Literally days later I received it. Built it up and it works great. Moves well and sounds great. Stands steady as well. (Needs a few little details fixed like the collar material tightened, and clothes closed up better buy that is my fussiness). Very happy with the whole process and hopefully (wife permitting,) I will buy from here again.

I contacted Mad About Horror to ask if they would let me have a look at a Chucky doll I was interested in buying (I live close to their warehouse). They made an appointment for me to visit their warehouse, I ended up buying a NECA Chucky doll and taking him home with me the same day! All the staff were lovely, but a big shoutout to Sarah who was so nice to deal with throughout! I’ll definitely be back again and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much guys :)
