Is m.shein.co.uk Legit?

I thougth I'm the first one to lost my money with this fake store. Most of the reviews were negative and I am adding my negative rivew today.I paid for my order and after 3 weeks waiting nothing arrived to my address, What I got just a partial refund. Fake trucking numbers, fake trucking history.Terrible customer service. If you decided to buy from them be prepared to lose your money with fake company.

I return my last order and got a printed label from shein and no refund , no support and no answer nothing !!Terrible !! I have been a customer for a while but really feel there is no one when you need support !!!

Spent MANY hours on site (which is chaotically organised). Hit problems. Emailed them, got no response. More hours starting from scratch, finally selecting £40+ items, correctly shown in shopping basket. Then couldn't get site to function at pay point. Faulty. No more word from company. Clearly indifferent to customers time and inconvenience. This is a really badly organised site with no assistance available. A terrible waste of time and very frustrating. I'd stay clear. From other reviews, quality and general service often poor too.

14 of my items arrived damaged, which just shows how bad quality and cheap most of their products are. I took photos and sent them off to this rubbish company and they did not at all want to give me a refund or even a partial refund. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this site to anyone and certainly won’t be buying from here again.

I ordered 2 items on shein to the wrong address which was my fault. so then decided to contact customer support to change my shipping details and they said it wasn’t possible so then i tried cancelling my order and they didn’t let me even though i ordered yesterday….. absolutely terrible service

Products are wrongly described (especially the sizes), poorly sewn and very often you receive the wrong product from them. SHEIN expects you then to send it back for a full refund. Before this one has to take for many hours pictures, describe everything to them about what went wrong this time and then to reply (after up to 48 hours) to SHEIN’s messages. I am already kind of an unpaid external staff member who is trying to uplift the quality of the products with lots of effort and activities. I will stop to order at SHEIN and turn back to another shop which has a better quality level to not have so much extra work to handle permanently because of quality issues. Don't waste your time and money with SHEIN!

I've returned 2 items in October and payed a big return fee at my post office, send them the tracking no. but no feeback so far, even if I created numerous tickets. They just choose to ignore me. I am now without the dresses I return and with no refund from their side.I would not recomment this seller. Shame on their return process!

I ordered a onesie which was not at all how it appeared on the website. Attempted to make a return but this seems impossible and there is no meaningful customer service. It actually is impossible to return and refund still trying to work it out after 5 failed attempts online

Again I ordered 3 things in December and returned them a few days after. No confirmation of my returns and now Klarna are requesting payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT TO RETURN IT

Previous experiences have been ok, but this last one is awful!!Ordered some items for a black tie event with delivery for 8th-10th November. The event is on the 17th November. Some of the items turned up by the 10th. The rest I just kept getting messages about delays. Then today (16th November) I get an email to say the rest of the items will be delivered today between 7pm and 9pm ... great, so I didn't go out and get something else. At 8:33pm I get an email to say the driver won't be delivering today now and will aim to deliver tomorrow. I leave at 7:30am to get to the event!!! And I can't speak to anyone here or at the delivery company (they've had a separate, equally frustrated review).I know things go wrong but no-one cares about trying to put it right. Had it not been for the email today saying it would be delivered I would have sorted another option. Now I'm stuck and a lousy 50 points on my account is an insult

Love each purchase that i made ever since 2019. Got soo many compliments, worn in many holidays.Love the material and the style of each piece and good aesthetic at the price given.There were some stitching/material that looked a lil cheap, but for the price i really didn't mind it. And Do Check the Sizing twice before purchasing: sizing can defer based on textiles.

I absolutely love Shein. It can do no wrong in terms of quality, price, and quantity! All the clothing is absolutely gorgeous, and at reasonable and affordable prices. I love how the bikini pieces are sold together instead of separately.The only downside is it takes 2-3 weeks to get the item. But it's well worth it! Shein is ONE OF THE BEST online clothing sites!

I love the clothes I've gotten from SheIn... Never have had a problem returning items or getting items that were accidentally not sent.... As long as you check the size chart you will get items that fit you... Their sizes are not the same a "American" sizes just make sure you choose wisely... You get what you pay for but Ive never been unsatisfied!

Well.. I'm very surprised. I had my reservations but My friend ordered without any issues and clothes fit good. My friend recommend order 1 size up. I ordered 1x XL from plus size. I'm UK 16 this worked out UK 18 ln Shein website. clothes order arrived via royal mail within 8 days, both tops fits great. Impressed and will order from website again. Thank you.! I would recommend the website.

Stumbled across this website while looking for a foam hair sponge. I bought some haircare items and a torch to bring up the total for free delivery.They were all cheaper chinese made items but still well packaged and delivered shockingly quickly.I presume from a UK based warehouse.The torch was rubbish and not the worth the trouble to send back.However overall I had a Great first experience with Shein UK.

I love shein, I purchased lots of clothes from them. But I am so disappointed with last couple of times.Two orders since Dec, they notify all of these were delivered but didn't, and I'm still waiting for the response.

This company is not any good..I will never order anything form them again..they suck...and there customer service is no good either.

I have bought loads of Shein, all my purchases have been great, always arrives before they say it will, good quality too, cant fault them at all,

I have very good experience with this store. You can check a lot of real pictures before you buy something. If you still. not happy with products you can easily return them and it's will be refunded. The clothes are nice especially 👗. The one thing that I would change is to note if you buy something and this is a final price should be information you can refund this item. I was stuck with two dresses and I didn't know if buying these dresses and they are not will be good for me I can not return them. Overall, I recommend it.
