I purchased a quick recharge through lycamobile website and they issued a new sim card to me instead of topping up. Now I have an extra sim card and had to pay for the top up again. They responded that they initiated a refund for the duplicate charge but never did (after 1 week). I called my bank to cancel the duplicate charge and now lycamobile blocked my lycamobile account. I called support and they want me to pay a third time to unlock my account.
I reached out to Lyca customer to help with esim transfer to new phone. Dilip the customer service rep was knowledgeable and was quick to understand my concern. He was very helpful in solving my challenges. Thank you Lyca & Dilip.

Worst customer services ever. Even after paying for needed services, I am struggling to get service enabled since past 19 days. This is pathetic and ridiculous, nobody in customer care understand the pain and struggle customer is facing and they keep on dragging the issue with no resolution. Experience and pain I got with lyca customer service is forcing me for review here. I tried reaching all channel for help and resolution. Phone - Customer tech is too rude in response to an extent that he was not ready to disclose his name when asked for. I attempted 3 time in past 19 days and everytime they came up with lame excuse that some other xyz team is working on it and when asked to connect with their supervisor or lead they simply pretend that they are not hearing you and disconnects the call. Chat - Connected 3-4 time in last 19 days. Seems chat always goes in loops with automated reply and you will be confused with all error message. Any way no help from here as well Email - Email is going on since past 18 days, no resolution yet. To all who are planning for Lyca service, please be aware and ready to experience the worst customer care.
