App user, podcast listener and Instagram follower. App is very easy to use. Several programs to choose from. LVLTN provides tons of helpful, relevant and free resources. You won’t be disappointed.

I am a current app user and former 1:1 client and can’t say enough good things about LVLTN! I personally worked with Coach Ari a few years ago and she is so knowledgeable and has the credentials (as do all the coaches) to back up what she was recommending to me. She was kind and compassionate in all her coaching as well and I felt like I could ask her anything! The app is working great for me in this season of life and I have seen tremendous results I never thought possible by using the app and want to continue, it has me craving more muscle growth! I also love the podcast and always take away something new each episode. Josh, Alessandra and Joelle give you the hard truths you need to hear while also giving you realistic ways to meet your health and fitness goals. I feel like I know them just after listening to their podcast and following them on social media, which makes them even more relatable!

The app is easy to use, the workouts are simple (but there are lots of different ones to choose from depending on your phase of life). The podcast is informative, nuanced, funny and SO relatable! Love this community!

Absolutely amazing app that spells everything out for you so you don’t have to think about anything you just show up and do it. What I also love about this company is they genuinely want to make the world a better place and help as many people as possible. I only just started using their app about 3 months ago but have learned SO much from them through their free resources (podcast, instagram, facebook group). They make their app incredibly affordable (it’s worth so much more) for everything you have access to! I love the app and them!

I hired LVLTN for one-on-one coaching and it was a game changer. I learned so much about proper nutrition to fuel my body and a great strength training program that broadened my mind to what a training program should look like! The results I saw (and felt) in three months were incredible. But the life long knowledge that they gave me was priceless! I listen to every single podcast because of the wisdom and thought leadership they provide to the fitness space. Truly 5 star service!

I won’t shut up about how much I love LVLTN to anyone who will listen. Over the course of the last year, I have made incredible changes to my whole life with the help of this team, and I’m not even a 1:1 client! I have finally found a sustainable and loving approach to health and fitness / wellness. The programming is stellar, and there are multiple options for any situation or person out there. I am stronger, more toned, and CONFIDENT because of the way I feel in my body. How I move throughout in my everyday life has improved drastically thanks to this programming. Not only do they provide fitness but they provide education and resources for your whole life - nutrition, meditation, overall habits and how to effectively and sustainably change them. Truly - I could not recommend this app more. I really think this is the way to actually change lives and make real health attainable for everyone.

I have been working with LVLTN for 3-4 years now and have loved every second of it! Robin has been the BEST coach and they truly take an individual approach to each client. From shift work schedule, wedding prep, and even before and after a deployment, she’s been there guiding me along 🤗 The app is so user friendly and takes the guess work away when you step into the gym. Videos, instructions on each movement along with MANY MANY other resources provided in the app. The tools they provide - for *everyone* are out of this world and education that I wish the whole world would learn from, absorb and implement into their lives 🥰 If you need baby stepped into this world - just take a listen to any of their podcasts and you’ll be hooked!

Love the app! It’s got so many resources and a program to fit your life no matter what season you are in. Podcast is 100000/10, the dynamic between the 3 is amazing and I learn so much every episode. Love everything they stand for and the messages they put out!

Hands down the best training app! There are so many strength programs included and running programs. Most apps you have to pay per program but not with the SDEapp! You get all of them! I have been using the app since May 2024 and have never been more structured with my workouts because it’s planned. Which is helping me get stronger and more confident in my workouts. But that’s not all. The podcasts! So much great information and help on every episode. Alessandra, Josh and Joelle actually listen to what their clients/consumers need and want! They actually want to help you succeed at getting healthy and strong. Super happy I randomly came across Alessandra’s IG, it’s turned me into a happy client for sure! Thank you guys for the work you put into each program, the easy to use app, the podcasts, the IG info, the FB group.. all of it! Thank you! You guys rock!

I’ve been using the app for a little over 3 years. It’s extremely easy to follow and I love how I can track my workouts. There’s a variety of different workouts to choose from that will fit the season of life you are in. Love it!

So I've never worked one-on-one with a LVLTN Coach, though it is definitely something I am completely interested in!! I have however been following the SDE Method app since June & I love it!!! Not only do I love the app but I love everything that Alessandra & Josh stand for. They lead by example, don't push quick fixes, show real life in action and are down to earth. I'm never scared to ask a question and I'm always excited to get feedback from them! Then came the merger !!! Just when I didn't think the podcast could get any better add in Joelle!!! It's fire!!! The knowledge that the three of them share is incredible. I'm always learning something, I always find myself questioning why I did things the way I did but always in a good way. They make me think outside the box and let's face it. They are hilarious to listen to, especially the back and forth between Josh and Joelle! If you're looking for basic simple tips to lead a better healthy lifestyle, I would definitely not only follow the fitness League podcast I would follow LVLTN Ig they have so many knowledge coaches that fit every season of life! Get the SDE Method App! While I wait to get started on 1:1 coaching one day I will continue to follow the principles LVLTN teaches ... training, nutrition, mindset, movement and habits!

This company really does an outstanding job in relation to all things health and fitness, and offer so many different and great resources. I was previously a 1:1 client of level ten with coach Brad and had an absolutely amazing well rounded experience while working with him, our weekly check ins were the highlight of my week and I constantly learned new things from him. Brad and the team were an amazing resource any questions I had we’re not only answered but answered in depth in a manner than explained everything fully. The additional perks of being a 1:1 client and endless resources were amazing and really create a feeling of belonging and support in every aspect.The care I received as a client taught me so much and has led to me being able to manage my health independently after my 1:1 experience. I also have previously used the SDE app for programming and enjoyed using it, I enjoyed that each week all exercises had a video explanation and suggested tempo and recovery times, the programming is very thorough and challenging and leaves really no room for confusion on how to complete each week. I have also been an avid podcast listener to both Joelle’s podcast and Alessandra and Josh’s podcasts prior to them merging companies and love the free information that is presented in a way that is so relatable and covers so many challenges that people face in their day to day lives while trying to better themselves. All around I feel like these companies merging is such a huge benefit to all future clients and they will only continue to grow in their success not only for themselves but in changing the lives of those who work with them.
