I purchased a Chanel Bag from Trudi and it was delivered within a week even during the holidays. The purse is gorgeous and in excellent condition. I have purchased a few bags from Trudi and I always love her curation and the condition of all her purses are excellent!

nice product. however no choice on shipping and having to pay an extra £10 is not ideal for one book. wasn’t next day delivery either with that price.

Unless you’re buying Hermes they just aren’t interested. I’d messaged them several times re a Louis Vuitton men’s speedy bag and got ignored. They are too full of their own importance now with YouTuber collaborations every other week. If you’re not spending birkin/kelly money just go somewhere else.

I'm usually very happy with the items I buy from Luxury Promise but to see the marble homeware from the Dubai marble show on Amazon from the Radicaln company . The marble homeware is less than half the price on amazon. Same bookends, coasters and fruit bowls etcI thought they said they were locally sourced from Dubai and that you could only get them in Dubai.

Love Luxury Promise, you can shop with confidence that everything is genuine, which is soooo important when you are spending over £10k on an Hermes bag! Love the live shows, items are usually dispatched very quickly and quality is as described. Never had problems returning items either, which again gives you confidence in shopping.
