Is luxgrip.co.uk Legit?

I ordered luxgrip clippers online, thought I had ordered fingernail clippers and these may be toe nail clippers. These are sharp, they work but they are uncontrollable for toes and fingers. Have contacted luxgrip by email two or three times with NO RESPONSE. Have also called and left one or two messages. No response back fir returns. Cannot recommend this product.

I have problems with the strength in my hands and was unable to even clip my fingernails not to mention my toenails. These clippers have made it possible for me to have decent looking toes again. They are sharp and strong! Love them!

Ordered on 8/1/23 didn't opt for faster delivery. Received 8/9/24. Not bad! These are the BEST clippers EVER!!! Had to try them out right away. Easily clipped thick nails that were a struggle with conventional models. Just wish I hadn't waited so long to order them! Last year I ended up getting months of "wound care" due to damage to my toes trying to use traditional clippers. I totally recommend them.

Was expecting a bit of a wait with shipping but arrived under a fortnight. Purchased for an elderly relative who's very happy with them. Looked over them myself beforehand, well presented and appear very decent. Have paid a lot more for some nowhere near as good

I ordered nail clippers from this company and they arrived. However, the hand nail clippers which I need are faulty. I have emailed the company twice asking for replacement but have been ignored on both occasions. The mechanism of the nail clippers will not open. As well as myself, both my sons have tried without success. My order number is 61257.

I ordered the nail clippers in July and paid for expedited delivery. Customer service responded once and said they would get back to me in a day or two and it never happened. The tracking is stuck on August 6 or so and today is August 29, no additional responses from Customer Service. Save your money and frustration and find another product.

Incredible nail clippers which are every bit as good as they appeared to be on the promotional video I watched on Instagram. They are sharp, cut easily and the wide opening blades make awkward toenails easy to cut. They are a significant improvement on the pair of clippers I have been using for the last 20 years! The only negative was the lack of communication following order to delivery but the clippers arrived in about 2 weeks. The effectiveness of the product far outweighs the slight uncertainty during the delivery process. The 2 for 1 offer was perfect - I had no trouble finding a grateful home for the second pair!

My clippers arrived at last.First order didn’t appear & after a bit of difficulty In contacting the company they reissued the order which was delivered promptly I was surprised to see they came directly from China maybe that caused the problem The clippers were well packed, seem good quality and are certainly sharp.

My teenage son has always had trouble with his thick nails, but these clippers have made a world of difference for him. He actually enjoys cutting his nails now!

A little getting use to at first, as not much pressure on actuation is needed for the clippers to cut caution these are very sharp! Love the ergonomically design feel of this product, its light and well made I am very happy with my purchase!

After waiting nearly 2 weeks I finally received my nail clippers today. I take great pride in my nails, so I wanted a premium pair of nail clippers. Received my order .excellent buy one get one free plus a nail file Used all ready I'm amazed at how good they are .Nice and wide for not the best toe nails .I did buy from another well know foot care company and yours are far superior so thanks very very much for your excellent service and good delivery x

Receiving the quality product that was promised made the experience worthwhile. It's promoted as German technology, sold on a .co.uk website - all seemed fine. Then I'm informed it's been despatched - from China. Straight away I thought ' That's my money gone '. But, the tracker kept updating, and they turned up after 12 days. They are as described (one free too), great quality, very sharp, good size - especially for big hands.Unfortunately I think that there is too much bad press and bad experiences with people receiving inferior products, that anything coming from China is expected to be rubbish. Well that's obviously not the case, just do some sensible research and you will be fine.Thanks for a great product - it's so hard to find a decent set of nail clippers in the usual shops.

I’m beginning to think that there is another group using Luxgrip as a front and advertising a similar product through Facebook. Certainly the company I have ordered through are taking their time delivering my nail clippers.l paid and extra £1-50 to ensure a priority processing. I’ve paid over £25. I think my moneys disappeared into the ether! Scammers.

For those customers in the US, I want to give a heads-up that shipping takes a while for these. My order took about 5 days to process and another two weeks to make it my mailbox. You also want to make sure you are ordering from luxgrip.co.uk. Check your browser before putting in your payment info so you don't get fleeced by a fake seller.These clippers are sharp! I have some nails that have repeated damage from sports or incidents at work. They grow out distorted and in different thicknesses. It is difficult to get an effective trim with drug store nail clippers. Luxgrip clippers gave me a manageable cut in two tries and I didn't have to squeeze very hard on the handle. They open fairly wide, so it's easy to clip more than nail. Take it very slow with these clippers or have someone help if you have a difficult time seeing or feeling what you're doing.

Just bought the Luxgrip nail clippers (actually got 2 on a bogof deal). These are the best clippers I have ever used. Wide opening suitable for all nail thicknesses and super sharp. Look classy too although they will only be seen by me. Great purchase

Just received these nail clippers very easy to use good size wide cut pleased with them hope they last for years. Would definitely recommend them

Think twice before you try to buy these!! I ordered these nailclipppers in March this year. Still have not recieved them, almost 3 months later, despite having also payed for express delivery. I expect this is one of the many scammer shops on internet!

EDIT - eventually customer services did respond & were then very helpful. The nail clippers arrived today (25/06) which was quick from China. You shouldn’t have to complain though to get that service. Anyway they seem fine & I did say I’d update my review if anything changed.The Placed order LG#38273 on the 3rd June paying extra (supposedly) for priority processing. On the 4th it shows the order is ready to dispatch & a tracking code has been created. Nothing has happened since - no updates, no movement in over 2 weeks. I’ve emailed twice since then but had no response. I can only take it that this one isn’t coming as I’ve received another parcel from China from a different firm in that time. After 30 days I’ll try & apply for chargeback to get my money returned but I’m not holding my breath. AVOID!! If anything changes I’ll update my review!
