Shocking standards !! Beyond belief advertise as London boutique closing down but send crap from china !!! DO NOT order from this company

Awful service, item arrived and was "nothing like the advertised item", the cheapest shabbiest material used edges were not stitched, just raw cut .and had an awful smell.

I made an order stupidly believing that they were genuinely closing down and I liked the look of the items. I ordered two cashmere sweaters as part of my order. When they arrived nearly a month later, the cashmere sweaters were polyester/spandex polo neck jumpers! The other items were substandard. When I emailed about a refund, I just received a sob story in return. I will be placing a complaint with my credit card company. Absolutely disgusting!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. I placed an order as it looked genuine. The website and facebook advert says it’s a London based boutique that’s closing. They advertise lovely looking quality clothing at hugely discounted prices. However. I’ve read reviews advising that it’s cheap and nasty clothing from china. If you want to return, it costs a fortune. I stupidly placed an order for just short of £200. After reading reviews, I contacted them immediately, like within 10 minutes to cancel and was told that they were already processing my order and that I could not cancel! Ludicrous! After mss as my emails, they are still maintaining that I’m unable to cancel. I will await my goods, and I will be returning every item, regardless of the cost to do so. Absolute robbery!

I also placed an order and tried to cancel after 10 minutes and they told me it had been processed, i could no longer cancel. I called my bank to stop the payment, but have been told to wait fifteen days then call back and they will deal with them. Now 10 days later, i track the order and it is still pending! So many complaints about them online, hard to believe they can still trade. I should have looked them up before placing an order, a lesson learned.
