luxelle-london.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives luxelle-london.com a low trust score on the platform: 18.8. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: New. Suspicious. Dubious.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 18.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to luxelle-london.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the New. Suspicious. Dubious. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning luxelle-london.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between luxelle-london.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of luxelle-london.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of luxelle-london.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. luxelle-london.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether luxelle-london.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether luxelle-london.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, luxelle-london.com.

Exactly the same experience and very sorry for everyone else. This was advertised on Instagram and the site looked really believable. I've received a rubbish polyester jacket which was meant to be Italian leather and the coat hasn't even arrived. It's now been a month. £90 out of pocket and angry, but it's really helped me to check before I buy next time.
Luxelle is a scam Company.❌❌DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM❌❌I have had the exact same experience as all the other reviewers. The clothes they ship are of terrible quality and if you want to return, they charge you £9.95 to do so and it can take months, they say. Just another scam to get more money out of you.Check the Luxelle on Companies House website. She claims to have been trading for over 20 years in her advertising but this is a newly registered Company May 2024.There are more reviews for the same CompanyLuxelleLondonVariation on the name by removing the space, I suspect there are many more.Date of experience: 01 November 2024
Shocking standards !! Beyond belief advertise as London boutique closing down but send crap from china !!! DO NOT order from this company
Awful service, item arrived and was "nothing like the advertised item", the cheapest shabbiest material used edges were not stitched, just raw cut .and had an awful smell.
Do not order from this company it’s a total scam Margareth HathersageLuxelle-London you are dupping people into believing you shutting down BEWARE people !! Still not received my order
Absolutely appalling quality clothes. Nothing like what was ordered just cheap and nasty material. Very poor customer service. This is a scam and should be closed down.
Sham and fell for it. Luxury item ordered at half the price, item received was tat so badly put together and can’t begin to describe the material.
Total scam, it’s a shame that companies like this are allowed to trade. Fell for it, feel a fool and have decided to do the review to stop others buying.
I made an order stupidly believing that they were genuinely closing down and I liked the look of the items. I ordered two cashmere sweaters as part of my order. When they arrived nearly a month later, the cashmere sweaters were polyester/spandex polo neck jumpers! The other items were substandard. When I emailed about a refund, I just received a sob story in return. I will be placing a complaint with my credit card company. Absolutely disgusting!!
I was recommended this company by a friend and therefore naively didn’t check them out here first. Ordered two cashmere jumpers on 19th November. Despite several emails asking for a refund they insist the order is processed in CHINA - only the tracking has not updated since 20th November. This is a SCAM website.
This company is a total scam. Has nothing to do with nice people closing their shop. The product arrived eventually, was not fit to use for pet bed ,!
Do not order from this company I ordered item from them on the 14th November 2024 and still have not received the goods I have tracked the item and it is saying order shipped on the 14th November and has not changed since the day I ordered I think this company is a complete scam I have emailed them several times and also asked for a refundto no avail avoid this company if you dont want to be scammed
Why oh why. I always check Trustpilot but late one night I was browsing through FB and this popped up. Placed a substantial order - well it did say closing hours of business! Tired and gullible are my only excuses. Took my money. No order acknowledgement which I didn’t realise until today and no tracking. Trying to cancel order but it’s not easy.
I stupidly ordered from this website before checking trust pilot reviews. Never usually do this so a moment of madness. Tried to cancel order within 5 minutes of placing it and got an email saying order had been processed and too late. No sign of my purchase being delivered and to be honest if it does, expecting cheap tat from China. This website needs to be taken down as I believe acting fraudulently. I feel they have stolen this money from me with falsehoods.
I ordered a “leather bag”, OMG!, it’s simply the most awful thing I have ever seen! Not leather, shockingly made!….. how is this company allowed to do this to people!
Complete SCAMMERSPLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET THE GOODS
This is a scam website do not order from here at any costs - I have challenged via my credit card company so hopefully will receive a refund! Do check and don't be as naive as I have been!
Absolutely disgraceful company. I placed an order as it looked genuine. The website and facebook advert says it’s a London based boutique that’s closing. They advertise lovely looking quality clothing at hugely discounted prices. However. I’ve read reviews advising that it’s cheap and nasty clothing from china. If you want to return, it costs a fortune. I stupidly placed an order for just short of £200. After reading reviews, I contacted them immediately, like within 10 minutes to cancel and was told that they were already processing my order and that I could not cancel! Ludicrous! After mss as my emails, they are still maintaining that I’m unable to cancel. I will await my goods, and I will be returning every item, regardless of the cost to do so. Absolute robbery!
I also placed an order and tried to cancel after 10 minutes and they told me it had been processed, i could no longer cancel. I called my bank to stop the payment, but have been told to wait fifteen days then call back and they will deal with them. Now 10 days later, i track the order and it is still pending! So many complaints about them online, hard to believe they can still trade. I should have looked them up before placing an order, a lesson learned.
I saw this company advertised on Instagram. They seemed quite legit.I ordered a coat for £49.99 and also paid for tracking info. After I ordered it, they sent me a confirmation email with tracking details. When I clicked on the link it was a dead link.I then looked at some reviews!I have been emailing the company every day. After speaking to them several times my item was finally despatched. It took almost 3.5 weeks to reach me!The item is NOTHING like I saw on the website. It's supposed to be a coat and it is more like a hoodie. What I have received s NOT worth £49.99They claim that the website is 2 sisters that are closing down. This is a LIE.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
