We came up with the 54.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to lussoliving.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning lussoliving.co.uk, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between lussoliving.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of lussoliving.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of lussoliving.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. lussoliving.co.uk is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether lussoliving.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether lussoliving.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

SCAM - FRAUDSTERSOrder #40610] (21 July 2024)TAKEN MONEY - NOT SUPPLIED GOODS - NO MORE CONTACT FROM THEM. EMAILS NOT REPLIED TO. DID USE 3RD PARTY CALL HANDLERS BUT DONT HAVE ANY NOW. NOT PROVIDED A REFUND.
It was a terrible experience with this companyI ordered this sofa at June 11th.It supposed to take 12 weeks for the delivery. But It took them almost 5 months finally the sofa was being delivered. However it was damaged with couple tears on. The deliver company were very meat people. They wanted to just drop the sofa on the floor and just wanted to leave.even it is a white glove delivery. Some of the area of the sofa still had some thread on it. The communication was very poor. They don’t do business with high quality and moral. Over all it was a horrible experience.Just be careful to purchase stuff from them.
Sorry to hear people are still being scammed, I to am going through the small claims court , they seem to be avoiding people by changing trading name , look up lusso living at companies House they will give you registered address and directors name , good luck and yes a group action would be a good idea, perhaps the police fraud squad could get Involved,?
This company "Lusso Living" is now trading as "Cheshire Interiors" - their trading addresses seem to match and when asked for specific information on the phone from one of their "reps" (i.e. "Where do you trade from, I can't find your store") they were dismissive and talked in circles. The same behaviours, such as only taking details over the phone and insisting someone will come back to you, are still in practice. I received a confirmation email today that my order was cancelled because I informed them I had reported the transaction as fraudulent.
It would be zero.Order no.38896I wrote a review for this company but it's disappeared, maybe because I've now put a claim in through the Court system. Their communication is appalling, so I had to order from another company, as after reading the reviews, my only conclusion was that I had been scammed. Still no response to my emails seemed to confirm this. There has been no response to my asking for a refund, hence the small claims court. The first claim bounced back from their actual shop address in Altrincham , saying they weren't there! I've updated it but awaiting response, I suspect that address is no longer in use either.I see they have now changed their trading name.I think we need to form some sort of group to do a group action, any ideas?OR:*Why is it I can see that you have issued refunds to some complainants and not others, "Home Bathrooms"?* issue my refund and I can stop the court claim.
The apartment was dirty - the floors filthy. Missing chair which was replaced. We vacated on 23/9 and met all obligations with regard to check out procedure. Now over 2 weeks later still chasing the refund of deposit payment. Have sent 2 emails chasing without even the courtesy of a response. Fortunately I have a Portuguese lawyer and will have to pursue via the Court if not repaid. Avoid at all costs
AVOID!!! Scammers!!!Ordered an oven in June 2024, no sign 8 weeks later and asked to cancel. Multiple emails and phone calls and still no refund in sight. This company do not care! customer support team are just people working from home who "pass on messages", appalling customer service! Order number 39452
Disgusting service Ordered from Lusso Living an expensive induction hob, after a significant amount of time waiting on the hob I requested a refund as the delivery was non existent! I had to purchase the same product elsewhere to enable my kitchen to be completed on time. Waited the 3 to 5 buisness days and still no refund! Lusso what are you playing at!! How do you all sleep at night, taking peoples money and not providing refunds or the goods? DONT USE THIS ONLINE COMPANY.
They are scamer licenced by government, they never shiped any thing, os been 6 months no money no goods just every time you call only take your information and some one will be in touch with you and that's it don't be SCAMED by this bunch of scumbags
Bought an oven on 25 July 2024, it never arrived. In August, I chased and was told it would take too long to arrive, therefore the order would be cancelled and I'd be refunded. On 14 August I was told the refund was processed a while ago but that I'd get the refund any day now. Still no refund, so I went to Amex who immediately credited my account and said they'd take it up with Lusso. IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR GOODS WHEN PROMUSED, DON'T DELAY, GO FOR A CHARGEBACK ASAP, AS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP PEOPLE LIKE THIS!
Microwave ordered 5 April which never arrived. Refund promised by email on 3 May which never arrived.Raised with bank (Chase) who progressed it via Mastercard - Lusso Living contested the dispute ( I’d be interested to know on what grounds) and managed to delay the refund by a further 5 weeks - refund finally received on 28 August.
I write this to try and prevent other from falling victim to the complete charlatans. I ordered an oven and despite many emails they still have not returned my money. Sadly I paid through debit card so will now pursue through the small claims but I don't hold out much hope. There contact number is dead, they use an address is london to register their company. I will try and use the power of social media to track these lowlife down. Please save your money
I had an order confirmation but I was not notified of the delivery date. I emailed and phoned up 3 times to find out when the delivery was going to come. I was promised a manager would return my call each time . I did not get a call back. I did get an email later to say when the delivery was coming. It arrived 10 working days after order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we received the goods.
Avoid purchasing from this company! Ordered a Bosch Extractor & Cooker Hood two months ago and have yet to receive it. Despite their SHIPPING POLICY stating delivery within 1 – 2 weeks for electrical products, it has now been 2 months! Their customer service team keeps promising a callback but it never happens. Instead, they continue to stall with weekly emails, providing no real action.
Company is a complete scam. They don’t sell anything. They take your money and will not return it. I’m now forced to take Nancy holdings Limited which has recently changed its name to interiors of Cheshire limited to court in order to get my money back. I’ve also opened a case with trading standards to try and get this companies fake website removed. Hopefully no one else will fall victim to this scam.
Phenomenal customer support.I ordered a Bosch oven, I was a little sceptical with the reviews especially with appliance orders but I have now received my item & the staff were really helpful with any questions I had. It did take a little while to arrived as I ordered early January as a Christmas present from the husband 😁 I was made aware that my product was out of stock & would be sent out as soon as they could order it.
My experience has followed all the others. I should have read Trust Pilot before using this website.I was looking for oven and hob for my new kitchen and this website was slightly cheaper than the others so I chose to buy. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! They were very helpful to get by business but useless at giving me a refund. The delivery was estimated at 1-2 weeks but after nearly a month no sign of any goods to be delivered. THEIR CONTACT NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED and would not provide an alternative contact number. They eventually replied to say they were getting the stock and I asked for evidence of this, they did not provide any evidence so I asked for a refund. To my surprise they replied to state the refund would be 3-5 business days. 4 weeks later and still no refund and no further replies to my emails. In my personal view I believe this is a SCAM website. DO NOT USE. Also I don't believe the good reviews are real!!!
I made an order for an integrated Microwave eight and a half weeks before delivery. It stayed online even though they could not complete my order. Countless phone call to “majority” polite reception staff (one was absolutely vile) who could only promise a call back from management or sales to which I never received a single call letting them down massively. Just be wary if you don’t get a fulfilment email not to hang on and request your money back because you won’t be valued for a call back.
I agree with most others on here that this is a scam.Almost 3 months I've been pursing them.I recommend everyone to call Action Fraud who will raise the matter with the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.I understand they are currently investigating. My payment was made to Nancy Holdings Ltd - details of their current director is available on Companies House. The bank account I paid into is with Modulr in Wood Lane, LondonGood Luck
This company is a scam. Taken our money in Feb 24 and despite several promises neither delivering the Bosch extractor we ordered nor refunding although have an email from them saying are processing the refund. AVOID at all cost. Will now take legal action against them. Update 03/05/24: Lusso Living asked me to contact their accounts which I did but still no refund. There is now a fraud case opened against them.

“Highly suspicious company”

One star is actually one too many. This company is highly suspicious and you are advised not to order anything from this company. Only accepts bank transfers, dose not respond to Chat, does not generally answer phone, if you do get through they say someone will get in touch and they never do. If negative feedback is given, they reply with a reassuring answer but no action follows. Tracked and signed letters to their shop and to their registered office are returned as 'not at this address'. On 2nd February I cancelled an order, I am still waiting to be reimbursed (9th March) and I have lost all hope of seeing my hard-earned money again. Tip for consumers:This company tries to suppress people from giving negative feedback by reporting their review as containing harmful or illegal content. I am pleased to say that TrustPilot reinstated my feedback as there was nothing untoward in my review. Products used:None. Order was cancelled as one week before delivery I was e-mailed to say that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
