Is lunaralights.co.uk Legit?

well after waiting over 2 weeks for the lights, what a pile of crap, not a bit of real wood in sight, cheap plastic rubbish. only reason they are not being sent back is because they come from china not London as their website name tries to imply. Do not buy from this bunch of con artists.

Absolutely furious, I have been scammed.I’ve been told to return items to China after finding items not suitable. I was expecting to return through Evri because they used Evri to deliver. £120 down the drain.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased two pendant lights from Lunarlights aka Mister Light. Experienced the same problems as most other people that have bought lights from them. So disappointed with the quality and they took weeks to arrive. I wasn’t aware that these were being shipped from China considering their physical address (whatever physical means!!) on the website is London. I too attempted to return these and was given an address in China, I was quoted £71 per light to return, which equates to nearly 60% of the price I’d paid for them. I am now in a dilemma as to whether or not I return them to be out of pocket by £142 and would I actually get the refund back????PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

can't give a zero poor quality shipped from china tat from a lucky bag £25 to return to china do not use this company and their fake UK website bought 2 light fittings not paying £50 to send back with no guarantee to get refund

Wish I'd looked at these reviews before using this company. I bought Miss Bird lamp £35!! Naively thought it was real wood. Arrived and it's cheap and nasty looking. I'll have to be creative and think where I put this in my home. Just seen it on another discount website for £9.95. Would never recommend this company.

Company falsely advertise as UK based when really in China. Item not as described, pictures used to advertise are not a true reflection of what arrives. When asked if I could return it, I was told I must pay to return it to China even though they are at fault and their website states they will cover the cost of return for defective products. I had to accept a small partial refund as I did not trust they would refund me for the item once it arrived in China.

Lunara lights also trades as Mister lamp. I’ve had the same appalling experience as all the other complaints about this company. My lamp did arrive after 3 weeks & was probably illegal for the UK. No earth wiring and a foreign plug. I asked to return it & for a refund but received an email to say they were sending me a UK plug!!! I lost patience with the company as I’d been given the run around for too long so I took it up with my bank who organised an immediate refund. Don’t order from this company. Poor quality & sub standard in my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This company are robbers, whatever you order is cheap and nasty, nothing like what their website is advertising, everything the previous reviewers have said is completely true, Don’t waste your money because you will not get it back.

The most shocking customer service I have ever received. I was sent a light with no pendant or top cap, the key component. I emailed and sent a video clearly showing the missing components. I was then asked for photos which I sent showing all components.I was asked for more photos to show the missing piece which is a nonsensical request.As a result of this company we have incurred additional electrical cost. The lights are not cheap and for the service a d delivery this is unacceptable. Do not use. Honestly just go to Dunelm or Habitat instead at least you get better customer service, a full item and the quality matches the price.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Lunaralights, and I want to warn others. I ordered two pendant lamps on 15 September 2024, expecting delivery within 5-7 days as promised on their website. However, the lamps didn’t arrive until 9 October—weeks late. By then, I had already purchased replacement lights, and no longer needed the lamps.When I finally received the lamps, the quality was poor and the colour didn’t match the photos on the website. They looked much cheaper than advertised.When I attempted to return the lamps, I was shocked to discover that despite the London return address listed on their website, I was required to ship the items back to China at my own expense. This crucial information was not disclosed upfront and feels incredibly deceptive. Their return and refund policy gives no indication that the products are shipped from China, making their return process misleading and unfair.

Avoid this company. As per the other reviews , they are based in China, not London. Their products look cheap and nasty, mine arrived broken and yet they won't refund me unless I pay 20 euros to ship to China. A disgrace.

I bought a light on the 13th October and was advertised as 5-7 working days delivery - it didn't arrive. I have cancelled my order via email with the customer service team and I advised I would refuse delivery of the lamp. They pointed out their website states I would incur extra charges if refused on delivery and the carrier left it on my doorstep unattended anyway. Like many other reviews point out, the goods were shipped from China and upon questioning this I was advised "due to availability, they may be shipped from one of multiple warehouses". These warehouses mysteriously disappeared once I had to return the item, as I was asked to return to a Chinese address at my own cost, despite the item being damaged and missing components. Their website states a free return label is provided if the item is defective, but that is obviously not the case (my pictures show a connector bent out of shape and unusable and they state the damage isn't visible). As soon as I pointed out I was happy to return to one of their many warehouses, the company mysteriously stopped replying. I have now involved my payment provider as I have not had any further communication with them. Avoid the company and spend your money elsewhere.

offered 5-7 leadtime on a tight project. No comms, no updates, seem to get false emails saying product on way, then emails saying it was sent incorrectly. Not sure if a scam site or not.
