Is luggageforward.com Legit?

Luggage Forward worked as promoted. However, didn’t realize how enormously limited we would be in terms of what could not be packed. Understand items like aerosols and lithium batteries, but stuff like toothpaste, otc medicine, any liquids or powders do not make sense and forced us to bring in carryon and to adhere to the one quart limit, which was problematic for a 3+ week vacation.

Everything happened just as it was supposed to be. The challenge was that even with a list of what I packed, I couldn’t recall small things that I tucked into the suitcase at the last minute. It was great to be free of the big pieces of luggage.

Delivery was good---right on time. BUT---one suitcase arrived badly soiled and with some of the exterior lining torn loose. I do believe Luggage Forward has a responsibility to see that their carriers protect our luggage.

It was very easy to drop off the bags at the end of our cruise. I would recommend the service without reservation.Two things that lost one star. First, while all three bags arrived at our home at the same time, they took three very different "routes", all in different cities until they reached my door. Also, the luggage was absolutely filthy. I can't even imagine how this happened. I needed to clean the luggage before I could bring them into my home. It is likely a shipper problem, but it's worth mentioning

Very simple process, made traveling so much better!. We fully intend on using this servi e again . Make sure you have sturdy bags, we had one that got dented pretty good, but popped out.

I have booked with Luggage Forward something like 15 times, and it's always been a good experience. About six months ago, a shipment was late and Luggage Forward honored their "double your money back" guarantee; I received a great deal of credit which I used for this trip. Booking is easy, and it is wonderful to travel internationally without any checked baggage!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Luggage Forward. The luggage was picked up in the time frame promised and arrived at its destination as promised. The luggage was not damaged. The instructions for labeling were clear. I have used Luggage Forward before and will use it again. Its nice not to have to carry suitcases through the airport!

Worked like clockwork. Labels delivered, pick up right on schedule and delivered early! Used them multiple times and this is a consistent pattern. Highly recommend.

Everything worked smoothly, from pickup to delivery. Compared with my husband’s airline experience for the same trip, mine was seamless and stress free. His was a total nightmare. He almost did not receive his luggage for our cruise, and this was leaving home a day early! Too bad he didn’t follow my good example!

No waiting for luggage to be delivered to our stateroom.My only “complaint “ was the unknown. How do we find the person picking up luggage at the terminal?Is it possible to negotiate a specific area to find and deliver to?

Online request went smooth and easy. Had suitcase picked up after I left hotel. Everything went well. Picked up at 13:00 hours Thursday and surprisingly arrived on Sunday! So quick no hassle. This was an international journey of 9600 km . I have used this company numerous times and love the customer service

As parents of the groom, it was a big risk shipping all of our wedding gear in advance of our arrival. (Imagine!) Luggage Forward’s clear instructions meant for a smooth shipment, with the bag arriving well ahead of us. The company helped relieve our anxiety, too, when an errant customs form came our way! It made our trip so much easier. Highly recommend it when you want to reduce your baggage along the way.

Excellent pickup service and contact information as well as updates. Incomplete information on the label as cabin number missing. Luggage was filthy when delivered. Should offer luggage covers as an option.

I really love the experience to have my suitcase picked up and arrive on time for my cruise. I don’t have to carry suitcase through the airport or any delays or loss luggage. I will be traveling next month again and will be using the service again.

Great idea to forward our cruise luggage and it worked well for us! It was wonderful not having to drag our big and heavy suitcases around. Instructions were good, pickup was on time, and tracking our suitcases after pickup was fun! We clarified a few things with customer service - items we could or could not pack and confirming our cruise luggage tags needed to be on the bags - and each person we spoke to was great!

Over the last 4 years I’ve used Luggage Forward 5 times. Domestically, on 3 trips to Florida arrived both at my hotel and back home without incident. Internationally, my luggage found its way to my London hotel and back smoothly. Most impressively Luggage Forward was able to get my luggage to a private game reserve in the middle of the South African bush exactly on time. The customer service is amazing. They’re willing to accommodate changes in dates and number of bags mid-trip easily. I highly recommend using Luggage Forward.

The pick up procedures at disembarcation were atrocious.The reason we have used Luggage Forward in the past was to not have to struggle with luggage.The company representative was not there with a sign identifying himself. I had to call Boston to find out where he was. We were using mobility scooters and trying to roll the luggage.The rep said he was late because he was doing deliveries.We waited over 35 minutes and had to find him in his vehicle at the port.
