Complete. Scam. Be prepared to say goodbye to hard earned dollars. Clothing cheaply made and too small. Fabric weirdly synthetic. Not an AU based company. So, not supporting a local business.

Received the top I ordered after waiting for a month. They pretend to be a ‘Melbourne’ based company but the top came all the way from China. Product had a stain in it and smells like cigarettes. Sizing also incorrect, runs very small.Customer service appalling. Feels like you’re talking to a robot/AI. Been emailing for 3 weeks now and they repeat that they need to discuss with management and keep asking for more photos of the product. I don’t have any faith that this will be resolved or I will delete this review. Never again! Enjoy my money.

This company (if it actually has one) has given the worst follow through with service and product I have ever dealt with online. My products were not complete and inferior, received apology but that's all. The actual time frame for delivery is months and when or if you get them they are either wrong or not what you order. If this company is to survive, tell the clients you don't have companies where you advertise, its service directly from China. I advise anyone thinking of actually buying through them DON'T!!!

It is nothing like what I ordered!And it says it was Italian. Since when is China in Italy?The colour is different! The quality is different! It said it was merino wool yet its polyester! Creased like a little rag. A complete scam and they should be held accountable for this. Pathetic!

I have never received my goods they took my money, i believed they were in Melbourne according to their site and i later discovered it was an international company due to an international fee on my card , i have tried to check on shipping as per their site and there is no way of checking as the shipping site does not exist - contrary to what they indicate , absolute shonks and robbers - they are simply stealing peoples money and not delivering goods the police and the Australian government should put a stop to these people

Order arrived after nearly a month of waiting. I ordered 2 tops both the same size but in a different colour one fit and the other was to small the quality of the material is cheap nothing like the picture. Will definitely not order from them again.

If I could give no stars I would. My experience was exactly as the previous reviews, however sadly I paid directly via credit card and therefore cannot claim fraud via PayPal. I will however lodge a claim directly via my bank.

Do not trust this website or Dovima Melbourne, Lilly Wellington & Armoire Melbourne they're one and the same, they promote premium woolen jumpers and high end imagery, and deliver poorly made inaccurately advertised polyester products. I can't believe I didn't read up on this site sooner. Every ridiculous essay as to why they couldn't refund. I noticed another site, also with terrible reviews, run by them called Melbourne Moda (now shutdown), they just keep changing their name.The also just opened up Deeres Melbourne so stay clear!

The item was wrongly advertised as Italian and when it came it was labeled as made in ChinaPayPal gave me a refund because they agreed that the seller cheated me, but I was not able to recover the significant return postage costs.Beware, this is a dishonest vendor.

I purchased a blouse from this company, took 5 weeks to be delivered, when it arrive tried it on and it was not a medium more like an XS, emailed the company straight away, was told to return it back to China as lucrando does not have an office here, If I paid AU $17.00 plus the postage which was$40.00 from Australia this shirt would have cost me over $100.00 and no guarantee it would be the correct size, DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY READ REVIEWS. They are scammers

The product was actually a joke, nothing like the images and when I asked for a refund they offered me a token of the price back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The product was not as expected and a poor product. I could not get a 100% refund. Communication was full of pleasantries (clearly AI and not genuine) but did not provide a satisfactory solution. After much toing and froing I was offered a gift card (not sure I trust their products to buy another) . This was their offering:. I warn you to stay away from ordering on this site. You are not buying items from Melbourne but cheap knock off clothing from China. Quality is so poor, colours are not true to images AND you can not return irrespective of their claims as you will not be returning any items to Melbourne BUT you will be expected to send them to China (more expense to you and about a month to send to China). I have reported them to the ACCC for investigation- Lucrando Melbourne is such a scam.

The company has a 12 hour cancellation policy shown on their website. I cancelled within 2 hours. I have the emails to prove this entire experience. The "customer support email" I received 8 hours after the order / 6 hours after cancelling ( so still within the 12 hour cancellation limit) said it had already shipped. No ship details were provided. In addition No Ship email was received / no Track No. provided despite 3 more emails sent to customer service.Clearly the parcel had NOT shipped at time of cancellation / time of response - it was just a delaying tactic, as 'Shipped' email finally received a full 24hours later. I will be seeking a refund. SHONKY company. Cancellation Policy is a farce.Will never use again. Suggest you avoid at all costs.

Product that arrived was not as described - terrible quality, sizing wrong and colour not as photographed - asked for a refund only to offered a discount on my next product. Many emails later and they will not provide return address. Dodgy!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I tried them out. Don’t use them!!
