Very good.I received all excellent.

I've been shopping online with them for years. I've never had a problem. The shipping is a little slower sometimes, but it's still pretty good.Customer service is outstanding. All of my emails, even the ridiculous ones, have been answered quickly. They are patient and give me good recommendations. They have even given me a few freebies and I appreciate that very much.By no means am I a big spender or a sophisticated collector. I really appreciate how approachable and enthusiastic everyone at Luckyscent is. They have been willing to share their love for fragrances with me, and I learn quite a bit.

I recently purchased a sample of Amouage Vanilla Barka from Luckyscent. It arrived having leaked, but they gave me a partial refund, and customer service was very easy to deal with. I have purchased from Luckyscent before, with no issues. They are legit, and it's nice to know that if an issue arises, they will easily resolve it with you.

Super stingy with the samples. If you’re looking to try maison Francis kurkjian samples get them from twisted lily instead. Twisted Lily has manufacturer samples of mfk that are 2-3 times the size WITH an atomizer (unlike lucky scent) for the SAME PRICE. 0.7ml at luckyscent or 2ml at twisted lily. The choice is clear

Luckyscent has a huge selection of genuine perfumes, and I've found their prices/shipping/customer service to be very satisfactory over multiple (nearing double-digit) orders over the last two years. Most of my orders have arrived quickly and safely, and the few small issues I've had have been rectified by a friendly customer service agent. Highly recommend.

I've ordered from LuckyScent multiple times and have had great experiences! They carry so many niche frag houses and all are 100% authentic. Only downfall is their pricing is the normal retail pricing. If a discount fragrance site doesn't have what I'm looking for then at least 90% of the time LS will. They also give 5 free samples with every order = you just list the ones you want to try in the comment section box before submitting your order. Customer service was fast at responding as well! Highly recommend!

Fastest shipping I think I have ever seen. Wonderful selection of wild and weird fragrance samples. I personally prefer the smaller vials at a lower price as it allows me to get more variety for less, no issues with dilution as others have claimed. They even shipped me like 6 extra free samples that were some absolute bangers like PDM Carlisle and Ambre Magique. My first choice for buying full bottles, although there are some discounters with lower prices, I have had some serious issues with speed and customer service with those discounters that turned me away from them.

Luckyscent.com is a wonderful company. They have many perfumes and samples to choose from. If you love perfumes, this company is a great place to order. Also they add new perfumes regularly without always removing people's favorites, which is reassuring. I've been shopping with luckyscent for several years now. I love their sample service and you usually get a couple of samples with every purchase Pricing is generally on par, and shipping to me in Canada has always gone smoothly. One of my favorite on line companies by far.

Nightmare experience. Have spent thousands here, was sent a damaged 200$ perfume they wouldn’t refund or replace. Others I ordered smell funky and inauthentic like many people stated. Never again, they don’t care about you or your orders. Horrible snobby experience in the NYC boutique as well. I’ll take my business elsewhere and make sure I tell all my family and friends to do the same.

I've been a luckyscent costumer since 2010. I've had afew issues with packages arriving late, but it has been either an issue with FedEx or UPS. I recommended luckyscent to all my friends and family and they love it. they have the rarest! liquid melodies you can ever imagine and that's something that makes me happy. Horrid customer service. Been a customer for more than 10 years and these inconsiderate goons can't be bothered to help me replace a package that was lost by their chosen shipper. Pity as they have probably the largest selection of niche fragrances around, but will avoid them in the future

I just repurchased you to Frapin L humaniste and sprayed once could not detect scent. This first buying lucky scent so either I hit bad bottle or scent been reformulated. I give website 3 for free samples but return policy isn’t best compare to Fragrancenet.

Lucky Scent is definitely a legitimate business and I would recommend ordering FULL bottles of perfume from them. They ship pretty fast and there's always a discount code you can use on niche and luxury fragrances. However, if you're buying samples, I would suggest purchasing them elsewhere. They have such a large selection but the decanters they send them in don't even have a sprayer. It's a teeny tiny glass vial. You can't really experience what the fragrance should smell like because there's not enough product to begin with and you won't have the ability to spray it the way you would in the actual perfume bottle.

Do not order from this company, they are horrible. I spent over $2000 dollars and they gave me a hard time with the order because of the amount I spent. Right after that I made another order because I’m a collector and they contacted me and said that they wouldn’t honor my purchase and would have to hold it until 30 to 60 days, The funds was already deducted from my account so I just don’t understand the logic. Anyways this company has lost a vip customer and I don’t recommend anybody to use them.

I was shocked at how super tiny the vials were!!! And they don't even use spray bottles!!!! Fragrances smell differently when you spray them on vs pouring them on skin from a vial. It gets all over your fingers and waste what precious little they send you. I was extremely disappointed when I spent over a hundred dollars on samples only to have these microscopic vials show up. Shame on you Luckyscent!

I recently ordered a bottle of perfume from Luckyscent. When it arrived I found it smelled nothing like the sample I had ordered. I contacted customer service who believed me without argument and immediately offered to contact the perfume maker to get me a replacement bottle. It turned out to be a manufacturing error on the part of the perfumer, and I really appreciated being given the benefit of the doubt and offered an immediate replacement. Replacement arrived promptly along with some extra samples for my inconvenience. Andrea was great to deal with. A+ customer service.

“Broken website, slow shipping”

While their products are authentic and lovely, it is VERY difficult to make purchases. They have major server issues. You have to refresh the page a million times and sign in over and over hoping that your order goes through. It takes me upwards of 20 minutes to get their broken website to work. Ridiculous. They also process orders very slowly, and shipping sometimes takes weeks. One time I straight up forgot I ordered something because so much time passed before I received it. Been a customer for 10+ years and have generally had OK experiences with Luckyscent - great selection, but slow order processing and shipping. But my most recent experience was downright insulting. I had the temerity to request that they re-ship an order that had been lost by their chosen courier. They proceeded to drag their feet and then imply that I was somehow the problem in this equation. “Reliable samples”

Bought two samples: one of Burlington 1819 by Roja Dove, and one of Tales from Zanzibar by Memoirs of a Perfume Collector. Both smell authentic and wonderful. “Shocking! These are not brand samples. Just something in a vial you can purchase at Amazon.”

Have no idea what's in these vials. I have 12 samples they are all the same color. Ridiculous, just tell people these could be out of bottles in your bathroom. These could be subs for the real thing without the brand packaging. I've called Gritti and Tom Ford to see if this is how they give their samples. No one else does it this way. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Will rip you off, send you a broken bottle, then make it your problem and not give any money back. You can spend thousands here and they simply don't care. Also fake perfumes. Take your money elsewhere that values and appreciates you.

“Has to be a knock off”

I tried a friends Delina she got from Nordstrom. Lasted days even after showers. Ordered sample from Lucky Scent and lasted 2 hours. Ordered from Nordstrom and it lasts at least a day or so. This has to be a knock off. Save yourself the trouble and pay full price from Nordstrom. Tip for consumers:Delina sample has to be a knock off. “Broken bottle, unacceptable customer service!”

My husband bought me a fantastic fragrance called Divine. It was a Christmas gift. When I opened the package we found a broken bottle that had leaked though the packaging. We e mailed the company in December. Today is February 15 th. We still have not received a replacement or any sort of compensation. Will never purchase from this company again.

“Fake Fake Fake”

This stuff is crap. None of it is the real product, just fake rip-off. I ordered 10 samples and threw them away. 3 were supposed to be patchouli, they smelled like very heavy sandalwood. I swear one sample smelled like animal urine. Cheap imitations.

Luckyscent is one of the most respected niche retailers out there. I have purchased from them many times and have received literally hundreds of samples from them over the years. I find many of these reviews suspect. I have not received ONE "rancid" sample from Luckyscent EVER and someone claiming they received 30 rancid samples is just not being truthful. That's ridiculous. And they DO NOT sell fakes! Luckyscent is like the Neiman Marcus of niche perfume. It's like claiming NM sells fakes it just sounds silly. I feel like some of these reviews must be from a competitor trying to scare people away from their competition, I can't figure out any other reason for such outlandish comments. And no, I do not work for Luckyscent, I'm a long time customer. I started buying from them around 15 years ago. As far as the samples, yes, they are dab ons, not sprays, and they are small (. 7 ml each) but this is clearly stated on the website along with photos. It's not their fault if someone doesn't read the info on their site. Also, their prices are much less than larger spray samples which is what many prefer. Some of their samples are only $4 while others charge $15 and that adds up. Luckyscent samples are for those who truly want to sample and not buy "decants". “Has a very large selection of perfume that you can't find elsewhere”

Ive been using luckyscent for about 2 yrs. Because I am able to order samples first i can try out different perfume before ordering a full bottle. I have never been disappointed with my selections. Sometimes i am not so happy with the samples but thats why they provide them so you don't end up spending a lot of money on a particular perfume that may not agree with your body chemistry. I trust them to send out the real thing. BTW Amazon is the worst place to buy perfume. You never know what you are getting and most of the perfume is watered down

“Don't ship with luckyscent”

I paid $55 dollars for shipping on April 18,2020. After several inquiries, i have no idea where my product is. The tracking number shows as of April 2,2020, USPS has not yet received the package. I paid FragranceX 34 leva (about $19) for shipping with DHL. Product arrived no problem. Terrible service.

“Dont do it”

BUYERS BEWARE... i wanted to try a lot of various scents so i purchased about 30 samples and they all are rancid. Several of them almost made me vomit. Waste of money. Read the reviews and ordered them anyway. Omg all the Tom Ford stink. Not a one smelled decent. Beware. Dont waste your money..

“FAKE PERFUME!”

Do NOT shop with this company. I purchased a perfume from them which ended up being fake. Called the company right away and the rep on the line told me they cannot guarantee authenticity on their items. I was sent a return label and sent the package back the next day. Over a week, and still no refund. Customer support is also not eager to solve the issue. I have read many reviews about this company and wish I listened to the reviews. This company is a fraud!

“Great for sampling niche fragrances”

LuckyScent has always delivered when it comes to offering small sample sizes of niche fragrances especially ones that are not available in Canada. I don't mind their dab on samples since I hand decant them into sprayers which I do with a lot of samples I purchase from other companies as well (Etiket, ScentSplit, etc.). The prepackaged discovery sets are always full and packaged properly to avoid leakage compared to other companies like The Perfumery Barcelona (discovery kits arrived leaked and customer service was poor). Customer service at LuckyScent has always been quick and courteous, never any issues. The only complaint I have are the prices as a Canadian customer, but what can you do! The bottles I've purchased are authentic and packed properly as well. I love the free samples offered with each purchase and I don't mind the extra shipping time it takes to pack everything! I'd rather have everything decanted and packaged properly then have samples or bottles arrive empty or broken. It's very kind of them to offer extra samples with purchase, even expensive ones, as other companies don't offer any or you have to purchase a sample if you want one included with your order.
