The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I have to in order to get to this part to leave this review I've been waiting for a month now just to get someone from customer service to answer my questions on redeeming my money and have yet to get even a single reply to one of my questions which is when do I get my money. If you're planning on playing for money stear clear this site cuz they have no problem taking the money from you but they're not wanting to give it back at all.

Had to look up the legitimacy of this website and game I want trying to withdraw my money is like pulling teeth. They want you to have a bitcoin account and deposit $10 to get a withdraw. I had to give a star to give review but I give no stars I enjoyed playing and I payed a good amount to play but as of now trying to collect my winnings and trying to contact them I’m get no where and unable to redeem and their verification process I gave required documents and some and still they won’t let me redeem. I have submitted 2 withdrawals one for $160 and another for $100. Both were made back in May only days apart from each other. My identity verification was already completed before withdrawal requests and I have yet to be paid. Both withdrawal requests still say pending review and after over 10 attempts at reaching out to support for an update, I have still yet received any type of response! This is totally uncalled for and it's stealing! By not even responding to any of my messages obviously shows they are up to something nefarious! I will never spend another dime on this platform!
