While some are self-explanatory concerning lucky-bike.de, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between lucky-bike.de and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of lucky-bike.de. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of lucky-bike.de, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. lucky-bike.de is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status

Absolutely rubbish company. Entitled employees and no respect for people’s time. You order a bike and the will just forget about it.
So I made my choice and added all the items I wanted to buy to the basket. After creating a profile, I proceeded to payment, entered all my details, but then the website notified me that the item was no longer available. It redirected me back to the basket, yet the item still appeared available there. I opened another tab, refreshed the page, and saw that the product was still listed as available, so I attempted to proceed with the payment again but encountered the same issue. Consequently, I stopped trying.Later, I discovered that the money had been withdrawn from my account, but I received no email confirmation or any communication from the company. I sent an email but received no response, so I called customer service. The woman on the phone struggled with English, but she tried her best to assist me. After asking for some details, she informed me that there was no order registered under my name, which was quite frustrating. I am aware that resolving this either getting a refund or receiving the item will take some time, which has spoiled my experience and extended my waiting period. It's 2024 so CREATING A FUNCTIONAL ONLINE WEBSITE SHOULDN'T BE THIS DIFFICULT...!!!
I was frustrated because after many days I had no news of my bike. I gave it three stars because the prices were great, but I think that when a customer asks for an update he should have an answer and this does not happen. The bike seems to be of excellent quality, I can not complain except for a wait a bit long, but overall an experience almost completely positive. Perfect shipping and prices, the only problem is communication
Ordered a bike “on sale†from their website. Payment was immediately pulled from my account. The bike was not in stock after all. The payment was returned 5 days after the purchase but 40€ was deducted. Gave it another shot with a different bike, same thing happened. Total cost for NOTHING: 80 €…..Hate being used as an Overdraft Facility :(
If you don't need guarantee/warranty or don't expect any response from a shop, then this is yours!I bought a bicycle from them, a few months later I had a problem with the bike, so I sent them an email asking for advice(!) how to fix it or - as it is still under guarantee - where to take it to fix it. I got the automatic email that they had received my message and will reply. They didn't reply, so after a few days I sent them a reminder. Still no response after more than a week, so I sent them a 3rd email, reminding them that the bike is still under guarantee. They didn't reply at all. Not even after more then 2 weeks. So if you just need a bike or anything else and don't care about support, warranty, etc., then you can try this shop, maybe you will get what you want, but if you plan to spend a few hundred or thousand euros, then there are many other shops, choose one that cares about the customers.
The customer service in terms of response time is great, especially from Jannis, who replied in English each time. The issue, however, is the quality of the product. I ordered a €500.00 Scott mountain bike. It arrived quickly and in good condition. Within three months of casual use, however, the cassette and chain needed replacing. A mechanic concluded that the parts were defective. Lucky Bike was quick to pay for the repair costs, so all good, although the inconvenience was annoying. 3 months later, however, the derailleur and rear wheel stopped working properly, causing further issues. Two mechanics confirmed that the parts were defective as opposed to worn out. The need for a replacement was evidence itself of a defect. This time, however, Lucky Bike was not prepared to accept responsibility and I have had to pay the costs myself. In short, be wary of the quality of the goods purchased, but do expect swift responses to issues raised. Next time I buy a mountain bike I will go to a local dealer.
Ordered a bike via Jobrad. Stated that it will be available within 7 days. Did not hear anything for 2.5 weeks so I decided to call. Waited 1h in the line until I was able to speak to someone. Person told me that bike is ready to collect. Nice! I went to the shop to wait another 1.5 hours (!) until my bike was found in one of the storages. However, it turned out that the bike had many scratches. I now need to wait another week until a new bike is delivered. This company doesn’t seem to have control over their processes. Never ever again.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I ordered my bike on 16th of July and after almost one month I still didn't get it. My bike was lost somewhere. The delivery time is not 5-7 days as it is mentioned on their website. Now I want to cancel an order and get my money back.
Excellent service. I was a little bit worried about buying an expensive bike with the many negative reviews on Trustpilot. I decided to go ahead because the individual warehouses had great reviews on Google, and I had a great experience. I bought a specific bike which is totally sold out in Denmark. Customer service was very responsive throughout the process - unfortunately, it is not possible to track international shipments - but it all worked out perfectly. The bike arrived 10 days after ordering, which I’m pleased with given the cheap international shipping charge. I would recommend this to anybody!
I ordered a bike even though it took days to get response it still arrived perfectly the best part that was already assembled the box was huge
Super ride and comfortable and mileage is good and powerful disc
that was one of the worst shopping xp in my life. I wanted to buy bike for 1000e and on the end i go out from there with the feeling that im some kind of smelling heroin addict... just dont have what to say. and they even didnt spoke english with me xxxx NEVER EVER EVER agin ill go back there.
The customer service in Paderborn is the worst I've ever experienced of any shop anywhere. I was ignored by all staff for 20 minutes despite having an appointment. Avoid lucky bike
they canceled my order because bike was given to someone else . you can not trust lucky bike that you get anything when you pay them .
The name should be "Un-lucky Bike". I bought a vintage BMX bike for my son for Christmas and it was a disaster! Kip the owner gave me a totally different description then what the bike actually looked like in person. It was no where near the "decent, hardly used" condition he claimed it to be. I honestly didn't expect a new bike that was almost 40 years old however I didn't anticipate how beat up it was based upon Kips description. To make matters worse the front fork was significantly bent so I couldn't even put the front wheel on. This may have been damaged during shipping but I have my suspicions. So basically I had an old beat up bike that couldn't be used for my son on Christmas. But instead of being humble and apologetic Kip took the upper hand and was nasty about it as if I did something wrong. Thankfully my credit card returned the money to me and I helped Kip get his bike shipped back without a thank you or an apology. What a jerk! I should have given him a 1 star.
Fast delivery! Really good shop!
plus: - Good prices for shipping- Good prices for the bicycle. I got a really good brand for a good price.- I could not get this bicycle in my country at all.minus: -Tracking number to Sweden didnt work- not everyone working there has people skills - The waiting time was more than expected. (if only they would have told me, I wouldnt have cared) Alltogether 4 stars, because I wanted a bicycle for a good price and that is what I got!
Simple Order procedure, quick confirmation of payment. But followed by confusion about availability of the chosen bike. Website says Yes, e-mail received says No, with apologies. Phone call inconclusive... In the end I prefer to order elsewhere.
shipping was fast and the bike came in good condition. although i have to tighten a screw on the front wheel. but on the tote bag that came with the bike price was 4699 instead of 4799. i guess free shipping is not free shipping at all.
Customer Service is Lousy. They will try to screw you on repairs that should be done under warranty. I would not recommend this online store to anyone. I had a very bad experience with their customer service via email and Telephone one of their employees Marco is the worst. Bad Customer Service. They sell defective bikes and then refuse to repair them. Unfriendly Customer Service. Bad Experience on Telephone and Email. I ordered my bike on-line from lucky bike. I paid a lot of money for it because I wanted a reliable bike for my daily commute.Within three months of the purchase the bike started making a noise on the bottom bracket. It sounds like something is breaking inside or like the ball bearings are rubbing up against each other. I took the bike too regular inspections as recommended by the manufacturer.I contacted customer service and they told me to take the bike to the shop for maintenance. Of course I did that and I have a record of all the bike shop visits. The problem did not go away. I contacted Lucky bike again and they gave me the run around with endless emails trying to find excuses to not fix the original defects of the bike on the bottom bracket. The problem still persists I still have hope we will find a solution but I have to say Lucky Bike has not made this any easier.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
