Is luckpig.co.uk Legit?

Absolutely avoid, terrible communication via a live chat and email. I have been given false tracking numbers for item and still not delivered.

I saw the make up bag on Instagram and thought it would be a nice gift for my niece for her birthday. I ordered it from Luckpig on 7.7.24 I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have emailed them a few times and they have said the tracking hasn’t been updated and that they will do what they can to hurry it up.There are two different sets of tracking information saying different things. But it hasn't been updated and I still have no idea if I will ever get my parcel. They have been unhelpful and I’ve now been waiting so long. The birthday has passed now. I have been waiting 6 weeks! I fear I have been scammed and will never receive my package despite them saying to be patient! I have asked for a refund but they said to still be patient. So as of now today is 19.8.24 and I haven’t got my parcel and no idea if I ever will and no offer of a refund. On that basis I would not recommend this company Luckpig.co.uk at all. How long I am I supposed to wait for a package until someone realises it’s not going to arrive? If it does arrive I will update the review.
