Is lucidtoys.com Legit?

So I'm just going to come out and say it. These dolls are cheap for a reason and overtime they are going to wear out. Within eight months, wires started sticking out of the fingers, and then as time progressed further the skeleton joints popped out of place leaving the doll with a limp arm and leg.I have had some amazing experiences with the doll but, I am now sadly looking at alternative companies. I have raised concerns about the gel breast too which claims to be realistic. Real boobs don't feel like two pieces of stiff rubber and I am certain that they have lied about it. How do I know? Because gel breast forms should be soft and malleable.I don't mean to be negative. I'm just speaking from experience here. The doll I payed more than a grand for did not last a year. I may have been partly to blame to as the doll has had a lot of handling but, I have to ask, what is the point of having a doll with big breasts if you can't sink yourself into them. They just felt so unnatural to me. It ruined the experience.I own a silicone head from Lucidtoys, which is a fantastic product but the bodies... buyer beware. Maybe they do better quality ones, I don't know. I am now looking to cloudclimax as they do have genuine gel breast products to fulfil my big boobs fantasies.

Bought a jy sex doll torso from them when it arrived I was shocked no entry holes in the doll what so ever tried everything to see if they were stuck together but no , contacted company they wanted evidence of what I've said I was so angry they did offer to send replacement but what's the point these are cheap Chinese knock offs do not buy them stick to tantaly or a official dealer.

I contacted them about the head coming loose on 30/01/24 about a problem with a doll now I can't get through to them.Don't buy off these there warranty is none existant I'm very disappointed with them.Here is an update 07/03/2024 after nomarious complaints to them & getting nowhere I asked for a full refund which thay have refused which is a breach of the Consumer rights act & as it broke before the 30 days I have the right to the full refund so now I'm having to take them to court to retrieve my money.Be warned don't use this company. I have another update 22/03/2024 I've just had a threatening email from them wow I wasn't expecting that still no refund very poor service must be run by crowns.

I ordered my first doll from LucidToys last Thursday just before lunchtime and it was delivered first thing the Friday morning. Less than 24 hours is pretty good for anything but a big box weighing almost 50kg is very good, I was impressed by that.The doll was very well packaged and easy (though heavy) to put together and she looks every bit as good as in the pictures. I'm very happy with my purchase.I did have some follow up questions (this is my first doll) that were asked and answered on the Friday and I cannot speak highly enough about the pre- and post-sales support I received.I'll probably never buy another doll, but if I do, I'll be coming to LucidToys first before anybody else. A very happy customer here.

Well first up the doll that I received was not the one advertised for sale. It had the wrong colour eyes. It had metal protruding out of one of the fingers which was dangerous plus it was also missing finger nails and eye lashes. Really slap dash quality for nearly £800. I emailed them asking for a simple reimbursement and they just sent me round the block. Didn't listen and replyed with gobbly goych which was I think vaguely written in English. I gave them a chance to rectify the situ but they decided to be awkward so I got fed up and just asked for a refund. I sent them all photos as requested and they email back saying I am not entitled to a refund because according to them its clearly been used.... Load of rubbish. Took nearly £800 of me. Please go elsewhere and buy

2nd doll order from Lucidtoys.com.Fantastic customer service. They understand that customers may have alot of questions prior to making a big purchase and were very friendly when dealing with my many questions before hand.Doll arrived well packaged using DPD which is great as they give you an hour timeslot so you don't have to sit in all day.

I used an item and it broke on first use within 7 days. PLEASE KNOW THAT WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR FAULTY ITEMS.! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST SEX TOY COMPANY ON THE INTERNET!!

After several years of hesitation I finally ordered my first doll and decided to use lucid toys as they are uk based and offer good dolls at a reasonable price. I ordered a 158cm from the girlfriend range.I can say that the doll and lucid toys have exceeded my expectations.The packaging was discreet and the doll was very well protected in the box.I would definitely recommend lucid toys. Well, I have wasted money in the past buying stupid gym workout equipment, but this doll purchase beats the lot! Hoisting this babe around is a dam exhausting exercise. Or is it sexercise? It did take a little longer to arrive than advertised, but did arrive in good time. Especially as the local farmer had just removed his lovely woolly ladies. The last bit was a joke, just in case😉

Happy with my refund After a issue that happened with my item out of stock various emails going to them and nothing coming back to me. I ordered a different item and left a note. so don't know if they was super busy and didn't have a lot of time to answer me back which is understanding.

Choosing your doll is a significant investment and even though the website is clear, there are always more questions. I am pleased to say that the support given by email was second to none, with additional photo’s and questions answered. The Doll is fantastic and I collected mine from the warehouse where the staff were friendly and professional. A great company to deal with and both the products and company are highly recommended. 5 Stars

This is my first doll, very much bought on impulse after a few drinks and a debate on why it's only women who get the cool toys. On delivery I was surprised how heavy she is, difficult to find help to get someone for a lift up the stairs! I would advise a fireman's lift which is fun in itself. Skin texture is realistic enough, bit firmer but still nice to cuddle up to. Arms and legs articulate well for whatever position you fancy at the time for anal, doggy or just submissive, feels very realistic. Things I don't like?... hair is too long, I'll definitely get a shorter wig, gets everywhere and think about somewhere you can put her for storage (wardrobe etc) bearing in mind the weight. Very happy with Dorris, she lies in bed all day so very realistic! I talk to her now .... Oh dear

It was ok but the material was very stuck and dust got stuck to it very easy plus, next time aware client in bold that is a small body not a big one, I thought it was a big and it came very small. However the inner texture and tight feeling was ok.
