Is lovevery.eu Legit?

The toys are expensive but good. The website functionality is the problem. Easy to subscribe, hard to adjust deliveries. There is no way on my online account to delay a shipment more than 7 days and no way to reschedule a shipment to be sent sooner. The website has complicated navigation and no direct way to contact customer service that I see except through a form that offers no confirmation that the information or request I submit is received, but did receive an automated email that again offered the same non-solutions and stated "We have received an increased amount of requests, which could cause some delay with receiving a response from us." Since I have saved previous emails from Lovevery.eu I duplicate requests made on that form. It is a workaround that could be solved by more flexibility in scheduling shipments in my account.

Great customer service. I thought I purchased a one-off toy kit (which was of great quality, very happy with it, but too expensive to buy automatically every 2 months) but I didn't read properly when I bought the kit and I actually agreed to a subscription. I wasn't aware of this so I was very surprised when I received a notification that my new kit was shipped and the amount was deducted from my account. I reached out to customer service and they went out of their way to help me. Even refunded the money and cancelled the shipment!

The toys are fine although a bit repetitive sometimes. I do not think the playkits are particularly well-thought and I have found that I am using toys at different stages than the recommended ones. The customer service used to be good, in the last months I am not happy at all with it. Answers seem to be taking forever to arrive (if they ever arrive) and I have also been asked to pay for the replacement of defective items. On too of that, it has happened twice now, my email and customer details to be confused with someone else’s (and details of that other person have accidentally been shared with me). Shame, as we were initially happy with the toys.

After purchase the playkit is not shipped and customer service is not responsive. It should have been shipped on 9th August and now is already 14th with no confirmation. Not worthy the price paid. I still haven’t received my playkit and have now idea if ever will.

As a toddler expert and teacher I can only recommand the kits that I have used with my children. I also use parts while helping children improve language and motor skills. The book that come with some playkits are very realistic and help children to identify with the story and help them deal with emotions. I also love the fact taht the toys last a long time, they are mostly in wood and very beautiful so they give my room a very warm decoration.

As a mother of a 4-month-old, Lovevery has been a game-changer. The Play Kits are thoughtfully designed, engaging, and perfectly suited for my baby’s developmental stage. The expert-backed approach gives me confidence I’m providing the best for my child. The quality and educational value are outstanding. Highly recommend!

Orders paid more than 2 weeks ago, still not shipped even though they should have been shipped the next day. Customer service almost unreachable.

We love these toys at home! My daughter is developing so many skills with them and she truly has fun. Being open-ended toys, I have seen her inventing her own ways to play with them which is really fun to see; it allows me to understand better her interests. But for sure the books are even better and always a hit! They tackle great topics totally align with my daughter's age and have helped us to explain things like fear to washing hair during bathtime, going to the doctor, using the potty and so on. Totally worth it!

File a customer complain about my order. There's no hotline available so I have to send an email. Even the social media account takes forever to response.I receive a mail 4 days after but suddenly after an hour I receive another email that my ticket is already solve. We haven't started the conversation about my concern then suddenly my ticket is solved.

We have been really pleased with the playlist so far, except with last one.When we got The Realist Play kit the flashlight included was faulty. My wife contacted consumer service right away, and the got an invoice for a new flashlight and marked the problem solved?When we contacted consumer service again, explaing we shouldn't have to pay when it was faulty at arrival. Then consumer service promised right away to send a new one, and promised we would get a confirmation email right away. Now a month later we haven't got either.

We've been receiving a few boxes now and the toys are so well made! Our kids interact a lot with them, you can see that they come back to toys in previous boxes that may not have been so interesting at first and then as they develop, they find new interest in the toys.There's a guide as well which is helpful to see some skills they are developing at that stage and how the toys fit in. We've had good exchanges with the customer service and they're very responsive and nice so no complaints there.So far we're really happy with this subscription!

Wow, amazed again! I just received the Playgym and my first thought was, all the toys and the mat are so much bigger than I expected or that I've seen from other toy brands. As always, everything is super high quality and it comes with play ideas from newborns up to 1 year olds. A nice place to hang up the mobile and cards that come with the 0-2 months playkit too. Would highly recommend as one of the baby play essentials!

I really love the play gym for my baby. It is very well made. It has many interesting elements.My son was immediately interested in it. If you are considering purchasing it, it is really worth it.

Made a purchase sunday, got package wednesday. Perfect packed, amazing toys ang play gym. Was afraid because of bad reviews here on trustpilot, but now I am glad that I ordered it 👍

Lovevery kits are with us already for 18 months and we appreciate them every day for three particular reasons:1. they are visually pleasing - the design and colour scheme of items is so beautiful that they are not only pretty toys but also a beautiful part of our home decor.2. they support open-ended play and are versatile - we are rotating toys every 2-3 weeks and with each rotation we take out also toys from previous kits. Even though our toddler could master the toys already at the allocated time scheme, she enjoys playing with them in different ways also now. Therefore, Lovevery toys last long (not only the 2-3months) and can be used over and over again in different ways. In line with Montessori pedagogy, all toys support open-ended play and boost creativity and imagination.3. natural materials - Lovevery toys are made of natural materials that are not only pleasant to watch but more importantly very pleasant to handle and play with. Overall, Lovevery toys are part of our everyday play. Our toddler plays independently with all the toys and even items from previous kits make a great addition to our everyday play time.Even though the price might look higher at first sign, the kits are not expensive at all taking into account that the toys are very high quality, the play guides offer in-depth descriptions of every item, ideas for play and the developmental stage, and the toys can be used for years.

I have recently encountered Lovevery with the birth of my third son. Thinking that I would know it all was a mistake as I was completely and so positively surprised by the way the play sets are so tailor made for each fase. Most of all I just love the fact that it guides me to make the best of the time we spend together, since day 1. I very much recommend!

So I got the lovevery subscription a couple of weekends ago, and the order screen said it would ship in 2 business days. Days went by and no update, not even a “sorry there is a delay”. I sent them a nice email 4 business days after the order to check on the status, no response. I checked if the payment went through, all fine. I sent them a threatening email after 6 business days, saying I would reverse the transaction and report them for fraud. Still no reply from customer service but suddenly I have a shipping confirmation. As of now I am still waiting for any news that the package was actually handed over.It is galling because I actually prepaid for 4 playkits and this is how they treat a customer who spent that much!I know there are global supply chain problems and all that, and I am quite understanding of it. What I cannot abide by is not informing the customer and STILL no reply from customer service. There is also no phone number on their website, so you cannot even call them.

Update:3 starsAfter my second contact attempt and writing here, they contacted me and said that my order was 'stuck', although I am not sure what that means. They sent my items to me the next day. Goods and their quality are good. Unfortunately, their customer service does not reply fast enough.Original post:1 starI gave an order and received its confirmation email on the 12th of January, early in the morning. I chose the standard shipping method that says the items will be shipped in 3 to 5 working days. I contacted them via email on the 17th of January due to not getting any information about my shipment. I received an automatic message that says they are at capacity right now. Thus, there might be some latency. I waited till the end of the week, but there was still no response. It has been seven working days since I put in my order, but there is no response or shipment. I wrote to them again on the 21st of January. I will update the status from here when I receive a response on their part.

I am not delighted at their difficult website that makes me feel foolishly scammed. I spent much more time than necessary just to adjust a shipping date more than 7 days. Lovevery expensive but nice quality toys are not available without a subscription and sharing personal data of a baby, which is sketchy to say the least. Customer service was available by contact form, but excessive time was spent wrangling with this. Determining the preset situation that allowed contact for communication to delay shipment of a subscription for more than the preset 7 days was unnecessarily time consuming. The subscription item did not yet have the order number requested on the form, so the contact form scolded and would not send the request to delay shipment. So it took some time to work around this.My shipment date was resolved within 24 hours but why does their website make it so difficult? I considered canceling my subscription and resubscribing but this isn’t easily found either. I was informed that they have a chat when I received my requested shipping date by email, but I didn’t see chat as a contact. The format the email sent the revised shipping dates in could not be copied or transferred to my calendar.

Lovevery toys are great. My pupils love them. I am delighted with their quality and project.
