First time using Love Umraah and experience wasn't bad. A few hiccups with our booking at our Madinah hotel but that may have been a problem on the hotel side but Love Umraah worked at pace to get this resolved. Not sure if they have 24hr support but we had a fairly early landing, arrived at the hotel at about 11.30am but despite this we were able to speak to a Love Umraah rep. Would have been early in the UK with the time difference

I found Love Umrah through facebook marketing, i decided to go to Saudi Arabia to perform umrah with my family. I was told by family and friends not to use them as they are based in London and I live in Manchester. There is a lot of gossips and you hear stories of travel agents taking your money and gone. Anyway I started talking with them on WhatsApp and told them of my requirements. Honestly these guys are every experienced in what they do, they went back and forth for me to get the package I wanted at the price i thought it was reasonable for me. I shopped around locally and compared love umrah’s price. I was very happy and felt assured when the brothers and sisters from Love Umrah spoke with me on the phone and explaining everything, and I decided to make my reservation through them. They even helped to change my hotel which was non refundable, to a hotel of my choice, after I explained that my brother who just recently visited Saudi Arabia advised me to change hotel to a one more near to the haram. ALHAMDULILLAHHH these brothers done good for me, may Allah give them barakah in their business. Truly happy with the service and the package I got from Love Umrah.

I was booked my flight and hotel and local travel in Saudi Arabia and they charged me the extra money for everything and their services are absolutely ridiculous and that’s not up to the mark. So, I spent £10000/= on my trip and service are not half way.

This was my first Umrah trip and with little knowledge to work from it was overwhelming. After looking around at a number of different options and providers, I came across LoveUmrah. They made everything so simple and tailored a package exactly to our needs. There was absolutely no pressure to make quick decision. They supplied me with facts and when asked for, recommendations. We have just completed the Mecca part of our trip and it has been nothing short of superb. Contacted loveumrah.com to arrange hotels for my upcoming trip to Makkah and Madinah, sister Jannat was very helpful and had all the patience to provide detailed information on hotels ranging from 3* to 5*. She provided me with excellent customer service, she listened to my request and worked accordingly, very quick and efficient

We called love umrah for hotel quotes. Customer service person Jannat helped us immensely. No matter how many questions or different hotels we enquired about she was always very helpful and polite. We would definitely use love umrah again for any further quotes.

Alhamdulilah the experience so far is the best.The beds, toilets and extra appliances are very comfortable and manageable.The bed in breakfast package is absolutely a thriller! You should try it now! Therefore I give Al Moukhtara Hotel a 5 star and I highly recommend you to come visit!

Fantastic service start to finish. 12 members of our family . Admin from start very straightforward and efficient. Arrival in makkah and to see the address hotel and the quality and the proximity was very pleasing. Group leaders advised on umra times for all newbies and at least 3 sep groups were dispatched. Holy site visits were arranged as well as spiritual talks. Medina was the same. Hotel 6 min walk and amongst the laundry and food outlets which made life so much easier. Defo will go again with br alum.
