Is lovethepain.com Legit?

I placed my order in August and paid extra for express shipping to make sure it arrived on time. This didn't happen and in September it was returned to them (they insisted it had been delivered until they got it back). For them to send it to another address, they want me to pay the delivery fee AGAIN or they can make the refund but 20% less of what I paid. I believe they should take responsibility of who carries and delivers their products, since we are paying them to make sure we get our product, not the shipper. Regardless, I would have payed again if their customer service was nice and really tried to find a solution, but they are SO RUDE. They really don't care if you get your order and don't even try to make it happen: "We do not control you, addresses you put, your timeline, or the timeline of the shipper."I insisted on my refund, so they said they would ask finance to send me the form for me to fill and get my money back, and still nothing...Apparently de cannot control what their finance department does either... WORST customer service ever.

We started working with Love The Pain and Ben Haas for our custom tri / multisport club apparel in early January. By the end of January we were receiving finished items for the club after a professional and quick design period with Ben. So far the Galaxy bibs, razor run singlets, run shirts, and foam hats are the best quality we've seen. The price point per item is lower than we could've imagined.

Company with the worst customer service (scam alert)We placed two orders on 2021. Order Placed...and NO response after 6 weeks...still waiting. They offer massive discounts and HEAVY marketing (60% off) but don't be tempted...very POOR customer service - and so far I have not received my order and have paid in FULL. WOW - how can they remain in business? And - now I find SO many other customers have experienced the same poor service - I should have checked Trust Pilot before ordering.

Never received my items after 7 months of begging. If I could give negative stars I would. Ben Haas is very unethical in his dealings and is full of empty promises. As soon as you complain, you get blocked on every platform.Every negative review receives the same aggressive answer and LTP can never seem to accept any responsibility. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and rather purchase elsewhere.

Last august 2023 I ordered 2 suits from Love the Pain. Only one of them was delivered months later. I contacted several times per mail a person called ben and got always some answers as they were looking for the missing suit, or they were waiting for the chamois from Italy, but the missing suit was never delivered. I tried also with the help of Better Business Bureau to receive the missing suit but Love the Pain did not answer to their request. Nice and expensive stuff but do not order it, there is a high risk that you will never receive your ordered and paied stuff!!!!!!

Unfortunately had to cancel my order and start a recall on the cc payment. Ordered in November 2021, was finally told the kit was ready to send, yet no tracking number received ever. Too bad, would have been nice to rock their gear instead of the boring black and white tri kit thats available. Found a LTP knock off on AliExpress, even they ship faster lol ✌️

I should have checked Trust Pilot before ordering. I placed an order on July 25, 2022, and paid in full for the products plus shipping. Now 7 and a few months later I still am waiting for delivery. POOR SERVICE. We all understand production delays and various other stuff that can happen, but there is literally NO COMMUNICATION from their side! I have the online chat open permanently on their website, and other than the occasional bot response... no chat, no communication, no nothing. I have sent over a dozen emails, some of which got responses like "we will be shipping soon" ... alas! I see that "soon" is a relative term for this company.

My order is #LTP11635 on Jul 30, 2020 including 2 trisuits. Despite a lot of chasing, complaining, etc. on email/messenger, I have no response. Now, it's more than 17 months I've received nothing and I've totally lost my money. Anyone know what I should do?Update on Jan 1st: I see someone from LTP responding on other posts saying their customer are fake, lier, ... I am real victim and I just need to get either my puchased items or money back, but still NO RESPONSE!!!

Have clothing missing from an order in 2019 and a complete Team Mojo order 2021 not fulfilled 5 months later.Dozens of emails and WhatsApp message. Originally promised a delivery of 7 days and constant promises made when I am lucky enough to get a reply.Do not buy from this supplier customer service is non existant and owner abuses and threatens you when you try to resolve issues

I got my order after 3 months. It came with what I ordered but missing labels, missing Lovethepain logo in the running tshirt, no label for the size nor washing recommendations, Complete disaster. I sent multiple emails during these 3 months and contacted them using their bot. Never answered me. Never again.

Absolutely shocking. I paid 500 USD + 85 USD for a tri suit and customizations back in Feb-2021. We are in June 2022 and nothing received. Customer service and communications is at best nonexistent otherwise its lies, excuses, false promises. “Your suit is in production”“We will send you the shipping details on Tuesday”And the weird thing is they continuously advertise for products and new apparel. They dont answer their emails, nor their comments on social media. No refunds. I am completely in utter disbelief with this company that seriously should be shut down.

Love it! What an incredible experience from the very beginning. Ben is amazing and guided me through the whole process to get all my gear and product ready for the Ironman – including a badass design and outstanding features!! It’s been a while since a came across a company with such strong ethics that delivers quality product and services at this level! Totally recommended and 100% my go to moving forward!

They are a SCAMMING disorganized and unethical bunch of CHARLATANS. Please BEWARE, you will not get your merchandise and definitely not in an appropriate timing (if you lucky). I lost $475 on a kit, that Ben& co. just refuses to deliver or refund. Please support legit business with hard working people. This one is NOT one of them!!

At 3 Jan 2023 I've made two orders at LOVETHEPAINMy order numbers are following #LTP15978 and #LTP15979 paid by Amazon paySince that time I've tried many times to get update on my order and even refund. The shop didn't meet their promises for last 2 month they shifting orders for shipment every week, denied to make refund and now they are totally ignore my messages. I seems that I've never get my orders or refund so I've reported Fraud to Federal Trade Commission with all details about my case and report a Scam on Instagram on their official page.If you faced similar situation please do the same. Let's try to block their Instagram and their SCAM BUSINESS. Let's help US Governance to review their business and let's have a look if they really love the pain?

Ordered two bibs and two jerseys to wear for the summer... order placed at the beginning of July 2021. It is now the beginning of October 2021. Still waiting for them. So apparently, they don't offer refunds once your items are "in production," which they have been in production for months now. So, if we finally receive our items, and turns out they don't fit.. we have to wait for additional how many months for an exchange?? Won't be ordering from this company in the future.

LTP - calling a customer a liar without checking your facts first is so unprofessional it’s not even worth the time. Still: Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. still haven’t received my full order (Kask helmet not delivered - refund not given). Order placed and paid in Dec 2019.

Buyer beware, I have been given every reason why things DONT HAPPEN ie my prepaid purchases still not fulfilled. Promises made and still nothing. I seriously DO NOT recommend you purchase from here, unless you accept you may end up with nothing.

Ive ordered a road top some 30 days ago, took 2 weeks to track, finally got notification a week ago to say it was delivered 2 weeks ago, have not seen it, there is no signature, no evidence or information about the carrier. I think I have been ripped off. Whar a disaster.Still waiting.

I am very pleased with the products. The waiting period is longer than I anticipated. I know life happens and several things have taken place during my wait time. I do understand the set back of materials, manpower, delivery and shortages of many things all over the country. Thank you for your continued progress of trying to make everyone happy. Patience is a virtue!!!!
