Is lovessales.com Legit?

Ordered two t shirts. Completely the wrong colour arrived, both t shirts were in black and one had a hilarious missing letter in the print "power to the Peopl" Awful quality. Do not buy from this website it's terrible

I wish I could upload a photo to show what I ordered and what I received because what I ordered is not what I received. I ordered the Alpha Kappa Alpha distressed sweatshirt and received a t-shirt that was a totally different shade of pink that was advertised. The item received was poor quality and a screen print. I tried to upload a review on lovesales website and they wouldn’t allow you too.

Received 4 items, kept one. The other 3 were not as described and one was wrong size. Products very poor quality. Cost of 3 items $79.92. It's buyer's cost to return and must be shipped back to China. Cost via UPS over $70.00 plus you have to make an international call to Maojun Li at 86 135 70802791 which is an international call at buyer's expense to provide your tracking number. Beware. Please read reviews before Ording from Lovessales.

Love the items. Have ordered twice now. The only downside is slow shipping. Expect to wait 3-4 weeks.

We ordered 4 t-shirts especially for the pride, since the deliveru time indicated was 3-7 days. It took more than 2 weeks and arrived after the pride. They were too big and the queer flag on the sleeves looked very cheap, like it had just been ironed quickly on it to hold, which was not what we saw on the pictures. We cut the sleeves to improve them. Now they re ok, but we won t order here anymore.

This company sent a totally different product that I ordered and it took WEEKS to get to me. They haven't responded yet and I am totally upset about this experience. If I had read these other reviews I would have never placed an order

purchased dental reline kit and items received were not as described in videos ,videos show ppl eating apples etc and the box states not to eat with thes or sleep in them ,also what i receved was two bits of plastic and not silicone as described i,m guessing it would be a waste of time trying to get my monet back and in fact if this company was in uk they would be prosecuted under the trade descriptions act DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER YOUVE BEEN WARNED i am an old age pensioner 74 yrs old and its disgusting how the seller rips off the elderly seller should be in prison for fraud

Terrible quality, looks and feels cheap. Also i ordered a small and it cane in looking like an Xl shirt. Nothing like the pictures. Product took forever to ship and come in. Customer service was very slow. Would not recommend this company.

Total Chinese scammers. They sell absolutely cheap crap that is not reflected in the photos and then require you to return the merchandise to CHINA - after they have masqueraded as a US company. The shirt I bought was 10x my size and made of some fabric not common on this planet. There was NO size label inside, which leads me to believe they ship off this same exact size to anyone who places an order with LoveSales.com or via Instagram, where they practice this scam. When I told them I wanted to return the shirt, they said they’d pay me TWENTY PERCENT back. Also, their response was “Oh, our products aren’t as terrible as they used to be…”

STAY AWAY...lovessales marketed to me on Instagram- glossy advertising made me think it was a local/US based company, however, it is a China factory selling direct to consumer!! First of all, it took them from 5/30 until 6/27 to SHIP from CHINA!! 4 weeks to get tshirts! NO MENTION OF THIS DURING THE PURCHASE ON THEIR WEBSITE...Returns are okay if you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars to ship a $19 item back to CHINA! I bought 5 t-shirts, all shown on female models about my size. I bought size small and they would only fit a very large man! stay away. The tshirt quality was stiff and thick, not a good feel. They did reply to my return request, but refused to send me a shipping label. No warning anywhere on the website about that MAJOR detail!

Agree with the poor reviews below.. Ordered 3 dresses.. Cheap materials.. Print looks like it's been photocopied onto the material and i was not supllied with an invoice or delivery note..No known way of return £99 wasted. Have emailed company lovesales.Com..no reply yet 😒 Wish I'd checked reviews before it's purcased

-* would be more appropriate. Do not buy from here. Eventually agreed a return and refund. £37 postage at my cost and no refund forth coming. Thank goodness for credit card charge back protection. Got my purchase costs back, but still down the postage. Always use a credit card for protection, but don’t get caught out in first place!

I ordered 4 shirts from Australia which arrived within a fortnight, packed beautifully in individual waterproof bags. The product is amazing, better quality than anything I have bought in store in Australia. Wash well and don't peel. Only concern for me is I am a size 18 and had to order 3XL in their sizing for a loose comfortable fit but truly am loving the clothes.

An absolute awful experience from start to finish,paid £32 for the multicolored dress with postage. The dress came and looked like it had been photocopied onto material. Countless emails to them. They offered 30% refund,I refused, I wanted the full amount. They said they would need me to pay for return postage to China and they would check the dress before I would receive any refund. I explained that they should be paying for return postage,due to this issue being their fault. They refused, ending email with have a nice day and now have threatened to remove me from their page...an absolute joke...do not buy from them ever,I should've read reviews about lovessales on trustpilot,I won't make the same mistake again!

If I could give no stars I would. You don’t get what is pictured they send a completely different item. I received item 6 days after expected delivery date as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have paid this web site £24.00 for a dress and then another £8.00 for postage on the 4/2/24 and my order today still says awaiting shipment. The tracking button on the website doesn't work and neither does the contact email button work. So at this point I believe that they have taken my money fraudulently and I would urge people to exercise extreme caution if doing business with them.

I am beyond thrilled with the T-shirts I ordered for a much needed sister's getaway trip. The arrival of the items were timely, and the quality of the T-shirts exceeded my expectations. You never know if what you get will be what was captured by the image when ordering on line, but Lovessales provides the product they promised. Sooo happy, and can't wait to surprise me sisters with our matching ts during our getaway weekend.

I wish I could give “ZERO” Stars!! The WORST, and I truly mean worst, clothing purchase experience and online purchasing experience of my adult (43 yrs old) life! Do NOT order from them. Not only willThey not give clear or timely answers after an order…. They won’t tell you when you can expect the items…. I asked for weeks and they would not give a clear answer and then ignored my multiple request to cancel my order. They just keep replying “we will tell you when it ships”.On top of that…. The products arrive and they are horrible. I ordered 5 items with 3 different sizes… and they are all the SAME size. I laid them right on top of each other. And on 2 of the shirts you can’t even see the print on it…. Just Terrible!!! Be extra wary because they also run a shop called “Rainbow Outfit” and when you order its comes from Loves Sales. Run away!!!!!!! FAST.

I purchased the stripy dress. There was no contact from the company to say there was a delay. I had to chase them twice to get the dress shipped, which took them 3 weeks from purchase. The item then arrived quickly. The quality is poor. Thin material, not as bold colours because of the poor quality material. I would not recommend this company
