Is lovenoughty.co.uk Legit?

Tried the wave hello shampoo and conditioner, they work OK but the scent is really chemically and haven't really done anything for my waves. Also says 97% natural ingredients yet is rated poor on Yuka app.

Tried many conditioners with some costing £50 plus frizz reducing products and Brazilian straightening. Sadly none worked. Was recommended Naughty products and now use their conditioner and frizz easing product. These are the first things that have ever worked on my dry frizzy hair and would highly recommend

I really enjoy these hair products! I don’t usually fall down The facebook rabbit hole when it comes to cosmetology; boots however had Noughty shampoo on offer so I could try before subscribing. Now just call me Alice because I’ve subscribed to the for “TO THE RESCUE” and my bathroom is filled with 70% off shower gels that are great for sensitive skin.It will take a couple of washes before your hair settles to using natural products with no silicates… stick with it! I wash my long coloured hair once a week with to the rescue and use the conditioner and deep conditioner. I’m as hooked as my noughty hooked shower comb. ❤️

I recently ordered the hair growth shampoo, conditioner and serum. On arrival the lid of the shampoo container was cracked and broken. The tiny bit of plastic that protrudes from the inside of the cap was broken off and wedged inside the hole that shampoo is squeezed out of. It won't budge and neither can I remove the cap which means I can't squeeze the shampoo out to use. This week I have twice emailed customer service requesting a refund for the shampoo. No reply to either email! Disgraceful.

I just received my first ever order yesterday and I was very impressed! Super value as the size of the products were very generous and all smell amazing!Tried them straight away and loved the results too!Also plenty of opportunities for discounts or earning free products through shopping with Noughty which makes me feel appreciated as a customer ☺Defo will become a regular buyer😊

The products are amazing, I’ve been using them for some time and can really recommend them. Recently I had an issue where Royal Mail failed to deliver and returned the items. I emailed Noughty and the service I received was outstanding. I had a reply immediately, from a real person not an automated response. Rhea checked whether the order included Christmas presents and I was offered a refund with a code to order with the same offer so that I would receive the items in time for Christmas. So refreshing to engage with a company that has amazing customer service. I would recommend Noughty 100%.

Rhea was an absolute angel today. I stupidly didn't check my order before paying and only realised after that the shipping was my old address. I emailed right away and Rhea got back to me in less than an hour, swiftly sorting it to change to my current address before the order was dispatched. Thank you again, Rhea.

Today I dealt with the lovely Rhea, she was absolutely fantastic, replied to my emails so promptly answering my questions and queries. As a new customer who adores their hair products because they actually do work!! Alongside this customer service on top just fills me with even more confidence in the company and their products! I recently had an inquiry about the fragrances in some of their products, as none were described on the website. I suffer from migraines and can't use many perfume notes. Rhea got back to me within minutes, answered my questions, and made me feel heard in what I was asking. It was wonderful to actually have my concerns listened to!

Excellent products and my thick curly hair is in the best tamed condition it's ever been in. I had a problem with the shampoo recently in that the product wouldn't come out of the bottle and Rhea was so incredibly helpful solving my problem. So not only excellent products but excellent customer service too

I love the Noughty products. I use the Wave Hello, Frizz Magic and Hello Curls products. I have always found the Customer Support team to be helpful if I have an issue. The only recommendation that I would make is to simplify the rewards system - I find it very complicated and difficult to use.

I have found this a great company to deal with - excellent customer service together with ethics I can admire. I got into a bit of a muddle with the ordering on the website, and Rhea sorted it all our for me straight away. My order was delivered today and I know it will be exactly what I wanted, having had some of their products before. The products are very good quality and I am happy to shop with them. Not sure how old the company is, but I wish them well.

This was my second time buying from Noughty. I bought some hair care products for my mum for her birthday. Because I wanted to make sure the package arrived before her birthday, I paid extra for next business day delivery. However the package did not arrive until the afternoon of her birthday. I tried contacting Noughty via their chat service, but I still haven't had a reply. So disappointing to pay extra for a service which fails to deliver. What a joke!Edit: the customer service team reached out and refunded the cost of delivery, which was really appreciated

I’ve been using Noughty products for years now. Love the quality of the shampoos and conditioners and was pleasantly surprised when Noughty expanded their range to include body care products. Love the shower gel and shower oil. It’s great to have a really good selection of silicone and SLS free products.Always been happy with the delivery too.

I had my parcel stolen and emailed Noughty to explain and ask if there was anything they could do - although.itnwas a longshot and I was expecting a no. They resent the parcel no questions asked. Will definitely be ordering again. Great products and great customer service.

I have had the 'wave hello' shampoo and conditioner and 'little saviour' microfibre hair turban of Noughty now and the whole shopping experience has been brilliant. Products always arrive punctual and without hassle, with, what seems to be, very sustainable and eco friendly packaging (minimum amounts of plastic), which is something that is extremely important to me. As for the products themselves, I have no complaints. All three are high quality and do their jobs and the shampoo and conditioner worked wonders on my 2c/3a curls! Definitely the best curl wash products that I've come across. Overall, I only have positive things to say about Noughty, 100% recommend.

I had an issue with one of the products purchased through Noughty. A button came off the hair towel I purchased as a gift for my Mum, upon emailing Noughty provided amazing customer service which has resolved the issue promptly and to a standard in which I am extremely satisfied with. I ordered the wrong product by mistake contacted them before the products had even been packaged and dispatched and they wouldn’t let me change them. I had to send them back at my own cost and then the refund they minused my postage so I paid about £8 to send them back. Had to chase my refund which took around 4 weeks. Awful customer service and they just don’t care about their customers. I won’t use your products again out of principle and they’re expensive and not much better than cheaper alternatives

Great. I waited for 3 separate orders before writing a review to see if it was consistent. Each one was delivered within a few days and the last one had a cute freebie! I keep reordering the Soother body moisturiser and the hair mask now. Plus the new anti frizz is lovely. Will keep returning!!!

Zero customer service. Emailed them to amend an order straight after purchase, took them two days to reply by which time it had been dispatched to an incorrect address. Refused to do anything to help, I’ve raised a claim with my bank to recover my money. Shame their ethics only extend as far as the ingredients list.
