Is loulanatural.com Legit?

My family and I have been going to Louise for years. She has a lovely way about her and she's helped us with various issues throughout the years. Recently we've been going for Sacral Cranial therapy and it's made such a shift and difference in my body. I'm very grateful for Louise and I cannot recommend her enough.

I have been going to Louises Core Strength classes for nearly 2 years now and find them so beneficial for my core and back strength. I have suffered from lower back issues since i was 15 and since starting with Louise my pain levels and stiffness have dramatically decreased. Louise is a very knowledgable, patient and kind teacher who caters for all levels and abilities. I would highly recommend giving her class a go if you want to improve overall strength, posture and toning in a relaxed setting x

I love attending Louise's fermenting classes. She provides so much great information throughout the session as well as a good understanding of how to make your own ferments! They last ages and taste delicious, when they run out I join again to make my next batch as it is always so social, relaxed and good fun. Highly recommend anyone interested in their gut health to join these classes!

Nutrition for general well being has always been something I find hard to get my head around. Louise treats the whole person and was able to help me stop and think about things in a much clearer light so that I could see what I needed to do going forward.

The 4 week mindful course with Louise was a great way to get a few tips of how to incorporate mindfulness and calm into my busy day and was also a lovely hour to myself every week. I really enjoyed it

After listening to Loula Natural speak at a conference on fermenting, I bought her book "Culture Your Life". I was always interested in the whole process of fermenting and love the information and recipes that Loula Natural gives in this colourful book full of lovely photographs. I was surprised that kombucha and kefir could be used as cleaning agents and cosmetics and am excited to get partying with bacteria!

Louise guided me through a difficult time in my life with a multitude of skills. She is an absolute mine of information and has the ability to combine all that she knows to create a holistic, caring, professional service.

Cheers Louise. Your classes are very doable and yet challenging so I've no excuse not to do them. I'm proud of the fact that I can now move more easily and I really notice it when rock climbing with my kids on the dock beach.
