This is my first time ever to order my ring and lab diamond with LGD so I did not expect much but the result was not disappointed. The lab diamond is very sparkle. I chose a fancy vivid pink, radiant cut, 2.05ct diamond with Iona Radiant Hidden Halo Engagement Ring - 14K White Gold. I ordered on 7/14/24 and received the ring via FedEx with signature required at delivery on 8/6/24. The ring fit perfectly beyond my expectations. Susan was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was patient with my requests, adjusting the ring according to my preferences.

I do recommend this guys if you already know what you want, so they can make it perfectly for you. I enjoyed my ring, it’s beautiful. The only thing I would add in a service is confirmation result of 3D printing in the middle of work with video, so I could see sizes and details of ring and maybe change some before it is the final result. It was a very seamless process. I appreciate the quick responses when I had questions regarding the stone. The inventory is amazing! It is great to see so many variations of the shape of the stone that are very hard to come across through traditional jewelers. The 360 3D views of the stone were essential in my selection process. I received my custom earrings made with loose-grown diamonds from Loose-Grown Diamonds yesterday! I'm so happy—they are exactly what I pictured and how my approved CAD looked. They were custom designed based on some of my inspiration ideas. I just got back from a local jeweler, and they were impressed. The IGI certificates matched, as expected. Susan was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. The changes we made were seamless, and all updated CADs were free. I ordered three stones from LGD, one larger blue diamond and two smaller clear diamonds. The blue diamond is incredible, and it was offered at an amazing price. I decided to return the other two stones. The return process was straightforward and they quickly processed a refund. Customer service was great throughout, messaging me throughout the process. I will use LGD again if I am in the market for more stones.

I was hesitant at first about LGD, however I am so very pleased with following through with them. I first selected the set I wanted and they sent over a CAD design. There were a few things I wanted changed, that I specified and they were able to quickly make the changes and send me and updated design. After that only a couple of weeks and the rings were at my front doorstep. Overall quality looks amazing and the diamond it flawless. Thank you.

I bought an engagement ring from LGD in May and am thrilled with my experience. They had the best prices around, and with such a purchase I was a bit worried about “you get what you pay for” but these guys are great, the only downsides I would say are that the website is a bit clunky and outdated, and having all of my communication go through email was a bit much to deal with at times.The upsides are enormous:-50% lower prices on diamonds compared to places like Brilliant Earth, and still a good bit lower than other “cheap”-Very fast turnaround times on designs. I think my first request only took just over a day, and the modification requests came through either same day or day after -Shipping was as described. They told me 2-3 weeks from when the order is shipped, it came in just over two weeks. It’s a bit long but it helps that they are up front about it.-Was very helpful that they warned me that the initial diamond I picked out suffered from a “windowing” effect so that I could pick a different one.All in all it was a great experience, with the few shortcomings made up for by good service and excellent pricing. I plan to recommend them to anybody I know who is looking for an engagement ring.
