I had placed an order on this site LookLiv on 12th Jan. I received an order confirmation mail but nothing after that. I contacted the customer care but they are not responding. I have strong suspicion that this is scam. I came across this site through Facebook ads. So people please be careful and refrain purchasing items from this site- which looks awesome with competitive prices! I should have known!!!
Please be warned. This is a scam. This site is still functioning and there will be more victims to the fraud. What would be the next steps to bring it down and ensure that the culprits are found and charged for fraud?
Last week I found this shopping website in FB n found the stuff is at best price and intersting. So thought of buying but my sixth sense stopped me that how could someone sell at this cheapest price. Next day I got the mail from these people regarding my cart n the stuff I felt tempting n ordered all it cost around 2555₹ I got the order confirmation mail as well so thought they are genuine but I found no other mail from them after that so I mailed again regarding the status but didn't get any response then I started checking their website then I finally I gound this fraudulent status. It's so sad that how these people are doing scam they should be punishable.
