Delivery due on the Monday didn’t arrive. After spending £10 on 3 phone calls and sitting in que.They said they’d deliver on the Friday!! So again they weren’t delivered. Another day waiting in and more queuing on phone said they’d ring back , yep you guessed they didn’t! Rang again where’s my tablets. We will ring you back Nope they didn’t. So I’m to spend a weekend of more anxiety , knowing another £10 will be spent next week trying to get meds to stop this virus damaging my liver further! I’m going to tell the hospital that they need to change their courier. Bloody awful experience.
Lloyds pharmacy CUH Croydon Very upsetting. I have important medication, that must be enough to last out. It was to be 300 capsules. It has to be collected about twice a year. Very often there's a mess up. They'd only dispense 100. The advice on the box was the wrong dosage. We were told that's all they'd been advised on dispensing and it was on their forms.I'd already spoken to the pharmacy manager beforehand and it was all arranged. He had said he'd phone if there was a problem. But he didn't. I'm just stating the facts. I'm an easygoing person but it is very stressful when it's taken a full week to arrange with the department and arrange collection: to then be given insufficient medication with incorrect dosage instructions. Also please can you have full opening times on Saturday like a normal chemist? Not two hours. It's completely ridiculous.

Ive just been transferred over to pharmacy2u from lloyds direct and Im already finding their service absolutely atrocious and incompetent which dosn't work. the app dosnt work nor does the website. When I go to check my prescriptions, the details or list does not show so I can not order. Absolutely appalling. Can not see the list of my prescriptions. Also I have logging in difficulties with red lines appearing and not able to put in my pass word
Placed an order on Saturday, followed up on Tuesday and was told a 'glitch' meant it hadn't processed. I requested a refund as this was urgent meds for imminent travel. They have said the refund will take 5-7 days. So that is 2 weeks since I placed an order they can't fulfill and they claim they have no way to repay faster. It's really a great way to make money on all our unfulfilled orders just by holding onto our payents as long as they can. Customer service is a joke, I guess they pay peanuts.
Non delivery of Stelara injections.I was contacted by Lloyds delivery service on a Monday and was informed the delivery would be the next day, Tuesday. - No show.Rang on Thursday for an update eventually got through and was put on 'Hold' for 20 minutes.Waited for 5 minutes gave it another try, went through the procedure - phone went dead after 10 minutes.Really atrocious customer service - needs a good shake-up!
Ordered a repeat prescription would not allow me to change collection to delivery when paying for order on the app. Collection location only open working hours so made impossible to collect when did manage to collect order returned to sender called them to ask where prescription was, they told me there is no way to retrieve prescription or get refund. Also had no communication until I called them. So now have no prescription, need to request new prescription from doctors and almost out because of poor user experience. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! It if can’t trust them with my order or communicate where my prescription is then I can’t trust them with my prescriptions.
Had the most warm and helpful customer service at the Lloyds Pharmacy in Broadway Worcestershire. I was on holiday for a few days and had been suffering from migraines and terrible eye pain and pressure in my head which would not go away the assistant (dispenser) told me to go to the opticians as soon as possible just to make sure as I still had a few days left. Luckily I got an appointment at the opticians in Tesco Evesham which is my optician up north so they had all of my records. I had a full eye examination and was explained that my contact lenses were to strong and to wear my glasses. My stigmatism has got worse. I started wearing my glasses and haven’t had my contacts in since the holiday in September and my migraines/pain have gone. Thank you so much to the lady for helping me and putting me at ease what a wonderful person and very empathetic. Fantastic customer service all round.
Since this pharmacy was taken over it has offered excellent service, unlike the previous pharmacy.I ordered an online prescription on Monday morning and within hours had a a message to say it was ready. I had my drugs delivered by Leroy today. Leroy called my mobile, confirmed that I was home, he confirmed my address and means of access, arrived at my home with a smile and cheerful greeting. I was really pleased with his very friendly and professional delivery.

Went to collect an emergency prescription for my husband Friday 10th Nov around 230 or 3 pm , whose back was in involuntary spasms, he was in excruciating pain. Lloyds pharmacy is a very incompetent company. They fail to provide a good service because they invested millions of pounds into a off-site hub in Warrington and it has been a massive failure ,the robotics they use to pick your medication is unreliable and doesn't work.They have tried to make this work since 2014,There computer software is outdated and delivery service is terrible I am surprised GPhC have not closed them down. It is very dangerous dispensing service it is hidden away in a warehouse in Warrington. If your electric prescription has been sent to Lloyds pharmacy and they don't have your medication in stock ask for your prescription to be sent back to the NHS spine so you can go to another pharmacy.My advice is to go another pharmacy if you want your medication to arrive on time.
This has been a life saver for me. I've seen doctor Leila Dirir twice now, once for anxiety and the other for women's health and she was absolutely brilliant, helped with a prescription when needed and also invaluable advice. She's very professional but also very personable. Couldn't recommend this service enough.
Absolutely terrible company. So cold and uncaring. They don't seem to understand or care that people rely on medication and that the cost of their incompetence can have such a negative impact on people's lives. Every time I'm due a delivery they make a careless mistake and my treatment is delayed. They then give you the same line of it being out of their hands. I'm so fed up of having different issues every single time I'm due medication. I'm constantly having to go over the deadline of when I'm due and it's causing unnecessary pain and illness due to errors they make and a lack of urgency to sort out the problems. Can I just say that this company is really doing things right and actually acts on customer feedback. Firstly there were issues with packages being too big to fit through letter boxes, raised this and a month later medications were in condensed packaging.Last order I had the app said I had more than I actually had and wouldn’t let me reorder. They sorted it out but again within a month the app now has a feature to let you tell them how many days you have.I just think that is something extraordinary for a company to come back around on customer feedback so quickly and is well worth the praise.
