Good contract and service by Dominic.Delivery was slower than stated. Not sure if the problem was with the company or Parcel Force.

Everything was great. Except the shipping time was too long. Maybe 12 days or more. The part I ordered arrived in excellent condition and working as it should.

I think the availability database should be updated once in a while. It's been twice now some of the parts I ordered were out of stock with no mention at the order point. Delivery speed could also be improved. Other than that since all parts are OEMs, there's no anxiety about the fitting ofthe parts.

Your website is excellent, parts diagrams etc are excellent.I don't understand why it takes over 10 days to receive the parts after initial order.It seems to take 3 days to pick an order then another 2 for someone to post it.

Good website and checking process to confirm I ordered the correct under panel and fixings. Good communication about dispatch. Excellent price compared to others I'd researched. Product was good quality and arrived well packaged. Very pleased.

Top Notch.Item received 10 days after ordering, however it was with the post office after 6 days. Communication was first class, answering my queries very promptly by Dominic l believe.The part is genuine and exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend LLL parts

Easy to order as always, delivery a little slow so need to plan ahead for any big jobs.

Utter rubbish. Do not use these people. Cannot get hold of them , said it had the part, paid expensive for delivery, then after going through utter ball ache to get hold of them they say they don’t have it ! Now having to go through utter nightmare of getting a refund . Rubbish, rubbish rubbish

Bought some Audi parts from LLLParts. I’m in the USA. A bit concerned about a long lead time. But very pleasantly surprised that I got my parts 2-3 weeks earlier than I had anticipated. At a much better price than I would have gotten from a US dealer. Highly recommended and email interactions pre-purchase were great.

The site is secure and payment is seamless. They have OE mecedes benz parts that are hard to find. Finding and purchasing parts from this site is relatively easy once you understand how tho navigate rhe site. The only downside is the dispatch and delivery time that feels like forever.

Reasonably priced parts, All new and OEM so superb. The diagrams are fantastic and very helpful. Shipping was quick, arrived within 7 days of ordering.

I have used LLLParts on a number of occasions because of there product range, reasonable pricing and service. I had an issue with an incorrectly labelled part correct part number but wrong part, they replied and sent out the correct item the same day. Excellent service

I had trouble finding the parts I needed online. I managed to find parts on the LLLParts website. I placed the order and received the parts as planned, well packed. Based on my experience, I sincerely recommend LLLParts.

The price I paid for the part I required was very reasonable. It did take a little longer to arrive than I expected but it was still worth the wait.

Good service, great catalog and nice communication. The only thing I miss is that the search show you the current OEM reference products when you introduce a superseded reference. I need to look for it in other webpages. But I finally buy here.

Great value, easy to use website and part brought was perfect.Delivery and dispatch times are a little slow, but this is well advertised beforehand and was more than acceptable given the item was half the price of anywhere else.I will be back.

I'll leave my original previously 2 star review below. However following the companies reply, I have checked my records and it's true my order was delivered within the stated window and the items were correct and well packaged. My frustrations stemmed from despatch date not being within quoted and changing - but delivery WAS within that quoted when I placed the order. My frustrations were compounded by it looking like things were happening, then it not happening, the despatch date being marked with a 48 hour tracking number that then took 3 days to appear on Royal Mail was extremely frustrating as I mistakenly then expected 48 hours from being marked despatched. This got worse when Royal Mail emailed me telling me my order would be delivered the next day, so I made arrangements to be around and ready to get the vehicle back on the road. So YES LLL do get the right product and did deliver in the originally quoted time. I think by quoting a very optimistic despatch date, then marking despatched early helps them get the sale, but can add to frustration when it leads the Customer to them expect things to happen faster than they do. 4/5 is because I believe being able to see a despatch by date (that did get amended, even though delivery window didn't) and marking despatched on 48 hours, that turned into 3 days before 48 hours (then added to by Royal Mail that wasn't LLL fault) sets the Customer up for frustration and can disrupt arrangements made on the basis of being led to believe an item will be there 48 hours later (with Royal Mail I always take 48 to mean 72, but my delivery didn't start it's journey until 72 hours!ORIGINAL 2/5 REVIEW BELOW :Don't trust anything this company states with regard to when your item will actually be despatched, or how long it will take to get to you once actually despatched. Everything up to the point of taking your payment works fine and sounds great. Then the latest expected despatch time approaches and then updates to a later date. Then once 'marked' despatched (Royal Mail 48 hours, in my case) it took 3 days before Royal Mail even received it from the company. That's before Royal Mail added insult to injury by claiming a failed delivery attempt on a Sunny Saturday when I was actually out front, where they have to walk in order to get to the door!I chose LLL based on quoted despatch and delivery times, they were at the cheaper end but not the cheapest. With the despatch and delivery goalposts' moving, by the time the items arrived I would have been better paying one of my other potential suppliers £30 more and receiving the items when they said I would receive them.

Used LLL a few times, always a great service. Good pricing. Great website. Delivery times are a bit longer than I'd expect but no real drama.
