Is liwisi.com Legit?

The quality was too poor! I requested to return but the Liwisi just let me consider about the shipping fees so expensive. However I don’t care about the shipping fee because the quality was really so bad! It was not Japan quality and more like Taobao! I think I will report it if the Liwisi reject my return.

I sent a review that the purchase didn’t fit and didn’t have information to return it timely. I asked to exchange for another item. I received a quick response from the customer rep., Evelyn who offered a solution that was thoughtful and customer oriented. I was very pleased. Very good customer services from Evelyn and she is so detail and follow up so closed to my order, thrcproduct I received is in good hand feel and fit size is perfect to my size, tops, dress, and jacket are too good to me. Thankyou

Its my fault for not checking the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing.Like many reviews that has been posted here , the website makes it appear that it is Japanese fashion but in reality it is from China, not that it is an issue but the actual clothes quality is different from pics. Tried to refund it back to them but they instead negotiated a percentage of discount and warned me about the high shipping costs. They did not provide me with a prompt response when I asked for the return address to ship back. I bought a blouse for roughly 31 Aud but the quality is more like a 10 dollar blouse. I have even purchased blouses that are around 10 dollars in south east asian countries that look better than this 31 dollars blouse. Beware when purchasing from this website for the lack of transparency and dubious return policies.

This was my first time shopping at Liwisi, and it was a great experience. The quality of the clothes is excellent, and the shipping was efficient. Although they sent a top in the wrong color, after I contacted customer service, Evelyn was very helpful and sent me the correct one at no charge.I will definitely shop at Liwisi again and recommend it to my friends.

The order came earlier than promised! Although there was no tracking number and I couldn't track my package along the way, the customer service people were responsive and gave me updates. When the items came, they were packaged very nicely and the items were very protected. the quality of the clothes were very nice, the only clothing item that I was a little disappointed by was the brown dress coat - I can't describe the quality, but it is an item that cannot be exposed to heat, so it is crinkly, and I am not sure how to make it look nice. Liwisi's website is also very spot on. Very clear sizing measurements given, and the overall presentation of the website is superb. Will definitely buy from them again! Just not too sure about the coats.

Very disappointed in the replacement attire. Thought I would receive a good replacement but worse than I could imagine. Received a totally different colour tone from their website posted. Sent numerous emails to Ms Evelyn but she totally ignored all of my texts. Don't think I would purchase some more in the near future.

The image they display on the official website is totally different from the clothes I received. Even the brand name is different. The one I received has brand name “Yi Jia Jia”. Quality is cheap & cutting is ugly. I am so disappointed. Clothes are shipped from Guangdong not Japan.

This is a scam. Beware. Products shown on website not the same quality product you will received. Also, you can't reach anyone for starting the return

Don’t buy from here if you might want to return anything!! I have never experienced any firm that makes it this hard to return/refund. They will not give you a return label, instead, you need to ship it back yourself. They pretend to be a Japanese company by displaying everything on the website in Japanese. In reality, it’s a shameless company from Guangdong, China. If you want to return anything, they’ll keep negotiating with you over email to stop you from doing it. Their negotiation strategy is just to keep you waiting; ask to give you a percentage refund and you can keep the clothes; or let you pick something else on the site of the same price. They will repeatedly warn you that shipping costs is not covered, you will need to bare all the costs. Then finally they will send you the return address, it’s actually in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. And they tell you that the original shipping cost, any custom, and your own shipping are all your responsibility.

It’s a scam!! Don’t buy from them! I should read the review before paid the money. They sent me the link to track the shipping but it’s sent to another country USA, I’ve emailed them a few times but no one follows up. And now it even shows delivered in USA, but I live in UK. It’s ridiculous!! They should either send me back the items or refund me the money.👎🏻

regret that i didn't read through their comments before buying. response is slow, product quality is poor, product shipped from Hong Kong, while they pretended to be shipped from Japan, even when in contact their CS team to change the address, they said "have to wait for your parcel to arrive in Hong Kong" but actually they were sent from HK. Tracking number given was also wrong.

I loved the clothes, they are of excellent quality and the sizes correspond. I highly recommend them.
