i sent some payments out and i got banned after 7 payments, something silly. no explanation why but they just banned me.

I don't know why it was so hard to verified my details.

I have to delete of withdrawing money from my bitcoin and takes a few days still on listening payment.

1. The staff know their job - they know exactly what to do to help (for me anyway).2. Friendly - not demeaning - proactive.3. Have always fixed any Crypto payment problem I have ever had. Hope it continues.

My first attempt at cashing in some Bitcoin and obviously did not follow the correct procedure. I should have use Bitcoin as the amount being transferred not Aus Dollars as that way, it is inclusive of the service fee. Anyway, Lexi B at Living Room of Satoshi corrected it and also did not charge any service fee -Thanks Lexi. It was all done fairly quickly and the money was in my bank account - normal banking does not happen that fast!!

Amateur me tried to transfer Bitcoin into my bank account but put the wrong amount. I’m seriously not tech savvy. I saw my transaction didn’t go through and had to email Living Room Of Satoshi. Mostly I have no difficulty in converting crypto to Fiat, or having LROS process a bill, within seconds/minutes. I've used the LROS platform to convert Bitcoin type coins for this and it has gained in speed of transaction in a big way since when I joined some years ago. From hours waiting once upon a time, to just a few minutes or even seconds now. However I don't know if it is just me, but it is overwhelmingly apparent up to now in 2021 that Etherium is not the choice coin for quick and smooth and inexpensive transactions. For liquidity plain and simple, I am avoiding it and most of the Erc20 tokens for the time being if I need a sensible receive/send transation.It can confuse, when you try to follow the transaction confirmation process, and the Eth coins you spent appear stuck in limbo. I'd suggest though, that when this happens, it is probably better to be patient and wait until the transaction is confirmed, in up to a few hours rather than cancel. Because the cancel itself may not work anyway, and the payment does eventually become resolved.I had impeccable support ticket assistance from LROS, by the way. The comments above applies to 2021, and maybe Etherium and Erc20 tokens will become easier to use in years to come.
