Schlimmster Onlineshop. Was ich hier erlebt habe, ist unglaublich. Ich hatte im Frühjahr sehr viele Dessous bestellt. Einen großen Teil fristgerecht zurück geschickt. Und dann ging das Elend los. Ich bekam eine Mahnung nach der anderen. Die Retoure wurde voll berechnet. Ich habe ungelogen bestimmt 20x versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen. Per Chat. Per Email. Per Telefon. Keine Antwort. Keine Reaktion. Das ging noch ewig so weiter, bis ich endlich im August einen Mann dran bekam, der mir mit stoischer Ruhe immer wieder das gleiche runterleierte. End vom Lied: ich bekam einen Gutschein im Wert von 450 Euro, der Betrag meiner Retoure. Er riet mir, ich solle mir ruhig Zeit mit einer weiteren Bestellung lassen. Sie bekämen jetzt im Herbst tolle neue Kleider rein... als ich jetzt mal suf die Seite wollte, sah ich, dass der onlineshop beendet ist. Ich bin so wütend. Mein Geld ist weg. Das sind Verbrecher!

Schlechteste Erfahrung, die man machen kann. Dieses Unternehmen ist es nicht wert, es im Blickfeld zu haben. Ich werde mein Geld für retournierte Ware wohl nicht wieder zurück bekommen. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!!!

Eine absolute Katastrophe dieser Laden.Ich habe meine Bestellung im Juli 2023 zurücksendet. Die Ware wurde angeblich am Ablageort hinterlegt. Ich habe ewig keine Rückmeldung auf Nachrichten erhalten auch telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Nach einem Monat habe ich dann endlich eine Rückmeldung erhalten dass das Paket nicht angekommen sei und es keinen Ablageort gibt. Ich konnte die Zahlung bei klarna rauszögern. Naja, lange rede kurzer Sinn, ich habe mein Geld nicht mehr erhalten und der Onlineshop ist nicht mehr verfügbar.... das Geld sehe ich nicht mehr.

Mit diesem Unternehmen kann man keine Geschäfte machen. Livellie ist der größte Betrugsverein, den es gibt. Ich rate jedem ab, auch nur ansatzweise sich Gedanken zu machen, da etwas zu bestellen. Übel!!!!!! Ich bekomme Geld zurück, das kann ich wohl vergessen!!!! Ganz schlimm, ganz übel!!!

Ursprünglich positiver Eindruck hat sich leider ganz schnell gewandelt. Anfragen auf Retouren im Portal werden nicht beantwortet oder freigegeben, auf E-Mails / Chat reagiert auch niemand, nur der Auto-Responder. Dafür die kommt die Werbung, man könne doch gerne für 20% Nachlass erneut bestellt. Schade.

Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das Tun. Der Shop ist unglaublich schlecht. Ich bekomme keine Rückerstattung für meine Retoure, die ich genau so wie vom Shop auf der Internetseite verlangt durchgeführt habe.Ich habe auch den DHL Nachweis, dass die Rücksendung vor einem Monat eingetroffen ist. Die Lieferung erfolgte relativ zügig, die Qualität der Ware entspricht auch in etwa dem gezahlten Preis. Doch ein teil der Ware passte nicht und wurde zurück geschickt. Daraufhin gab es bis heute keine Rückmeldung mehr und auch keine Rückerstattung. Auf zahlreiche Kontaktversuche via Mail oder Kontaktformular kam nie eine Rückmeldung.Update: Nachdem nach meiner Negativen Bewertung endlich Kontakt seitens Livellie mit mir aufgenommen wurde, versuchte man mich zunächst dazu zu bewegen, die Bewertung wieder raus zu nehmen. Erst dann würde sich um mein Problem gekümmert. Man teilte mir auch mit, die Rechtsabteilung einzuschalten, sollte ich die Bewertung nicht entfernen. Ich sollte eine Verlustmeldung ausfüllen da mein Päckchen angeblich nie angekommen sei. Nachdem ich den Sendungsbeleg zugeschickt hatte hieß es, eine Nachforschung über DHL sei nicht möglich.Wie man an den anderen Bewertungen sehen kann, ist dieses Vorgehen bei Livellie wohl gängige Praxis.Schade.

Daraufhin schickten sie plötzlich per Mail einen Gutschein. Diesen habe ich zurückgewiesen und sollte per Mail das so auch Livellie so zukommen lassen. Gesagt getan. Daraufhin stellt sich bis heute Livellie wieder tot. Paypal hat nun zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und mir das Geld zurück gezahlt. LASST DIE FINGER VON LIVELLIE! HIER SIND MEINER MEINUNG NACH ABSOLUT DUBIOSE MACHENSCHAFTEN AM WERK Aktualisierung: gerade eben flattert die Drohmail von nem Inkassounternehmen herein. Habe jegliche Kommunikation gespeichert und kann alles nachweisen.Update: die 5 % Rabatt wurden an das in der Rechnung angegebene Konto an Livellie zurück überwiesen. Ebenso der Nachweis der Retourenrechnung wurde per Mail übermittelt. Somit ist die Angelegenheit für MICH und bon mir Abwicklingstechnisch sauber und richtig beendet.
