Ordered 4 Windows 10 Pro keys.Got the keys and startade to ativate first computer and first key not valid, already used it says. Take key number 2 and it's working so 1 computer activated and goes to computer number 2 and the rest of the keys have same problema dn says already activated. Contact the chat support and they say they will investogate and it will take 24 hours.. W T F. just got the keys and only one working /first one did not work so I took the second one and it worked on the same computer that the first key did not work on) and have send them the pictures that clearly says they are already used.The chat support then send me 3 new and they all worked so all ok in the end.

Very responsive and helpful customer support. We solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. 5 stars only for this!

This third time they said they would not send the product without requiring a picture of myself holding personal information. No thank you. As many others I was hoping for a fast delivery but chose Trustly as payment method. Ordered “stopped” for my security. After chatting with customer service they waited for confirmation of payment even though money has been deducted from my account. Got a error message when I tried to redeem the code:Gift card currency must match your account country. Contact Roblox supportAfter chatting with their 24/7 support it turns out I can´t refund the gift card. Just buy directly in the Roblox game instead, it´s basically the same price. Not even 3 SEK (0,23 EUR, 0,25 USD) cheaper on Livekort store.

I ordered 3 months xbox game pass but got 2 months game pass ultimate. I didn't realize that I had received the wrong product until I activated the code that was sent and by then it was unfortunately too late. The store thought I should be satisfied and that was it. Avoid the store at all costs and if you make a purchase (don't), double check, triple check that you got what you ordered - as the store has no idea what they send out!
